本发明公开了一种空气净化器,所述固定板上设置有过滤层,双层高效过滤网可以对 0.3um 颗粒物的过滤效率可达 99.5%,活性炭过滤层可以有效吸附空气中的氨、甲醛等有毒、有害化学气体,所述机壳内设置有含有二氧化钛的玻璃珠,可以提高光能的利用率,所述机壳的外侧设置有夹套,可以根据需要对壳体进行加热,所述出料口处设置有气体流量感应器和报警器,可以提醒用户及时清理过滤层,延长其使用时长,该空气净化器具有净化效果佳以及使用时间长的问题的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器装置领域,具体涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。目前空气净化器存在着净化效果不佳以及使用时间不长的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气净化器,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种空气净化器,包括机壳和净化结构,所述机壳的左右两侧设置有进料口和出料口,所述净化结构包括固定板、风扇和净化管道,所述固定板固定在机壳内,所述风扇通过转动杆设置在固定板上,所述净化管道包括光触媒激发管和灭菌管,所述光触媒激发管和灭菌管设置在固定板的凹槽上,所述光触媒激发管和灭菌管间隔排列。
优选的,所述固定板上设置有过滤层。
优选的,所述过滤层包括双层高效过滤网和活性炭过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层设置在双层高效过滤网之间。
优选的,所述机壳内设置有含有二氧化钛的玻璃珠。
优选的,所述机壳的外侧设置有夹套,所述夹套上设置有进水口和出水口。
优选的,所述灭菌管包括杀菌灭菌管和消毒灭菌管。
优选的,所述出料口处设置有气体流量感应器和报警器。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种空气净化器,包括机壳1和净化结构,所述机壳1的左右两侧设置有进料口2和出料口3,所述净化结构包括固定板4、风扇5和净化管道,所述固定板4固定在机壳1内,所述风扇5通过转动杆6设置在固定板4上,所述净化管道包括光触媒激发管7和灭菌管,所述光触媒激发管7和灭菌管设置在固定板4的凹槽8上,所述光触媒激发管7和灭菌管间隔排列。
此外,如图2和3所示,所述固定板4上设置有过滤层9,所述过滤层9包括双层高效过滤网10和活性炭过滤层11,所述活性炭过滤层11设置在双层高效过滤网10之间,所述机壳1内设置有含有二氧化钛的玻璃珠12,所述机壳1的外侧设置有夹套13,所述夹套13上设置有进水口14和出水口15,所述灭菌管包括杀菌灭菌管16和消毒灭菌管17。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括机壳和净化结构,所述机壳的左右两侧设置有进料口和出料口,所述净化结构包括固定板、风扇和净化管道,所述固定板固定在机壳内,所述风扇通过转动杆设置在固定板上,所述净化管道包括光触媒激发管和灭菌管,所述光触媒激发管和灭菌管设置在固定板的凹槽上,所述光触媒激发管和灭菌管间隔排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述固定板上设置有过滤层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤层包括双层高效过滤网和活性炭过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层设置在双层高效过滤网之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述机壳内设置有含有二氧化钛的玻璃珠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述机壳的外侧设置有夹套,所述夹套上设置有进水口和出水口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述灭菌管包括杀菌灭菌管和消毒灭菌管。
