本发明公开了一种可快速更换刀头的切纸机,包括机架、工作台和机箱,工作台下方安装有废纸抽屉,工作台顶部两侧安装有滑轨,滑轨内滑动连接有滑杆和挡板,机箱安装在工作台上,气缸的活塞杆下端固定连接有安装座,安装座内滑动连接有T型座,T型座底部安装有切纸刀,本发明中裁切后的纸张废边由漏纸开口进入废纸抽屉,使用方便,避免了人工清理废边时被设备刮伤,且不用停止设备即可对废纸进行清理,生产效率更高,通过调整丝杆和调整板的设置可以调整纸张需要裁切的宽度,便于对不同产品进行裁切,适用范围较广,更换切纸刀方便快捷,提高了工作效率,通过压紧板压紧纸张,使得切纸刀对纸张进行裁切时,纸张不会发生移位。

技术领域
本发明涉及切纸机技术领域,具体是一种可快速更换刀头的切纸机。
背景技术
切纸机是裁切机械的一种,使用范围广泛,可以用于对纸张、皮革、塑料、纸板等材料的裁切。切纸机主要是由机架(亦称龙门)、工作台、推纸机构、压纸机构、裁切机构等组成。推纸机构用于推送纸张定位井作后规矩,压纸机构则将定好位的纸张压紧,保证在裁切过程中不破坏原定位精度,被切机构用来故切纸张,侧挡板作侧挡规,工作台起支撑作用,切纸机可以切出多种长度规格的纸张,切纸机将纸张切好后输送至下一工序,然而切纸机长时间工作后,切刀由于用的时间过久,导致切割时容易将纸张撕扯,切割精度下降,从而影响产品质量和生产效率,然而,切刀普遍安装在机箱的内部,不利于更换,或是更换起来比较繁琐,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可快速更换刀头的切纸机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可快速更换刀头的切纸机,包括机架、工作台和机箱,所述机架底部安装有万向轮,所述工作台安装在机架顶部,工作台前侧安装有操作面板,工作台顶部两侧安装有滑轨,滑轨内滑动连接有滑杆,滑杆左侧固定连接有挡板,所述机箱安装在工作台上,机箱一侧设置有进纸口,机箱上安装有气缸,气缸的活塞杆下端固定连接有安装座,安装座内滑动连接有T型座,T型座底部安装有切纸刀,安装座底部通过压紧弹簧固定连接有压紧板,压紧板安装在切纸刀右侧,压紧板低于切纸刀底部设置,机箱前端通过扭转弹簧转动连接有箱门。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述工作台下方安装有废纸抽屉,废纸抽屉和机架滑动连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述滑杆一端安装有滑动轴,滑杆和滑动轴滑动套接,滑动轴和机架、工作台固定连接,滑杆另一端安装有第一螺纹杆,滑杆和第一螺纹杆螺纹连接,第一螺纹杆右端和第一伺服电机的输出端连接,第一伺服电机固定安装在机架一端,第一螺纹杆左端和机架转动连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述T型座内安装有第二螺纹杆,第二螺纹杆和T型座螺纹连接,第二螺纹杆由第二伺服电机驱动。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述切纸刀由若干个固定栓固定在T型座上,固定栓上安装有复位弹簧,固定栓相互之间由连接杆固定连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述机箱底部安装有L型挡板,L型挡板与工作台滑动连接,L型挡板与第一螺纹杆螺纹连接,且旋进方向与滑杆的旋进方向相反。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述L型挡板上滑动连接有调整板,调整板与L型挡板左端通过调整丝杆固定连接,L型挡板下方设置有漏纸开口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过第一螺纹杆带动挡板将纸张沿着滑轨内部,通过进纸口推移到切纸刀的下方,同时L型挡板将漏纸开口封闭,气缸带动切纸刀对纸张进行裁切,完成后,第一螺纹杆带动挡板复位,同时L型挡板向外移动,裁切后的纸张废边由漏纸开口进入废纸抽屉,使用方便,避免了人工清理废边时被设备刮伤,且不用停止设备即可对废纸进行清理,生产效率更高;
2.本发明通过调整丝杆和调整板的设置可以调整纸张需要裁切的宽度,便于对不同产品进行裁切,适用范围较广;
3.本发明更换切纸刀时,第二螺纹杆带动T型座向安装座外滑动将箱门顶开,然后向外拉动连接杆,使得固定栓末端移出切纸刀,即可将切纸刀取下更换,更换方便快捷,提高了工作效率;
4.本发明通过压紧板低于切纸刀底部设置,压紧板先于切纸刀与纸张接触,压缩压紧弹簧,使压紧板压紧纸张,使得切纸刀对纸张进行裁切时,纸张不会发生移位。

请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种可快速更换刀头的切纸机,包括机架1、工作台2和机箱3,所述机架1底部安装有万向轮4,工作台2下方安装有废纸抽屉5,废纸抽屉5和机架1滑动连接,所述工作台2安装在机架1顶部,工作台2前侧安装有操作面板6,工作台2顶部两侧安装有滑轨7,滑轨7内滑动连接有滑杆8,滑杆8左侧固定连接有挡板9,滑杆8一端安装有滑动轴10,滑杆8和滑动轴10滑动套接,滑动轴10和机架1、工作台2固定连接,滑杆8另一端安装有第一螺纹杆11,滑杆8和第一螺纹杆11螺纹连接,第一螺纹杆11右端和第一伺服电机12的输出端连接,第一伺服电机12固定安装在机架1一端,第一螺纹杆11左端和机架1转动连接,所述机箱3安装在工作台2上,机箱3一侧设置有进纸口13,通过操作面板6启动第一伺服电机12,驱动第一螺纹杆11转动带动挡板9将纸张沿着滑轨7内部,通过进纸口13推移到切纸刀19的下方,同时L型挡板25将漏纸开口28封闭,机箱3上安装有气缸14,气缸14的活塞杆下端固定连接有安装座15,安装座15内滑动连接有T型座16,T型座16底部安装有切纸刀19,安装座 15底部通过压紧弹簧23固定连接有压紧板24,压紧板24安装在切纸刀19右侧,压紧板 24低于切纸刀19底部设置,气缸14带动切纸刀19对纸张进行裁切,压紧板24低于切纸刀19底部设置,压紧板24先于切纸刀19与纸张接触,压缩压紧弹簧23,使压紧板24压紧纸张,使得切纸刀19对纸张进行裁切时,纸张不会发生移位,机箱3底部安装有L型挡板25,L型挡板25与工作台2滑动连接,L型挡板25与第一螺纹杆11螺纹连接,且旋进方向与滑杆8的旋进方向相反,L型挡板25上滑动连接有调整板26,调整板26与L型挡板25左端通过调整丝杆27固定连接,通过调整丝杆27带动调整板26水平移动可以调整纸张需要裁切的宽度,便于对不同产品进行裁切,适用范围较广,L型挡板25下方设置有漏纸开口28,切纸完成后,第一螺纹杆11带动挡板9复位,同时L型挡板25向外移动,裁切后的纸张废边由漏纸开口28进入废纸抽屉5,使用方便,避免了人工清理废边时被设备刮伤,且不用停止设备即可对废纸进行清理,生产效率更高,机箱3前端通过扭转弹簧 29转动连接有箱门30。
请参阅图4~5,所述T型座16内安装有第二螺纹杆17,第二螺纹杆17和T型座16 螺纹连接,第二螺纹杆17由第二伺服电机18驱动,切纸刀19由若干个固定栓20固定在 T型座16上,固定栓20上安装有复位弹簧21,固定栓20相互之间由连接杆22固定连接,更换切纸刀19时,通过操作面板6启动第二伺服电机18驱动第二螺纹杆17转动,带动T 型座16向安装座15外滑动将箱门30顶开,然后向外拉动连接杆22,使得固定栓21末端移出切纸刀19,即可将切纸刀19取下更换,更换方便快捷,提高了工作效率。
