Abstract

本发明属于移动供电设备领域,特别涉及一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其包括卷筒、滑环箱、电缆、卷筒驱动机构、导缆架和控制箱,本发明采用电机控制卷筒的转动来实现收放电缆的目的,通过滚筒与滑环箱一体化,在滑环箱内设有恒温恒湿传感器和加热器,并从滑环箱引出固定电缆送电,减少了电气控制故障率,适用于恶劣工作条件下的长时间运转;导缆架通过导缆电机和限位器自动控制,卷缆均匀。

技术领域
本发明属于移动供电设备领域,特别涉及一种移动供电电缆卷筒。
背景技术
电缆卷筒是为大型移动设备提供动力电源、控制电源或控制信号的电缆卷绕装置。它广泛应用于盾构机、起重机、凿岩台车等类似工况的重型机械设备。但是,现有的电缆卷筒存在(1)在卷绕过程中线缆排列不均匀,(2)驱动控制卷筒转速不均匀,(3)滑环箱保护不足,(4)导缆过程容易卡机,(5)恶劣环境下电气控制易烧坏等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在提供一种移动供电电缆卷筒,以解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,它可在复杂工程作业环境下为各类施工设备提供移动供电。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种移动供电电缆卷筒,包括卷筒、滑环箱、电缆、卷筒驱动机构、导缆架和控制箱,所述卷筒为圆形旋转筒体,通过轴承固定在基座上,筒体一部分为滑环箱,一部分为圆筒,其上卷绕移动电缆;所述滑环箱与圆形旋转筒体固定连接,箱体对称布置2个检修窗口供维护检修,其内安装高压部件的碳刷、滑环、绝缘子;所述碳刷固定连接在滑环箱上,随着筒体一起旋转;所述滑环固定在基座上,固定不转,并连接固定电缆用于送电至用电设备;
所述移动电缆卷绕在圆形旋转筒体上,内端接至滑环箱内碳刷上,碳刷随卷筒旋转,外端通过TJB接头与供电电缆对接取电;所述固定电缆卷绕在固定电缆卷筒上,内端连接固定不转的滑环,外端接至施工设备的环网柜,由此向施工设备提供所需电能;所述固定电缆卷筒固定在滑环箱一侧的基座外侧。
进一步的,所述卷筒的旋转由卷筒驱动电机经减速器带动链轮驱动装置驱动;所述卷筒驱动电机配套驱动电机控制器,调节该控制器,可对卷筒的卷取速度进行调节,卷筒驱动电机停止运行时,电机制动器断电制动,卷筒静止;所述链轮驱动装置驱动端装有凸轮限位开关,用以提供移动电缆空盘和满盘信号。
进一步的,所述移动电缆外端穿过导缆架,收放移动电缆时由导缆架对移动电缆进行自动排缆;所述导缆架安装在筒体下方的导轨上,可左右移动,设有独立的直流驱动电机驱动;所述直流驱动电机设有直流电机控制器,既可与卷筒驱动电机联动,又可独立运行以便对导缆架的位置进行调节;所述导轨上固定安装有3个限位和换位开关,包括导缆架前进限位开关、导缆架后退限位开关、506导缆架换向开关,分别起到限位和换向的作用。
进一步的,所述基座另一侧安装有操作控制箱、驱动电机控制器、直流电机控制器;所述操作控制箱设有卷筒控制按钮和恒温恒湿控制器;所述驱动电机控制器设有电压调节旋钮和电压显示屏。
进一步的,所述滑环箱内共有4组碳刷和滑环,其中3组为A、B、C相,1组为PE,各组之间由绝缘子隔离。
进一步的,所述滑环箱内还装有恒温除湿的传感器与加热器,传感器用来检测滑环箱内的温度和湿度,加热器用来对滑环内升温以此除湿。
进一步的,恒温恒湿控制器为力矩电机,额定转速950r/min,减速比为1:160。
进一步的,所述移动电缆放缆或收缆到只剩3圈时,操作控制箱上的空盘报警指示灯或满盘报警指示灯发出声光报警,并自动降低卷筒驱动电机速度。
本发明有益效果在于,本发明采用电机控制卷筒的转动来实现收放电缆的目的,通过滚筒与滑环箱一体化,在滑环箱内设有恒温恒湿传感器和加热器,并从滑环箱引出固定电缆送电,减少了电气控制故障率,适用于恶劣工作条件下的长时间运转;导缆架通过导缆电机和限位器自动控制,卷缆均匀。

实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种移动供电电缆卷筒,包括卷筒、滑环箱、电缆、卷筒驱动机构、导缆架和控制箱,所述卷筒为圆形旋转筒体,通过轴承固定在基座上,筒体一部分为滑环箱,一部分为圆筒,其上卷绕移动电缆;所述滑环箱与圆形旋转筒体固定连接,箱体对称布置2个检修窗口供维护检修,其内安装高压部件的碳刷、滑环、绝缘子;所述碳刷固定连接在滑环箱上,随着筒体一起旋转;所述滑环固定在基座上,固定不转,并连接固定电缆用于送电至用电设备;
所述移动电缆卷绕在圆形旋转筒体上,内端接至滑环箱内碳刷上,碳刷随卷筒旋转,外端通过TJB接头与供电电缆对接取电;所述固定电缆卷绕在固定电缆卷筒上,内端连接固定不转的滑环,外端接至施工设备的环网柜,由此向施工设备提供所需电能;所述固定电缆卷筒固定在滑环箱一侧的基座外侧。
所述卷筒的旋转由卷筒驱动电机经减速器带动链轮驱动装置驱动;所述卷筒驱动电机配套驱动电机控制器,调节该控制器,可对卷筒的卷取速度进行调节,卷筒驱动电机停止运行时,电机制动器断电制动,卷筒静止;所述链轮驱动装置驱动端装有凸轮限位开关,用以提供移动电缆空盘和满盘信号。

Claims (9)

1.一种移动供电电缆卷筒,包括卷筒、滑环箱、电缆、卷筒驱动机构、导缆架和控制箱,其特征在于:
所述卷筒为圆形旋转筒体(101),通过轴承固定在基座(102)上,筒体一部分为滑环箱(201),一部分为圆筒,其上卷绕移动电缆(301);所述滑环箱(201)与圆形旋转筒体(101)固定连接,箱体对称布置2个检修窗口(202)供维护检修,其内安装高压部件的碳刷(203)、滑环(204)、绝缘子(205);所述碳刷(203)固定连接在滑环箱(201)上,随着筒体(101)一起旋转;所述滑环(204)固定在基座(102)上,固定不转,并连接固定电缆(302)用于送电至用电设备;
所述移动电缆(301)卷绕在圆形旋转筒体(101)上,内端接至滑环箱内碳刷(203)上,碳刷随卷筒旋转,外端通过TJB接头与供电电缆对接取电;所述固定电缆(302)卷绕在固定电缆卷筒(303)上,内端连接固定不转的滑环(204),外端接至施工设备的环网柜,由此向施工设备提供所需电能;所述固定电缆卷筒(303)固定在滑环箱一侧的基座外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述卷筒的旋转由卷筒驱动电机(401)经减速器(402)带动链轮驱动装置(403)驱动;所述卷筒驱动电机(401)配套驱动电机控制器(601),调节该控制器,可对卷筒的卷取速度进行调节,卷筒驱动电机(401)停止运行时,电机制动器断电制动,卷筒静止;所述链轮驱动装置(403)驱动端装有凸轮限位开关(404),用以提供移动电缆(301)空盘和满盘信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述移动电缆(301)外端穿过导缆架(501),收放移动电缆时由导缆架对移动电缆进行自动排缆;所述导缆架(501)安装在筒体(101)下方的导轨(503)上,可左右移动,设有独立的直流驱动电机(502)驱动;所述直流驱动电机(502)设有直流电机控制器(604),既可与卷筒驱动电机(401)联动,又可独立运行以便对导缆架(501)的位置进行调节;所述导轨(503)上固定安装有3个限位和换位开关,包括导缆架前进限位开关(504)、导缆架后退限位开关(505)、506导缆架换向开关(506),分别起到限位和换向的作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述基座(102)另一侧安装有操作控制箱(605)、驱动电机控制器(601)、直流电机控制器(604);所述操作控制箱(605)设有卷筒控制按钮(606)和恒温恒湿控制器(607);所述驱动电机控制器(601)设有电压调节旋钮(602)和电压显示屏(603)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述滑环箱(201)内共有4组碳刷和滑环,其中3组为A、B、C相,1组为PE,各组之间由绝缘子隔离。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述滑环箱(201)内还装有恒温除湿的传感器(206)与加热器(207),传感器(206)用来检测滑环箱内的温度和湿度,加热器(207)用来对滑环内升温以此除湿。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,恒温恒湿控制器(607安装在操作控制箱门上,用于控制传感器和加热器工作,默认设置为温度低于5℃自动加热,高于10℃停止加热;湿度高于85%启动加热,低于75%停止加热。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述卷筒驱动电机(401)为力矩电机,额定转速950r/min,减速比为1:160。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动供电电缆卷筒,其特征在于,所述移动电缆(301)放缆或收缆到只剩3圈时,操作控制箱(605)上的空盘报警指示灯或满盘报警指示灯发出声光报警,并自动降低卷筒驱动电机(401)速度。
