Abstract
本发明公开了一种洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖的制作方法,属于奶粉罐(盖)制作技术领域。本发明先将马口铁与15‑45微米的膜一起在120‑320℃条件下加热,将膜压在马口铁的双面上,即热熔覆膜;再将完成热熔覆膜的马口铁,再进行罐外印刷或盖外印刷、罩光油,制罐或制盖,用加紧装置使罐或盖处于整齐倒立状态,依次经水喷淋清洗、风干、灭菌,从而制作出洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖。本发明制得的奶粉罐或奶粉盖可进行水洗净化处理,进而达到奶粉厂更高的卫生洁净要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖的制作方法,属于奶粉罐(盖)制作技术领域。
背景技术
现有的奶粉罐(盖)制造技术是以马口铁为基材,通过罐(盖)外印刷、罩光油,制罐(盖),等离子风除尘,紫外灭菌而后使用,但存在微小颗粒物清除不干净、废罐(盖)剔除过多、马口铁金属元素迁移等问题。由于罐(盖)内面没有涂层保护,因此不能采用水洗来洁净奶粉罐(盖)。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明通过创新制罐(盖)工艺、升级奶粉罐(盖)净化工艺,从而获得一种洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖的制作方法。本发明制得的奶粉罐或奶粉盖可进行水洗净化处理,进而达到奶粉厂更高的卫生洁净要求。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将马口铁与15-45微米的膜一起在120-320℃条件下加热,将膜压在马口铁的双面上,即热熔覆膜;所述膜为聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜;
(2)将完成热熔覆膜的马口铁,再进行罐外印刷或盖外印刷、罩光油,制罐或制盖,用加紧装置使罐或盖处于整齐倒立状态,依次经水喷淋清洗、风干、灭菌,从而制作出洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖。
进一步地,所述水喷淋清洗使用的纯净水符合GB19298《食品安全国家标准包装饮用水》标准,纯净水喷头压力0.1-2.0MPa,喷头与水平夹角65°-90°,且呈螺旋上升往复转动,确保奶粉罐或奶粉盖水洗时无死角。
进一步地,所述风干是采用新风净化系统,将空气净化至0.3微米过滤率达99.9%以上,所述风干的流量为0.2-8.5立方米每分钟,温度为100-190℃。
进一步地,所述灭菌采用紫外线消毒,所述紫外线的波长为240-270纳米,强度大于70μW/cm2,照射时间为30-350秒。
本发明有益的技术效果:
第一,对马口铁进行工艺提升,经120-320℃热熔,用厚度为15-45微米的聚乙烯或聚丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯对马口铁进行双面覆膜,主要用于防止马口铁直接接触奶粉而造成的金属元素迁移至奶粉中造成污染,同时为后道水洗工艺提供保障。
第二,水喷淋工艺采用纯净水喷头压力0.1-2.0MPa、喷头与水平夹角65°-90°、且呈螺旋上升往复转动,这样有利于彻底清洁奶粉罐(盖)内测粘附的机械杂质包括灰尘等。
第三,0.3微米过滤率达99.9%以上的新风净化系统,配置100-190℃的热风,可以保障水喷淋洁净后的奶粉罐(盖)在无菌无尘的状态下迅速干燥。
第四,波长为240-270纳米、强度大于70μW/cm2的紫外线灭菌,让经新风净化系统干燥后的奶粉罐(盖)得到有效的灭菌处理,保证奶粉罐(盖)无菌出厂,满足菌落总数不大于5CFU/mL的要求。
本发明提供的一种洁净奶粉罐(盖)的制作方法能有效解决微小颗粒物清除、避免金属元素污染等问题,从而达到奶粉厂更高的卫生洁净要求。

下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种洁净奶粉罐的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将马口铁与40微米的聚乙烯膜一起在135℃条件下加热,将膜压在马口铁的双面上,即热熔覆膜,再罐外印刷、罩光油,制罐,进入上罐工位(如图1所示),用加紧装置使罐处于整齐倒立状态,依次经水喷淋清洗工位(喷头压力0.15MPa、喷头与水平夹角70°)、风干工位(热风流量为3.5立方米每分钟,温度为105℃)、灭菌工位(波长250纳米,强度大于80μW/cm2,照射时间150秒),制得洁净奶粉罐。经电子显微镜及微生物检测,数据如表1所示。

实施例2
一种洁净奶粉盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将马口铁与30微米的聚丙烯膜一起在180℃条件下加热,将膜压在马口铁的双面上,即热熔覆膜,再盖外印刷、罩光油,制盖,进入上盖工位,用加紧装置使盖处于整齐倒立状态,依次经水喷淋清洗工位(喷头压力1.5MPa、喷头与水平夹角80°)、风干工位(热风流量为4.5立方米每分钟,温度为160℃)、灭菌工位(波长240纳米,强度大于75μW/cm2,照射时间100秒),制得洁净奶粉盖。经电子显微镜及微生物检测,数据如表2所示。

实施例3
一种洁净奶粉盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将马口铁与20微米的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜一起在270℃条件下加热,将膜压在马口铁的双面上,即热熔覆膜,再盖外印刷、罩光油,制盖,进入上盖工位,用加紧装置使盖处于整齐倒立状态,依次经水喷淋清洗工位(喷头压力1.0MPa、喷头与水平夹角60°)、风干工位(热风流量为3.5立方米每分钟,温度为150℃)、灭菌工位(波长230纳米,强度大于65μW/cm2,照射时间120秒),制得洁净奶粉盖。经电子显微镜及微生物检测,数据如表3所示。

虽然本发明已以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技术的人,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可做各种的改动与修饰,因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (4)
1.一种洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将马口铁与15-45微米的膜一起在120-320℃条件下加热,将膜压在马口铁的双面上,即热熔覆膜;所述膜为聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜;
(2)将完成热熔覆膜的马口铁,再进行罐外印刷或盖外印刷、罩光油,制罐或制盖,用加紧装置使罐或盖处于整齐倒立状态,依次经水喷淋清洗、风干、灭菌,从而制作出洁净奶粉罐或奶粉盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述水喷淋清洗使用的纯净水符合GB19298《食品安全国家标准包装饮用水》标准,纯净水喷头压力0.1-2.0MPa,喷头与水平夹角65°-90°,且呈螺旋上升往复转动,确保奶粉罐或奶粉盖水洗时无死角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述风干是采用新风净化系统,将空气净化至0.3微米过滤率达99.9%以上,所述风干的流量为0.2-8.5立方米每分钟,温度为100-190℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述灭菌采用紫外线消毒,所述紫外线的波长为240-270纳米,强度大于70μW/cm2,照射时间为30-350秒。
