Abstract

The non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of asphalt; 4-6 parts of styrene butadiene rubber; 10-15 parts of an organic solvent; 8 to 12 parts of SBS thermoplastic elastomer; 2 to 4 portions of sasobit warm mixing agent. The smokeless high-temperature sagging-resistant rubber asphalt waterproof coating effectively reduces asphalt smoke in the asphalt modification process, is stable in rubber asphalt homogeneous system, high-temperature resistant and sagging resistant, has remarkable improvement on physical performance and flame-retardant and waterproof aspects, is simple to operate, short in processing period, reduces smoke and irritant gas emission, and is remarkable in environmental protection benefit.

Background
The non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof paint is made up by using rubber, asphalt and softening oil as main components and adding temp. controller and filler and mixing them, and can retain viscous paste body in service life. The waterproof agent has outstanding effect on waterproof treatment of special parts such as deformation joints of building engineering and the like, and is widely applied to non-exposed building waterproof engineering.
The adhesive has the characteristics of never solidifying, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and the like, has strong adhesion, can be constructed on a wet base surface, and can be adhered with any foreign matter; and secondly, the waterproof layer has good structural flexibility, excellent extensibility, strong self-healing property, is suitable for deformation of the base layer, can be automatically repaired even if the waterproof layer is damaged during construction, and maintains complete waterproof layer.
