Abstract

一种风湿骨止疼散及制备方法，具体为：（1）将处理后的乌梢蛇在乙醇浸泡，清水清洗，烘干粉碎；（2）、将青风藤、海风藤、络石藤、忍冬藤、血力花、儿茶、乳香、没药、寻骨风、透骨草、通草、白花蛇、伸筋草、苏木、樟木、老龙须、当归、川穹、桃仁、红花、秦九、川牛膝、大活、木通、羌活、川续断、骨碎补、一口钟、甘草粉碎机内粉碎过筛后加入总重量的黄酒及的乌梢蛇粉末浸泡、干燥；（3）将鹿角胶、阿胶、龟板胶隔水熔融混合，过滤后、冷却、干燥、研磨；（4）将上述的粉末混合均匀后用药用棉布袋分装备用。本发明只需将制备好的止痛散熬水熏蒸热敷，为外敷药物，其原料为纯中药材，无副作用，起到祛风活血、强筋壮骨、祛湿散寒的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药材技术领域，具体的说是一种风湿骨止疼散及其制备工艺。
背景技术
风湿骨病是风寒湿邪侵入人体所致，风寒湿邪侵入人体后，导致筋脉阻塞不通，“不通则痛”，由此常引起人体关节、骨膜、肌肉等部位发生红肿疼痛。风湿骨痛治疗方法有止痛西药治疗、推拿针灸治疗、封闭疗法、手术治疗等，但是上述方法均有很多缺陷，有的副作用大，有的花费高，有的治疗本身就让患者痛苦不堪，疼痛难忍。长期的药物调理会让身体产生对药物的依赖性和抗药性。随着药物对身体副作用的日积月累，对身体的伤害不可逆转，从而引发各种并发症。现有的风湿骨性关节炎骨病的药方疗效差，为此，我们提出一种帮助风湿骨痛止痛的散剂。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种风湿骨止疼散及其制备工艺，既可有效降低附子的毒性成分，又能保留足够的有效生物活性成分。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种风湿骨止疼散，包括以下重量组份原料：青风藤7-13份、海风藤6-12份、络石藤8-14份、忍冬藤8-14份、血力花9-15份、儿茶8-14份、乳香5-11份、没药5-11份、寻骨风11-17份、透骨草8-14份、通草5-11份、白花蛇9-15份、乌梢蛇180-320份、伸筋草5-11份、苏木2-8份、樟木2-8份、老龙须5-11份、当归5-11份、川穹8-14份、桃仁5-11份、红花2-8份、秦九5-11份、川牛膝5-11份、大活5-11份、木通5-11份、羌活5-11份、川续断8-14份、骨碎补11-17份、鹿角胶5-11份、阿胶8-14份、龟板胶5-11份、土元8-14份、全虫5-11份、一口钟8-14份、甘草5-11份。

（1）、将处理后的乌梢蛇浸泡在乙醇里5-8天，取出清水清洗干净，烘干后粉碎，过200目筛；
（2）、将青风藤、海风藤、络石藤、忍冬藤、血力花、儿茶、乳香、没药、寻骨风、透骨草、通草、白花蛇、伸筋草、苏木、樟木、老龙须、当归、川穹、桃仁、红花、秦九、川牛膝、大活、木通、羌活、川续断、骨碎补、一口钟、甘草粉碎机内粉碎，过200目筛，过筛后加入总重量的6-8％的黄酒及步骤（1）中的乌梢蛇粉末浸泡，取出后放入干燥箱内干燥至水分含量10-12％；
（3）、将鹿角胶、阿胶、龟板胶隔水熔融混合、焖至8-9min，趁热过滤后取出，室温冷却至半凝固状，放入干燥机内干燥，研磨过200目筛；
（4）、将步骤（1）、（2）、（3）、中的粉末混合均匀后用药用棉布袋分装备用，即得风湿骨止疼散。
进一步优化，所述步骤（2）中在黄酒中浸泡时间为5-6h。
进一步优化，所述步骤（3）中干燥温度为40-50℃，干燥时间为3-4h。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明只需要将制备好的止痛散熬水熏蒸热敷，为外用药物，其原料组分为纯中药材，无副作用，起到祛风活血、强筋壮骨、祛湿散寒的作用。

实施例1
一种风湿骨止疼散，包括以下原料：青风藤7份、海风藤6份、络石藤8份、忍冬藤8份、血力花9份、儿茶8份、乳香5份、没药5份、寻骨风11份、透骨草8份、通草5份、白花蛇9份、乌梢蛇180份、伸筋草5份、苏木2份、樟木2份、老龙须5份、当归5份、川穹8份、桃仁5份、红花2份、秦九5份、川牛膝5份、大活5份、木通5份、羌活5份、川续断8份、骨碎补11份、鹿角胶5份、阿胶8份、龟板胶5份、土元8份、全虫5份、一口钟8份、甘草5份。

一种风湿骨止疼散，包括以下原料：青风藤10份、海风藤8份、络石藤11份、忍冬藤11份、血力花12份、儿茶11份、乳香8份、没药8份、寻骨风14份、透骨草11份、通草8份、白花蛇11份、乌梢蛇240份、伸筋草8份、苏木5份、樟木5份、老龙须8份、当归8份、川穹11份、桃仁8份、红花5份、秦九8份、川牛膝8份、大活8份、木通8份、羌活8份、川续断11份、骨碎补14份、鹿角胶8份、阿胶11份、龟板胶8份、土元11份、全虫8份、一口钟11份、甘草8份。

实施例3
一种风湿骨止疼散，包括以下原料：青风藤13份、海风藤12份、络石藤14份、忍冬藤14份、血力花15份、儿茶14份、乳香11份、没药11份、寻骨风17份、透骨草14份、通草11份、白花蛇15份、乌梢蛇320份、伸筋草11份、苏木8份、樟木8份、老龙须5-11份、当归11份、川穹14份、桃仁11份、红花8份、秦九11份、川牛膝11份、大活11份、木通11份、羌活11份、川续断14份、骨碎补17份、鹿角胶11份、阿胶14份、龟板胶11份、土元14份、全虫11份、一口钟14份、甘草11份。

（3）、将鹿角胶、阿胶、龟板胶隔水熔融混合、焖至8-9min，趁热过滤后取出，室温冷却至半凝固状，放入干燥机内干燥，研磨过200目筛；
（4）、将步骤（1）、（2）、（3）、中的粉末混合均匀后用药用棉布袋分装备用，即得风湿骨止疼散。
5.如权利要求4所述一种风湿骨止疼散的制备工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤（2）中在黄酒中浸泡时间为5-6h。
6.如权利要求4所述一种风湿骨止疼散的制备工艺，其特征在于，所述，所述步骤（3）中干燥温度为40-50℃，干燥时间为3-4h。
