More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the armrest 4 includes: the cross holding rod 41 and the two vertical holding rods 42, the two vertical holding rods 42 are respectively connected to the two side blocking rods 151, and the cross holding rod 41 is connected between the two vertical holding rods 42; wherein each of the uprighting bars 42 is positioned at a rear side of a front edge of the foothold 13 and at a front side of a rear edge of the foothold 13. The arrangement of the vertical supporting rod 42 enlarges the range of the supportable height of the handrail 4, and the arrangement of the transverse supporting rod 41 can block the front of the upper body of the patient, thereby further preventing the upper body of the patient from inclining forward too much when standing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the chair seat 2 comprises two supporting bases 20, and the two supporting bases 20 are respectively provided with a seat board 201, and the two seat boards 201 are combined and positioned at the rear side of the human body space P in the sitting posture.
The chair seat 2 is a detachable or openable structure, and can be conveniently switched in posture. The seat 2 is designed as two supports 20, and in the sitting position, the two supports 20 can be combined, and the seat board 201 on the supports 20 is combined into the seat 2 for supporting the body of the patient. The deformation is convenient, the operation is simple, and the posture switching of the shifter 100 can be rapidly carried out.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the two supports 20 are fixed by the second fixing assembly 22 in the opposite direction of the human body space P when opened, so as to enlarge the use space of the patient on the shifting machine 100, and facilitate the patient to stand or move in a standing manner.
In some embodiments, when a patient moves from a bed or the like to the shifter 100, the two supports 20 can be fixed on the base 1 by the second fixing component 22, the space at the rear of the front baffle structure 11 is opened to facilitate the patient to move into the shifter 100, and then the two supports 20 are fixed into the chair seat 2 by the first fixing component 21 to support the body of the patient.
Further, as shown in fig. 7-9, the first fixing member 21 is a locking pin structure, and the second fixing member 22 is a hanging ring structure.
The two supports 20 are provided with bolts, when the supports 20 are combined, the two bolts are respectively inserted into the rotating shaft holes correspondingly arranged at the joint of the supports 20 and the base body 1, so that the two supports 20 are relatively fixed with the base body 1, the two supports 20 are both in the combined position and cannot rotate, the shifter 100 is in a sitting posture, and the supports 20 are fixed as the chair seats 2 and can support the body of a patient. In some embodiments, the shifter 100 may also assist in performing medical and care tasks. When sitting, the patient sits on the seat 2, and through adjusting the angle of the upper base 15, the angle of the seat 2 is changed, and the posture of the patient can be changed, for example, the patient becomes a forward leaning posture to raise the hip, so that the medical treatment and nursing work can be conveniently carried out, for example, the patient leans back the head, and the cleaning and nursing work can be carried out. The form transformation of the shifter 100 can improve the functionality of the shifter 100, assist in cleaning and nursing and the like, and improve the application range of the shifter 100. Similarly, when the patient stands in the standing position, the patient can change the posture by adjusting the angle of the upper base body 15, so that the medical treatment and nursing work can be conveniently carried out.
The front blocking structures 11 may be disposed on the upper substrate 15 alone, the lower substrate 16 alone, or on the lower substrate 16 of the upper substrate 15 at the same time, and the number of the front blocking structures 11 is not limited herein. In some embodiments, the shape of the front baffle structure 11 may be changed at different positions, for example, when it is located on the lower base 16, it may be designed to fit the leg of the patient, so as to better conform to the human body characteristics, thereby improving the comfort of the patient.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the two legs 13 are respectively hinged to the front stop structure 11, and the base 1 further includes an opening and closing adjusting structure 14 connected to the two legs 13, wherein the opening and closing adjusting structure 14 is linked with the two legs 13 to control the opening and closing angle of the two legs 13.
The opening and closing adjusting mechanism 14 is linked with the two supporting legs 13, and one opening and closing adjusting mechanism 14 can control the two supporting legs 13 simultaneously, so that the mechanism is simplified, and the operation is convenient. And one opening and closing adjusting mechanism 14 controls the opening and closing angle of the two supporting legs 13, the two supporting legs 13 are stressed uniformly, and the opening and closing angle of the two supporting legs 13 is consistent, so that the balance of the shifting machine 100 is kept conveniently, and the safety of a patient is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the opening/closing adjustment structure 14 includes: the foot pedal rotating shaft 141 and the two opening and closing connecting rods 142, each opening and closing connecting rod 142 is respectively hinged with the foot pedal rotating shaft 141 and the corresponding supporting leg 13, the foot pedal rotating shaft 141 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the base body 1, and the hinged point of the opening and closing connecting rods 142 on the rotation of the foot pedal 12 is spaced from the axis of the foot pedal rotating shaft 141.
The pedal shaft 141 rotates to drive the two opening/closing connecting rods 142 to rotate, and then the opening/closing connecting rods 142 drive the corresponding supporting legs 13 to rotate to open/close. The pedal rotating shaft 141 is located at the bottom of the base 1, and a user can control the pedal rotating shaft 141 to rotate in a pedal 12 mode, so that the opening and closing of the supporting legs 13 are controlled, and the pedal rotating shaft 141 is arranged at the bottom of the machine body, so that the operation and the use are convenient.
The hinged point of the opening and closing connecting rod 142 on the pedal rotating shaft 141 is spaced from the axis of the pedal rotating shaft 141, so that the movement stroke of the opening and closing connecting rod 142 in the rotating process can be increased, the opening degree of the opening and closing connecting rod 142 is increased, and the opening degree of the support leg of the shifting machine 100 is increased.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the opening/closing adjustment structure 14 includes: a pedal adjusting plate 143 disposed at the front side of the front structure 11, a limit post for limiting the rotation angle of the pedal adjusting plate 143 disposed on the front structure 11, and the pedal adjusting plate 143 connected to the pedal shaft 141.
The pedal adjusting plate 143 is located outside the shifter 100, and a user can drive the pedal rotating shaft 141 connected to the pedal adjusting plate 143 by applying force to the pedal adjusting plate 143, etc., so as to open or close the legs, thereby simplifying the operation and facilitating the operation and use of the shifter 100. The rotation angle of the pedal adjusting plate 143 can be controlled by the limiting column, the damage to the pedal 12 mechanism caused by improper operation of an operator is reduced, a patient on the shifting machine 100 can be protected, and the safety is improved.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the two holders 20 are fixed to each other by the first fixing member 21 when they are closed, and are fixed to the base 1 by the second fixing members 22 when they are opened. The first fixing component 21 is a lock pin structure, and the support 20 is provided with a bolt which is inserted into a correspondingly arranged rotating shaft hole at the joint of the support 20 and the base 1 when the support 20 is combined. The second fixing component 22 is a suspension ring structure, and the support 20 is hung on the base body 1 after being opened forward by nearly 180 degrees.
As shown in fig. 12, the opening/closing adjustment structure 14 includes: the foot pedal rotating shaft 141 and the two opening and closing connecting rods 142, each opening and closing connecting rod 142 is respectively hinged with the foot pedal rotating shaft 141 and the corresponding supporting leg 13, the foot pedal rotating shaft 141 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the base body 1, and the hinged point of the opening and closing connecting rods 142 on the rotation of the foot pedal 12 is spaced from the axis of the foot pedal rotating shaft 141. When the pedal spindle 141 is driven to rotate by an external force, the pedal spindle 141 drives the opening and closing link 142 to move horizontally, so that the leg 13 swings at the bottom of the base 1. The linkage of the two opening and closing links 142 causes the two legs 13 to open and close simultaneously.
By arranging the seat 2, the legs 13 and other components with switchable configurations, which can be detached or opened and closed, the posture of the shifter 100 can be switched, and the shifter 100 can be switched among a sitting posture, a standing moving posture and a standing walking aid training posture. When the sitting posture is carried out, the two supporting legs 13 are in a folded state, the posture is stable, the size is smaller, the shifting of the shifting machine 100 to a patient is facilitated, the seat 2 is located above the supporting legs 13, the rear part of the human body space P is used for placing the body of the patient in the human body space P of the shifting machine 100, and the safety of the shifting machine 100 is improved. When the standing walking aid training posture is in a standing walking aid training posture, the two supporting legs 13 are in an opening state, the chair seat 2 is detached or opened, the pedals 12 are detached, the space of the lower limbs of a patient is enlarged, and therefore the walking exercise space can be met.

Claims (13)

1. A shifter (100), comprising:
the base body (1) comprises a front baffle structure (11), a pedal (12) and two supporting legs (13), a human body space is reserved behind the front baffle structure (11) on the base body (1), the human body space is located above the pedal (12), the two supporting legs (13) are arranged at the bottom of the base body (1), and the pedal (12) is detachably arranged on the base body (1) in an openable, closable or foldable manner;
a seat (2), wherein the seat (2) is detachably or openably or retractably connected to the base body (1);
a travelling wheel (3), the travelling wheel (3) being at least partially arranged on the support leg (13); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the shifting machine (100) can be switched among a sitting posture, a standing moving posture and a standing walking aid training posture,
in the sitting position, the seat (2) is located above the two legs (13) and at least part of the seat (2) is located behind the human body space, so that the patient can step on the pedals (12) and sit on the seat (2);
in the standing movement position, the seat (2) is detached or opened or folded, so that the rear side of the body space is open and the patient can stand on the pedals (12);
in the standing walker training position, the seat (2) is removed or opened or folded and the footrest (12) is removed or opened or folded so that the patient can stand on the ground between the two legs (13).
2. The displacement machine (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the base body (1) comprises a handrail (4), at least part of the handrail (4) being located at a front side of the human body space and at least part of the footrests (12) being located at a rear side of the handrail (4).

The shifter (100) of claim 2, wherein the base body (1) is provided with two side blocking rods (151) extending backwards, the side blocking rods (151) are positioned at the left side and the right side of the human body space, and the armrest (4) and the seat (2) are connected to the two side blocking rods (151).

The machine (100) of claim 3, wherein the handrail (4) comprises: the device comprises a cross rod (41) and two vertical rods (42), wherein the two vertical rods (42) are respectively connected to the two side blocking rods (151), and the cross rod (41) is connected between the two vertical rods (42); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
