For example, the first threshold may be 60%, and if the check-in usage of the reservation person in the previous month is lower than 60%, the credit rating of the reservation person is extremely low, and the reservation person is prohibited from reserving the conference room for a week.
If the check-in use rate of the preset personnel is larger than the first threshold value and smaller than the second threshold value, the predefinable times of the preset personnel in the current predefinable period are set to be limiting times. For example, the second threshold is 80%, if the check-in usage of the reservation personnel in the previous month is between 60% and 80%, which indicates that the credit rating of the reservation personnel is low, the reservation personnel is reduced by a predeterminable number of times in the current predeterminable period, for example, the limiting number is 3, and the reservation personnel can be limited to predetermine a conference room for at most 3 times in the future week.
If the check-in use rate of the preset personnel is larger than the second threshold value, the predefinable times of the preset personnel in the current predefinable period are set as default times, and the default times are larger than the limit times. For example, the default number may be 5, and if the check-in usage rate of the predetermined person is greater than 80%, indicating that the credit rating of the predetermined person is good, the predetermined user may normally reserve the conference room, i.e., may reserve the conference room 5 times in the future week.
By the method, conference room resources can be reasonably distributed, the situation that staff reserve the conference room and are not used is reduced, staff really needing the conference room resources can reserve the conference room efficiently, and the utilization rate of the conference room is improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a meeting room reservation device, as shown in fig. 3, including:
a receiving module 301, configured to receive meeting room preset information input by a user, where the meeting room preset information includes a preset time period, a participant number and device information;
a screening module 302, configured to screen conference room resources that meet conference room preset information;
an obtaining module 303, configured to obtain an office area location where a user is located;
a determining module 304, configured to determine a display order of conference room resources according to a distance between a conference room corresponding to the conference room resources and an office location, where the conference room resources closer to the office location are preferentially displayed;
a display module 305, configured to display the conference room resources according to the display order determined by the determining module 304, so as to allow the user to make a reservation.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a distribution module;

the display module 305 is further configured to display a contact interface with the target reservation personnel, where the contact interface is used for the user to negotiate with the target reservation personnel if it is identified that the user triggers a negotiation request for the target reservation personnel in the acquired reservation personnel information;
and the allocation module is used for allocating meeting room resources corresponding to the lending meeting room operation to the user if the lending meeting room operation initiated by the target preset personnel is identified.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the resetting module is used for resetting the meeting room reservation information if the user is determined to not finish meeting room reservation within the preset duration;
wherein the meeting room preset information after reset comprises a designated proportion of the number of the participants which is reduced relative to the meeting room preset information before reset; or the reset conference room reservation information cancels the restriction of the reservation period.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the sensing module is used for sensing personnel entering the conference room through sensing equipment in the conference room in a preset time period corresponding to the conference room;
The release module is used for releasing meeting room resources of the meeting room in the preset time period if the check-in operation of the meeting room by the preset personnel corresponding to the preset time period is not received within the first time period from the starting time of the preset time period and the entering of the meeting room personnel is not sensed by the sensing equipment.
In an embodiment, the releasing module is further configured to, when the check-in operation is received in the first time period, release the conference room resource in the remaining time of the scheduled time period if the duration of the sensing device not sensing the human body information in the scheduled time period reaches the second time period and the current time is greater than the third time period from the ending time of the scheduled time period.

a memory 403 for storing a computer program;
the processor 401 is configured to implement the method steps in the above-described method embodiment when executing the program stored in the memory 403.
The communication bus mentioned above for the electronic devices may be a peripheral component interconnect standard (Peripheral Component Interconnect, PCI) bus or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, etc. The communication bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, or the like. For ease of illustration, the figures are shown with only one bold line, but not with only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic device and other devices.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions that, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform any of the conference room reservation methods of the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments, it may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. Claims (12)
1. A conference room reservation method, comprising:
receiving meeting room preset information input by a user, wherein the meeting room preset information comprises preset time period, the number of participants and equipment information;
screening conference room resources meeting the conference room preset information;
acquiring the office area position of the user;
determining the display sequence of the conference room resources according to the distance between the conference room corresponding to the conference room resources and the office area position, wherein the conference room resources closer to the office area position are preferentially displayed;
displaying the conference room resources according to the display sequence so as to be reserved by the user;
after the receiving the conference room reservation information input by the user, the method further comprises:
if meeting room resources meeting the meeting room preset information do not exist, acquiring preset personnel information corresponding to preset personnel meeting preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions comprise: meeting room resources are reserved in the current reserved period, the sign-in utilization rate of the meeting room is lower than a preset utilization rate threshold value, and the frequency of the reserved meeting room is higher than a preset frequency; the sign-in utilization rate is a ratio of the number of times that a preset person presets conference room resources in a history preset period and completes sign-in to the total number of times of the preset conference room resources;
Displaying the acquired reservation personnel information and the reserved meeting room resources reserved by reservation personnel corresponding to the reservation personnel information;
if the user is identified to trigger a negotiation request aiming at a target preset person in the acquired preset person information, displaying a contact interface with the target preset person, wherein the contact interface is used for negotiating between the user and the target preset person;
and if the lending meeting room operation initiated by the target preset personnel aiming at the user is identified, meeting room resources corresponding to the lending meeting room operation are distributed to the user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the predetermined person information and the predetermined person corresponding to the predetermined person information acquired by the display have reserved a conference room resource, the method further comprises:
resetting the meeting room reservation information if the user is determined to not finish meeting room reservation within the preset duration;
the conference room preset information after reset comprises a designated proportion of the number of participants which is reduced relative to the conference room preset information before reset; or the preset meeting room information after reset cancels the limitation of the preset time period.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
sensing personnel entering the conference room through sensing equipment in the conference room within a preset time period corresponding to the conference room;
and if the check-in operation of the meeting room by the preset personnel corresponding to the preset time period is not received within the first time period from the starting time of the preset time period, and the induction equipment does not sense that the meeting room has personnel entering, releasing the meeting room resources of the meeting room in the preset time period.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the check-in operation is received in the first time period, if the duration of the time period, in which the sensing device does not sense the human body information, in the preset time period reaches the second time period and the current time is longer than the third time period from the ending time of the preset time period, releasing conference room resources of the conference room in the residual time of the preset time period.
5. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
Determining check-in utilization rate of each preset person to the conference room in a history preset period at intervals of a specified time length;
for each reservation person, if the check-in utilization rate of the reservation person is smaller than a first threshold value, prohibiting the reservation person from reserving meeting room resources in the current reservation period;
if the check-in utilization rate of the preset personnel is larger than the first threshold value and smaller than the second threshold value, setting the predefinable times of the preset personnel in the current predefinable period as limiting times;
if the check-in use rate of the preset personnel is larger than the second threshold value, the predefinable times of the preset personnel in the current predefinable period are set as default times, and the default times are larger than the limit times.
6. A conference room reservation apparatus, comprising:
the conference room reservation information comprises a reservation time period, a participant and equipment information;
the screening module is used for screening conference room resources meeting the conference room preset information;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the office area position of the user;
the determining module is used for determining the display sequence of the conference room resources according to the distance between the conference room corresponding to the conference room resources and the office area position, wherein the conference room resources closer to the office area position are preferentially displayed;
The display module is used for displaying the conference room resources according to the display sequence determined by the determination module so as to be reserved by the user;
the apparatus further comprises: a distribution module;

the display module is further configured to display a contact interface with a target preset person if it is identified that the user triggers a negotiation request for the target preset person in the acquired preset person information, where the contact interface is used for the user to negotiate with the target preset person;

the sensing module is used for sensing personnel entering the conference room through sensing equipment in the conference room in a preset time period corresponding to the conference room;
and the release module is used for releasing meeting room resources of the meeting room in the preset time period if the check-in operation of the preset personnel corresponding to the preset time period of the meeting room is not received in the first time period from the starting time of the preset time period and the induction equipment does not induce the meeting room personnel to enter.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
