Example one
The display scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to any display system with display capability, such as equipment provided with a display module and a communication module, and the like. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a distributed information display scheme provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the scenario shown in fig. 1 is only one example of a scenario in which the technical scheme of the present application may be applied.
As society develops, it becomes more and more common for people to collaborate to complete items, and thus meetings become important for team members to collaborate, and people can inform, convey and discuss items through the meetings. In the prior art, the holding of a conference requires an organizer to perform various preparation works for the conference in advance, for example, to determine conference participants according to the content of the conference discussion and further to determine the seats of the conference participants at the time of the conference, and since the conference participants have difficulty in knowing where the conference participants are located at the conference table when arriving at the conference site, table cards are also generally prepared for the conference participants in the prior art, for example, cards folded into a triangle having one side facing the conference participants and one side facing the other people are generally used. The conference participants can conveniently and quickly find people needed in conference discussion by facing the conference participants and facing other people. Therefore, the conference organizer generally needs to prepare a table card written with its name or name for each conference participant according to the arrangement of the conference, and more importantly, to place the table card at the position where the conference participant is at the time of the conference. So that the participants can sit in place according to the place where the table card written with their name is placed when arriving at the meeting place.
However, with the increase of meetings, especially in large-scale companies, several tens of meetings are held daily, these meetings may be in different meeting rooms and attended by personnel in different departments or even different branch companies, and the intervals between different meetings may be very short, thus putting a great strain on the meeting organizer. For example, a conference organizer needs to write a table card for each conference participant of each conference and needs to complete the arrangement of the conference hall in a short time, and particularly needs to place name cards of the conference participants of the next conference to corresponding positions according to the conference arrangement. These tasks rely entirely on manual operations by the meeting organizer, which not only greatly reduces the efficiency of meeting scheduling, but also greatly increases the labor costs of the meeting organization.
To this end, according to the embodiment of the present application, a distributed information display scheme is proposed, which may be applied in a conference scenario as shown in fig. 1, for example. As shown in fig. 1, the management server of the display system according to the present application may acquire meeting schedule information from a database connected through a network, for example, in the embodiment of the present application, the management server acquires a meeting schedule 1 of the current day from, for example, a dedicated meeting server, the meeting schedule 1 includes various meetings scheduled of the current day, for example, a meeting schedule 11 set to start at nine points, and according to the meeting schedule 11, 5 persons are in total to attend the meeting, respectively, meeting participants 1 to 5, and need to sit on both sides of a meeting table, respectively, a meeting participant 1, a meeting participant 3, and a meeting participant 5 on the left side, and a meeting participant 2 and a meeting participant 4 on the right side.
Therefore, it is generally required in the prior art to prepare corresponding paper table cards for the five conference participants respectively, and to clearly write names of the conference participants on both sides of each table card. However, in the solution of the embodiment of the present application, since the conference table and the chair in the conference room are fixed, they are not changed with the change of the conference. Therefore, in the scheme of the application, one display terminal can be arranged at the position corresponding to each seat of the conference table, and the display terminal can have a similar appearance with the traditional existing table board, namely two display surfaces arranged oppositely. And each display terminal can be connected with the management server through a wired or wireless network so as to obtain the content to be displayed from the management server.
Therefore, when acquiring the meeting schedule 1 of the current day, for example, acquiring the meeting schedule 11 starting at nine points, the management server may first receive the position of each display terminal from each display terminal, that is, the position on the conference table, so that the content that the management server should display, that is, the name of the corresponding participant, may be generated for each terminal according to the meeting schedule 11, the identifier of each terminal and the corresponding position information, and further, the generated content may be sent to each terminal through the network, so that the terminal may display the received content on two display surfaces thereof immediately when receiving the display content generated for the management server.
Therefore, by means of the method and the system for meeting organization, the management server can be used for analyzing meeting arrangement information and the identification and position information of the display terminals acquired from the display terminals to generate the content to be displayed by each display terminal, the content is transmitted to the terminals through the network to be displayed, the full-automatic content generation and accurate issuing are achieved in the whole analyzing and displaying process without manual intervention, the pressure of meeting organizers is greatly relieved, and the meeting organization efficiency is improved. The management server can generate the content to be displayed by each display terminal in advance or in real time according to the meeting arrangement of the meeting room in one day, and immediately sends the content to the terminal to display or sends the content to each terminal in advance to display at fixed time when the last meeting is finished, so that the interval between the meetings can be greatly shortened, and even the interval between two meetings is hardly needed.
According to the distributed display system, the distributed display method and the electronic equipment, the sub-display scheme for each terminal is automatically generated according to the display scheme for all the display terminals through the distributed display system consisting of the display terminals and the management server for controlling the display terminals and is issued to the corresponding display terminals, so that the automatic acquisition of the display scheme, the generation of the sub-scheme for each terminal and the automatic issuing can be realized, and the efficient distributed information display can be realized.
It should be noted that, alternatively, the management server in the above or below embodiments may be a server disposed in a conference room, or may be a management server disposed on a cloud server through network connection, as long as it can be connected to a plurality of display terminals in the conference room through a network and perform data communication to implement the distributed information display scheme in the embodiments of the present application.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a distributed information display method provided in the present application, and an execution subject of the method may be various image display terminals or devices having image display and communication capabilities, or may be a device or a chip integrated on these devices. As shown in fig. 2, the distributed information display implementation method includes the following steps:
s201, sending the identification information of the distributed display terminal to a management server.
In the embodiment of the present application, the distributed information display method may be applied to a distributed information display system including a management server and a plurality of distributed display terminals. For example, in the distributed information display system according to the embodiment of the present application, the management server is communicably connected with a plurality of distributed display terminals, and each of the distributed display terminals has at least two display surfaces arranged facing away from each other so as to display, for example, names or other information of participants. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, in step S201, the identification information of each distributed display terminal may be sent to the management server first, so that the management server can know the state of each distributed display terminal. For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the identification information may include at least an identity and location information of each distributed display terminal. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the display terminal 1 may transmit its identification 1 and position information on the conference table, e.g., left 1, to the management server, and the display terminal 2 may transmit its identification 2 and position information on the conference table, e.g., right 1, to the management server, and the display terminal 3 may transmit its identification 3 and position information on the conference table, e.g., left 2, to the management server; the display terminal 4 may send its identity 4 and the position information on the conference table, e.g. right 2, to the management server; the display terminal 5 may send its identity 5 and the position information on the conference table, e.g. left 3, to the management server. Therefore, the management server can clearly know the position of each terminal according to the identification information sent by each terminal.
And S202, generating a display sub-scheme aiming at each distributed display terminal according to the distributed display scheme and the identification information of each distributed display terminal.
And S203, acquiring the display sub-scheme and displaying according to the display scheme.
As described above, after the identification information of each terminal is acquired in step S201, a display sub-scheme, such as display contents and modes, for the respective display terminals may be generated in step S202 according to the distributed display scheme, such as the meeting schedule 11, and the location of each distributed display terminal.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case where the conference participant 1 is a moderator of the conference, this situation can be known by parsing the conference arrangement 11 in step S202, and the conference participant 1 is arranged at a seat corresponding to the display terminal 1 according to its identification and position information sent by the display terminal 1, so that in step S202, a display scheme thereof can be generated for the display terminal 1, for example, "moderator" is displayed on a display surface facing the conference participant 1, and "moderator" and the name of the conference participant 1 are displayed on a display surface facing other persons, so as to be known by other conference participants.
Certainly, in the embodiment of the present application, since the management server can bind the display terminal with the participant according to the identity and the location information of the display terminal, the management server can not only generate a display sub-scheme for displaying the name of the participant, but also can respectively generate information related to the corresponding participant for each display terminal according to the progress of the conference and the needs of the participant and send the information to the corresponding display terminal for display. For example, where the conference is speaking time-limited, a countdown display scheme may be generated for the currently speaking participant and displayed on the side facing that participant. Or when the previous participant is about to finish speaking, the reminding information is generated for the next participant to speak in advance according to the conference schedule and is sent to the display terminal bound with the participant to display so as to remind the participant to speak.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the meeting participants may need to leave or a meeting person outside the meeting place needs to have a certain meeting participant to leave, so that the management server may generate such a reminding message in step S202 and issue the reminding message to the corresponding display terminal in step S203 for displaying.
Therefore, according to the distributed information display method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the sub-display scheme for each terminal is automatically generated according to the display scheme for the entire display terminals by the distributed display system including the plurality of display terminals and the management server that controls the plurality of display terminals, and is delivered to the corresponding display terminal, so that automatic acquisition of the display scheme, generation of the sub-scheme for each terminal, and automatic delivery can be achieved, and therefore, efficient distributed information display can be achieved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another embodiment of the distributed information display method provided in the present application, and an execution subject of the method may be various display terminals or devices having display capability and communication capability, or may be a device or a chip integrated on these devices. As shown in fig. 3, the distributed information display method includes the steps of:
s301, sending the identification information of the distributed display terminal to the management server.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, in step S301, the identification information of each distributed display terminal may be sent to the management server first, so that the management server can know the state of each distributed display terminal.
And S302, generating a display sub-scheme aiming at each distributed display terminal according to the distributed display scheme and the identification information of each distributed display terminal.
And S303, acquiring the display sub-scheme and displaying according to the display scheme.
As described above, after the identification information of each terminal is acquired in step S301, a display sub-scheme, such as display contents and modes, for the respective display terminals may be generated in step S302 according to the distributed display scheme, such as the meeting schedule 11, and the location of each distributed display terminal.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case where the conference participant 1 is a moderator of the conference, this situation can be known by parsing the conference arrangement 11 in step S302, and the conference participant 1 is arranged at a seat corresponding to the display terminal 1 according to the identification and the position information thereof sent by the display terminal 1, so that a display scheme thereof can be generated for the display terminal 1 in step S302, for example, "moderator" is displayed on a display surface facing the conference participant 1, and "moderator" and the name of the conference participant 1 are displayed on a display surface facing other persons, so as to be known by other conference participants.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the meeting participants may need to leave or a meeting person outside the meeting place needs to have a certain meeting participant to leave, so that the management server may generate such a reminding message in step S302 and issue the reminding message to the corresponding display terminal in step S303 for displaying.
In addition, the display method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include:
s304, acquiring an image or a video of an object positioned in front of at least one display surface of the distributed display terminal.
S305, generating an updating scheme of the display sub-scheme for the corresponding distributed display terminal according to the acquired image or video.
In the embodiment of the application, the management server can utilize the identity and the position information of the display terminal to bind the display terminal with the corresponding conference participants, so that the display state of the display terminal can be updated in real time according to the states of the conference participants. For example, an image of the conference participant may be acquired through, for example, a camera provided on the display terminal in step S304, and the identity or status of the conference participant may be recognized through parsing of the acquired image or video in step S305. For example, a face image of a person sitting at the current position may be acquired in step S304 and face recognition may be performed in step S305 to verify whether it is a corresponding participant. And when the corresponding participant is confirmed, the management server can generate welcome information or introduction information of the current conference or the sequence or outline to be spoken by the participant on the conference and send the same to the corresponding display terminal to be displayed to the participant. On the contrary, when it is determined that the participant is not the corresponding participant in step S305, the management server may generate seat error information and send the seat error information to the corresponding display terminal to remind the person sitting on the seat of making an error position, or the management server may find the position where the person should be sitting according to the result of the face recognition and send the position seat update scheme to the display terminal to inform the person that the person should go to another position to sit.
In addition, the display method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include:
s306, acquiring first information related to the distributed display scheme.
S307, the first information is sent to at least one of the distributed display terminals according to the correlation degree of the first information and each distributed display terminal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the management server may further acquire various contents related to the meeting arrangement, for example, in step S306, various information related to the distributed display scheme in step S302 may be acquired. In the context of a meeting schedule as shown in fig. 1, for example, other meeting information related to the meeting schedule may be obtained, particularly other meeting information or event information that a participant of the meeting needs to follow or need to leave to attend while the meeting is in progress. And may transmit the information to the corresponding display terminal according to the correlation of the information with the respective terminals in step S307. For example, when a conference participant 1 as a conference host needs to leave in a conference to go to another conference, the time when the conference participant 1 needs to leave may be transmitted as first information to the conference participant 1 and a display terminal, for example, a conference participant 2, which is to serve as a host in place of the conference participant 1 next.
In addition, the display method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and S308, determining the object information of the object corresponding to the distributed display terminal according to the display sub-scheme issued by the management server.
S309, communicating with the object according to the communication information of the object to obtain an updating scheme of the display sub-scheme of the distributed display terminal.
In this embodiment of the application, since the current conferee usually carries an intelligent terminal with him, the information display method of the application may determine the information of the corresponding conferee through the display scheme generated for the display terminal in step S308, for example, a mobile phone number or other communication modes. In the embodiment of the present application, the communication method may include, but is not limited to, an identification number of a communication tool, such as a mobile phone number, a micro-signal number, and a nail number. So that the communication terminal or the management server can directly establish a communication connection with the mobile terminals of the participants through the information. For example, the display terminal or the management server may calculate a distance to a conference room by acquiring geographical location information thereof by establishing a communication connection with a mobile terminal of a conference participant, and issue a reminder to the mobile terminal according to the distance, or notify other conference participants of a possible arrival time of the conference participant according to the distance information, so that a moderator or other conference participants can prepare for conference contents or prepare for a conference.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the application, when the management server generates the display sub-scheme for each display terminal, since the display terminal has at least two display surfaces facing away from each other, the management server can generate a display scheme at least partially different in content for each display surface. For example, as described above, the names of the participants may be displayed on the side facing the participants and the positions of the participants or the roles of the participants in the conference may be displayed on the other side.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a system block diagram of an embodiment of a distributed information display system provided herein, which may be used to perform the method steps shown in fig. 2 and 3. As shown in fig. 4, the distributed information display system may include: including a management server 41 and a plurality of distributed display terminals 42.
The management server 41 may be communicably connected with a plurality of distributed display terminals 42 so as to receive, for example, identification information from the distributed display terminals 42 and issue the generated display scheme to the display terminals 42.
Each distributed display terminal 42 has at least two display surfaces arranged in a back-to-back manner so as to be capable of displaying different or at least partially different contents according to the display sub-scheme issued by the management server.
The distributed display terminal 42 may be configured to send identification information to the management server 41, where the identification information at least includes an identity and location information of the distributed display terminal in this embodiment.
The management server 41 may be configured to generate a display sub-scheme for each distributed display terminal according to the distributed display scheme and the identification information of each distributed display terminal.
For example, the management server 41 may know the state of each distributed display terminal 42 from the identification information transmitted by the distributed display terminal 42. Therefore, the management server 41 can clearly know the location where each terminal is located from the identification information transmitted by the respective terminals.
The management server 41, after acquiring the identification information of each terminal 42, may generate a display sub-scheme, such as display content and manner, for each display terminal 42 according to the distributed display scheme, such as the meeting schedule 11, and the location of each distributed display terminal 42.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case where the conference participant 1 is a moderator of the conference, the management server 41 may know this by parsing the conference schedule 11, and arrange the conference participant 1 at a seat corresponding to the display terminal 42 according to the identification and location information thereof sent by the display terminal 42, so as to generate a display scheme thereof for the display terminal 42, for example, display "moderator" on a display surface facing the conference participant 1, and display "moderator" and the name of the conference participant 1 on a display surface facing other persons, so as to be easily known by other conference participants.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present application, since the management server 41 can bind the display terminal with the participant according to the identity and the location information of the display terminal, the management server can not only generate a display sub-scheme for displaying the names of the participants, but also generate information related to the corresponding participants for each display terminal 42 according to the progress of the conference and the needs of the participants, and send the information to the corresponding display terminal for display. For example, where the conference is speaking time-limited, a countdown display scheme may be generated for the currently speaking participant and displayed on the side facing that participant. Alternatively, when the previous participant is about to finish speaking, a reminding message may be generated in advance for the participant to speak next according to the conference schedule and sent to the display terminal 42 bound to the participant to display, so as to remind the participant to speak.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the meeting participants may need to leave or someone outside the meeting place needs to have a certain meeting participant to leave, so the management server 41 may generate such a reminding message and send the reminding message to the corresponding display terminal 42 for displaying.
In addition, the display terminal 42 according to an embodiment of the present application may further include: the first obtaining module 421 is configured to obtain an image or a video of an object located in front of at least one display surface of the distributed display terminal.
Therefore, the management server 41 may be further configured to generate an update scheme of the display sub-scheme for the corresponding distributed display terminal according to the acquired image or video.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the management server 41 can bind the display terminal with the corresponding participant by using the identification and the location information of the display terminal, the display state of the display terminal 41 can be updated in real time according to the state of the participant. For example, an image of the conference participant may be acquired by, for example, a camera provided on the display terminal as the first acquisition module 421, and the management server 41 may recognize the identity or status of the conference participant by parsing the acquired image or video. For example, the first acquisition module 421 may acquire a face image of a person sitting at the current position and the management server 41 may perform face recognition to verify whether it is a corresponding participant. And when it is confirmed that the conference participant is a corresponding conference participant, the management server 41 may generate welcome information or introduction information of the current conference or an order or outline in which the conference participant will speak on the conference and issue to the corresponding display terminal 42 to be displayed to the conference participant. On the contrary, when the management server 41 determines that the participant is not the corresponding participant, the management server 41 may generate seat error information and send the seat error information to the corresponding display terminal 42 to remind the person sitting on the seat of having the wrong position, or the management server 41 may find the position where the person should be sitting according to the result of the face recognition and send the position-seat update scheme to the display terminal 42 to inform the person that the person should go to another position for sitting.
In addition, the management server according to the embodiment of the present application may be further configured to:
first information related to a distributed display scheme is obtained.
And sending the first information to at least one of the distributed display terminals according to the correlation degree of the first information and each distributed display terminal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the management server 41 may further acquire various contents related to the conference schedule, for example, various information related to the distributed display scheme. In the context of a meeting schedule as shown in fig. 1, for example, other meeting information related to the meeting schedule may be obtained, particularly other meeting information or event information that a participant of the meeting needs to follow or need to leave to attend while the meeting is in progress. And may transmit the information to the corresponding display terminal according to the correlation of the information with the respective terminals.
In addition, the display terminal 42 according to an embodiment of the present application may further include: an object determination module 422 and a second acquisition module 423.
The object determining module 421 may be configured to determine the object information of the object corresponding to the distributed display terminal 42 according to the display sub-scheme issued by the management server 41.
The second obtaining module 423 may be configured to communicate with the object according to the communication information of the object to obtain an update scheme of the display sub-scheme of the distributed display terminal.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the current participants usually carry an intelligent terminal with them, the display system of the present application may determine the information of the corresponding participant, such as a mobile phone number or other communication modes, through the display scheme generated by the management server 41 for the display terminal.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present application, when the management server 41 generates the display sub-scheme for each display terminal, since the display terminal 42 has at least two display surfaces facing away from each other, it is possible to generate a display scheme at least partially different in content for each display surface. For example, as described above, the names of the participants may be displayed on the side facing the participants and the positions of the participants or the roles of the participants in the conference may be displayed on the other side.
In addition, the distributed information display system according to the embodiment of the application is not limited to the scene of a conference organization, and can be applied to an employee information notification interaction scene provided with a plurality of workstations, for example. For example, a company's general manager or department leader may want to summon a particular employee or send a notification to a particular employee or employees. In this scenario, the general manager or the department responsible person may log in to the management server 41 by means of the network, and since the management server 41 may bind each display terminal 42 with the corresponding employee in advance according to the work station assignment information and the identification information of the display terminal 42, the management server 41 may display the seating schedule of each employee in the management interface of the general manager or the department manager and the general manager or the department manager may thus display the information at the display terminal 42 at the work station of the corresponding employee by selecting a desired employee or employees as the notification object and inputting a message desired to be notified or selecting in predetermined notification information. In particular, in some embodiments, the display terminal 42 may display information in a blinking or highlighting manner according to the needs of the notifying party or the organizing party logged in to the management server 41, thereby drawing the attention of the notified person. In particular, the display terminal 42 may transmit confirmation feedback to the management server 41 according to the input of the employee for a predetermined time of display. For example, an employee may send confirmation feedback by clicking on a message displayed on the display surface or a nearby button within 3 minutes of the display terminal 42 at his/her workstation displaying information, and the display terminal 42 may send unconfirmed feedback to the management server 41 if no confirmation input by the user is received within a predetermined period of time displayed, and the management server 41 may in turn send a notification message to the display terminals 42 of workstations surrounding the workstation to remind other employees to find or use other communication means to find the employee.
