Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of moxibustion health care, and particularly belongs to an ancient fermented traditional Chinese medicine smokeless moxibustion.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion therapy can treat common diseases and pains and also has the effects of disease prevention and health care. The moxibustion has magical six effects of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, promoting qi and blood circulation, eliminating dampness and dispelling cold, regulating yin and yang, restoring yang and rescuing from collapse, preventing diseases and protecting health.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the meridians and collaterals are important channels for circulating qi and blood and connecting viscera and various parts of the body, and are the regulation and control system of human body functions. Therefore, the channels and collaterals are unobstructed, and qi and blood circulation is facilitated. Some cold-dampness pathogens often cause blockage of meridians, thereby inducing diseases. Moxibustion can dredge twelve meridians, enter three yin meridians, warm body acupoints and meridians, activate blood and qi, and treat various diseases caused by congealing cold and blood stagnation and meridian obstruction.
In the prior art, products such as smokeless moxa sticks and smokeless moxibustion columns have appeared, but the smokeless moxa sticks and the smokeless moxibustion columns are carbonized and need to release heat when being processed and produced, and the heat of the moxa sticks is needed to stimulate acupuncture points during moxibustion, so that the effect of warming and dredging meridians is achieved, so that the effective components of the smokeless moxa sticks and the smokeless moxibustion columns are reduced, and the moxibustion effect cannot be compared with that of the traditional moxa sticks and moxibustion columns.
With the development of modernization, the fermentation process and the effect of Chinese herbal medicines gradually affect the life of people, and in the technical field of moxibustion, how to combine the fermentation process and the effect of Chinese herbal medicines and moxibustion has become the research direction of technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an ancient fermented traditional Chinese medicine smokeless moxibustion, which aims to achieve the purposes of no smoke in the moxibustion process, ensuring moxibustion experience and improving moxibustion effect.
An ancient prescription fermented traditional Chinese medicine smokeless moxibustion is characterized in that moxa sticks used for moxibustion comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-30 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 10-15 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 4-8 parts of angelica sinensis, 10-15 parts of red paeony root, 15-25 parts of motherwort, 5-10 parts of cortex moutan, 8-15 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10-14 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort and 4-8 parts of valerian;
the production process of the moxa roll comprises the following steps:
step 1: cleaning radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Paeoniae Rubra, herba Leonuri, cortex moutan, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, and rhizoma et radix Valerianae; slicing the angelica; boiling radix Paeoniae Rubra, and mashing into paste; grinding cortex moutan into powder; cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi and folium Artemisiae Argyi, soaking the above materials in warm water in a fermentation tank for 1-2 days;
step 2: after sterilization, adding lactose into the fermentation tank, inoculating Bifidobacterium longum into the fermentation tank, wherein the colony count is not less than 80cfu/mL, and fermenting for 2-3 days while maintaining the temperature at 36-38 ℃; carrying out the first fermentation step;
and step 3: after the first-step fermentation is finished, lactobacillus rhamnosus is inoculated into a re-fermentation tank, the colony count is not less than 90cfu/mL, and the fermentation is carried out for 10h to 20h at the temperature of 37 ℃ to 40 ℃; carrying out the second fermentation;
and 4, step 4: after the second fermentation step is finished, inoculating lactobacillus casei for fermentation, wherein the colony count is not less than 100cfu/mL, and fermenting for 4-6h at the temperature of 37-45 ℃;
and 5: extracting the fermentation product to obtain supernatant and solid components of the mixture; grinding the solid components, drying, and wrapping with paper to obtain moxa roll.
Further, the extraction steps are as follows: the method comprises the following steps of (1) utilizing a solvent and a fermentation product in a weight ratio of 10: 1-30: 1, and stirring the mixture at 4-40 ℃ for 2-4 h.
Further, the solvent is water or ethanol with the concentration of 50 weight percent.
Further, the addition amount of the lactose is 10% of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
through multiple fermentation, the effective components in the folium artemisiae argyi are guaranteed, the heat is guaranteed during combustion, and the smokeless effect is achieved. The angelica has the effects of enriching and activating blood, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, and relaxing bowel; the red peony root has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, activating blood and removing stasis; the motherwort has the functions of promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow, inducing diuresis to reduce edema and clearing away heat and toxic materials. Can be used for treating menoxenia, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, lochiorrhea, edema, oliguria, pyocutaneous disease, and toxic swelling; cortex moutan has central inhibitory effects of tranquilizing, cooling, relieving fever, relieving pain, relieving spasm, etc., and has effects of resisting atherosclerosis, diuresis, resisting ulcer, etc.; the red sage root has the effects of activating blood and dissolving stasis, stimulating the menstrual flow and relieving pain, clearing away the heart fire and relieving restlessness, cooling blood and eliminating carbuncle; the rhizome of chuanxiong has the functions of promoting blood circulation, promoting qi circulation, dispelling wind and relieving pain. Can be used for treating thoracic obstruction, cardialgia, pricking pain in chest and hypochondrium, traumatic injury, menoxenia, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, headache, and rheumatalgia; the valerian has the effect of calming the mind and effectively conditioning the body health.
In conclusion, the moxa stick provided by the invention achieves smokeless effect and ensures combustion heat in the moxibustion process, thereby achieving the effect of traditional moxibustion.
