The invention has the beneficial effects that: the special non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating disclosed by the invention has the high temperature resistance of over 90 ℃, and has excellent anti-slip property and lasting viscosity. The petroleum asphalt is basically composed of asphalt oil, asphalt grease and asphaltene, the asphalt oil is composed of low-molecular straight-chain alkane with or having side aromatic nucleus, the molecular weight is small, the petroleum asphalt is in liquid state and is most obviously influenced on high temperature, but because the molecular chain is basically free of active groups, the petroleum asphalt is difficult to polymerize into larger molecules through general chemical reaction; the asphaltene is a high molecular compound and is refractory, and is directly decomposed when heated to more than 300 ℃, although part of the asphaltene has characteristic active groups, the asphaltene is difficult to be further crosslinked into higher molecular compounds due to high molecular weight and high inertia, and the solid asphaltene is favorable for the heat resistance of the asphalt; the asphalt grease is in a liquid or semisolid viscous state at normal temperature, consists of resin with medium and low molecular weight, contains characteristic groups such as hydroxyl, sulfydryl, carboxyl, active hydrogen and the like, and has lower molecular weight and higher activity than asphaltene, so the asphalt grease is a component capable of synthesizing resin with higher molecular weight.
The special non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating adds a polyfunctional group compatilizer with a certain proportion into petroleum asphalt, and asphalt is reacted to generate a lipid component with a larger molecular weight through a certain process, so that the high-temperature performance of the asphalt is improved.

As a preferred embodiment, in the step (2), the heating temperature is 180-200 ℃, and stone powder is added after stirring for 2 hours.

The special non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating disclosed by the embodiment 2 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of petroleum asphalt, 15 parts of plasticizer, 2 parts of SBS, 4 parts of modifier resin wax, 5 parts of SBR rubber powder, 6 parts of compatilizer, 28 parts of stone powder, 6 parts of terpene resin, 6 parts of rosin, 6 parts of benzoic acid and 6 parts of polyformaldehyde.

The special non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating disclosed by the embodiment 3 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of petroleum asphalt, 20 parts of plasticizer, 3 parts of SBS, 5 parts of modifier resin wax, 6 parts of SBR rubber powder, 8 parts of compatilizer, 35 parts of stone powder, 7 parts of terpene resin, 7 parts of rosin, 7 parts of benzoic acid and 7 parts of polyformaldehyde.
