Background
A PCB (printed circuit board), which is also called a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) as a chinese name, is an important electronic component, a support for an electronic component, and a carrier for electrical connection of the electronic component. Further, the multi-view camera vision subsystem comprises a CCD camera set and a CCD inspection controller; the CCD inspection controller is used for extracting the photographic information shot by the CCD camera group, the photographic information is compared through built-in analysis software to obtain a comparison result, and then the comparison result is transmitted to the programmable coordination processor.

s3, if the unqualified plate is placed on a vehicle with the specified color by a person, judging the abnormity, giving an alarm to prompt, displaying an abnormal picture on a monitoring console, and reminding an operator and a manager to handle;
the system also comprises a detection system, wherein the detection system is provided with a playback video module;
the detection system comprises a feeding frame, a detection module and a discharging frame which are sequentially arranged, wherein a material transferring vehicle is arranged on one side of the discharging frame, and a visual identification device is arranged above the discharging frame;
the blanking frame comprises an abnormal plate blanking frame and a qualified plate blanking frame which are arranged in parallel;
the material transferring vehicle comprises a qualified material transferring vehicle and an unqualified material transferring vehicle, the qualified material transferring vehicle is arranged corresponding to the qualified plate blanking frame, and the unqualified material transferring vehicle is arranged corresponding to the abnormal plate blanking frame.
2. The anti-mixing method for PCB electrical measurement as recited in claim 1, wherein said visual recognition device is provided with an audible and visual alarm element.

The anti-mixing method applied to PCB electrical measurement as recited in claim 1, wherein the vision recognition device comprises a programmable coordination controller, a multi-view camera vision subsystem and an optical imaging subsystem, the multi-view camera vision subsystem is used for CCD shooting, extracting information of the CCD shooting and sending the information to the programmable coordination controller; the optical imaging subsystem is used for irradiating the product by adopting an angle larger than 0 degree and smaller than 80 degrees and filtering shot reflection generated in the CCD shooting process of the product; and the programmable coordination controller is used for receiving results sent by the multi-view camera vision subsystem and carrying out data interaction with the background database.

The anti-aliasing method for PCB electrical logging as claimed in claim 3, wherein said multi-view camera vision subsystem comprises a CCD camera set and a CCD inspection controller; the CCD inspection controller is used for extracting the photographic information shot by the CCD camera group, the photographic information is compared through built-in analysis software to obtain a comparison result, and then the comparison result is transmitted to the programmable coordination controller.
