the adult exercise member (1) comprises: a supporting component A (101), a fixed cushion plate (102), a movable cushion plate (103), a return spring (104), a leg exercising rod (105) and a driving wheel (107); the leg exercising rod (105) and the fixed base plate (102) are both fixedly arranged on the supporting component A (101); one end of the movable backing plate (103) is rotatably connected with the fixed backing plate (102) through a rotating shaft, and the other end of the movable backing plate is rotatably provided with a driving wheel (107); one end of the return spring (104) is fixed on the floor, and the other end of the return spring is connected with the movable base plate (103); when an adult exercises, the movable base plate (103) turns downwards around the rotating shaft, the driving wheel is driven to be in contact with the synchronous wheel in the power conversion device (4) to realize energy transfer, and the return spring (104) is compressed to prepare for turning-up and returning;

the power conversion device (4) includes: the device comprises a support frame (401), a first synchronizing wheel (402), a second synchronizing wheel (403), a third synchronizing wheel (404), a rotating shaft A (405), a rotating shaft B (406), a rotating shaft C (407), a turbine (408), a belt wheel group A (409), a belt wheel group B (410), a support seat (411), a connecting rod A (412) and a connecting rod B (413); the rotating shaft A (405) is rotatably installed at the upper part of the support frame (401), the rotating shaft B (406) is rotatably installed at the middle part of the support frame (401), and the rotating shaft C (407) is rotatably installed at the lower part of the support frame (401); the first synchronizing wheel (402) is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft A (405), the second synchronizing wheel (403) is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft B (406), and the third synchronizing wheel (404) is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft C (407); one end of the belt wheel set A (409) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft A (405), and the other end of the belt wheel set A is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft B (406); one end of the belt wheel set B (410) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft B (406), and the other end of the belt wheel set B is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft C (407); one end of the rotating shaft A (405) penetrates through the supporting frame (401) and is rotatably connected to the supporting seat (411); one end of the connecting rod A (412) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft A (405), the other end of the connecting rod A (412) is hinged with one end of the connecting rod B (413), and the other end of the connecting rod B (413) is rotatably connected to the balance plate (302); the rotating shaft C (407) penetrates through the other side of the support frame (401), and the end head of the rotating shaft C is fixedly provided with a turbine (408);
