Abstract
The invention provides a heat-resistant non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating, a preparation method and a coiled material thereof, wherein the heat-resistant non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of asphalt, 1-5 parts of tackifying resin, 1-5 parts of SBS, 20-35 parts of plasticizer, 1-5 parts of modified SBR, 10-17 parts of desulfurized rubber powder, 2-4 parts of silane coupling agent and 0.2-0.5 part of heat-resistant modifier. The product obtained by adopting the technical scheme of the invention is green and environment-friendly, can keep the form of 'never solidifying', has higher heat resistance and cohesiveness, has the heat resistance of 100 ℃, has good thermal aging performance, and can play the long-term and reliable waterproof and heat-resistant functions.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the product of the invention not only has good creep property, adhesive property, water resistance, thermal aging and self-healing property, but also can obviously improve the heat resistance of the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating through improving the heat resistance of the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating, and the heat resistance can reach 100 ℃.

A heat-resistant non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is prepared by the following steps:
(1) will 70#60 parts of asphalt, 4 parts of tackifying resin, 25 parts of naphthenic oil, 4 parts of modified SBR, 15 parts of desulfurized rubber powder and KH 5702 parts of silane coupling agent, heating to 130 ℃ at the heating rate of 1 ℃/min, and stirring for 45min at the stirring rate of 1100 r/min.
