Abstract
The invention discloses a method for grouting and bonding EPS (expanded polystyrene) composite gypsum plasterboard for heat insulation in an outer wall, belonging to the technical field of buildings and comprising the following steps: firstly, uniformly spot-bonding a bonding gypsum cake on the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board to ensure that the effective bonding area of the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board is 18-22%, and after the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board is bonded on a base wall surface, drilling and grouting the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board, wherein the total area of grouting holes is not less than 12% of the total area of the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board; then the board surface is cleaned, and the grouting holes are plugged by caulking paste and gridding cloth. The effective bonding area is supplemented through grouting holes, so that the final bonding area of the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board reaches more than 30%, and the problems that the construction difficulty of workers is high and the bonding area can not be guaranteed to reach 30% due to the dead weight of the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board and the weight of bonding paste materials are too large are solved.

sixthly, hanging a net to plug the grouting holes; covering the grouting hole with caulking paste, leveling, covering the caulking paste with grid cloth, leveling and compacting, firmly adhering the grid cloth and the caulking paste, polishing and leveling after the caulking paste is solidified, and enabling the caulking paste to be level and consistent with the surface of the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board.

sixthly, hanging a net to plug the grouting holes; covering the grouting holes with caulking paste, scraping, covering the caulking paste with 50mm by 50mm of grid cloth, compacting by a spatula, firmly sticking the grid cloth and the caulking paste, and lightly polishing by abrasive paper after the caulking paste is solidified to ensure that the caulking paste is level and consistent with the surface of the EPS composite paper-faced gypsum board.
The installation of the EPS composite paper-surface gypsum board was carried out according to the process in the previous example, and the effective bonding area was calculated as follows:
