技术领域
本发明涉及外用中药制剂领域，尤其涉及一种祛风通络止痛膏。
背景技术
现有药物治疗治疗手足麻木，腰腿疼痛、损伤血淤、气血不活、经络受阻、关节、急、慢性炎症等引起的机体肿胀、疼痛及各种无名肿胀痛症，效果不尽人意，社会上患病群体广大，对这类药物及疗效上更存在广泛需求。在目前现有的技术中，西医治疗常以消炎止痛、激素、封闭、 紫外线照射、牵引、手术等方法，其缺点是治标不治本，治疗时间长，疗效不明显，费用高，且手术危险性极高。中医采用内服中药，以舒筋活络、活血化瘀等方法，效果不是很明显，或者初服用是有效随后则无作用，疗效不持久，复发率高。而且内服用中药不方便，有的中药对胃有刺激，产生不良的副作用。由于经筋疼痛这种疾病发病的部位不一，而且发病的原因很多，一种药物一般都是针对一种症状有效，有些药物还存在着药效不能持久，停药后出现反弹，必须长期不间断服用的缺点。因此，需要发挥中医药的优势，研制出多环节、多层次、多功效、毒副作
用小、疗程短、疗效显著、低成本的中药制剂。
发明内容
基于现有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种见效快，治愈率高，使用
方便，成本低廉、不易复发，无毒副作用，治疗各种疼痛，祛风除湿、活血祛瘀、消肿止痛的祛风通络止痛膏。

进一步的祛风通络止痛膏，包括如下制备步骤：
1) 将上述重量份数的除血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香的原料，酌予碎断，取上述重量份的芝麻油置于铁锅内，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至 160-180摄氏度后将碎断原料投入铁锅内，改为文火加热，并不断搅拌至原料炸至表面为深褐色内部焦黄为度，铁锅离火稍冷，后通过铁丝筛捞去混合料中的药渣，得到混合料，后经过麻布过滤混合料得到药油；
2)将盛装上述药油的铁锅放在炉子上，用文火熬炼，待油温上升至240-260摄氏度时，血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香粉碎并过100-120目筛后均匀混合得到的细药粉，放入上述铁锅内的药油中并均匀搅拌至细药粉溶化，得到药膏备用。
本发明的祛风通络止痛膏能祛风散寒、活血止痛、舒筋活络，治疗手足麻木，腰腿疼痛、损伤血淤、各种无名肿胀痛症，具有见效快，治愈率高，使用方便，成本低廉、不易复发，无毒副作用的优点，并能阻止或延缓病症的发生，减轻或消除疼痛，由于本发明用于肌表，所以药膏中取气味具厚的药物，开结行滞直达病所，因此可透入皮肤产生消炎，止痛，活血化瘀，通经走络，开窍透骨，祛风散寒等；敷于体表的药膏刺激神经末梢，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，达到消肿，消炎和镇痛的目的，同时药物在患处通过皮肤渗透达皮下组织，在局部产生药物浓度的相对优势，从而发挥较强的药理作用。
此外，本发明的祛风通络止痛膏无毒副作用，化瘀消肿，止痛生肌，调整了血液循环，加快了新陈代谢，促进对细胞组织的修复,同时达到养护和疏通经络的目的，既绿色健康又解决了一般药物治标不治本的问题。具有活血化淤、消肿止痛等功效，副作用小；制备工艺完整、配套，操作简便，采用纯中药制剂，无污染，过敏性小，效果好，治愈时间短，病人康复时间快。
本发明药膏药性强、治愈率高，能够有效地减轻患者的身体病痛和精神负担，社会效益良好，较好地达到了预定目的本发明中药制剂的配方合理，能达到标本兼治，愈后不复发的效果，毒副作用小。

本实施例的祛风通络止痛膏，可以通过如下步骤制备：
1) 将上述重量份数的除血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香，芝麻油之外的原料，酌予碎断，取上述重量份的芝麻油置于铁锅内，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至170摄氏度后将碎断原料投入铁锅内，改为文火加热，并不断搅拌至原料炸至表面为深褐色内部焦黄为度，铁锅离火稍冷，后通过铁丝筛捞去混合料中的药渣，得到混合料，后经过麻布过滤混合料得到药油；
2)将盛装上述药油的铁锅放在炉子上，用文火熬炼，待油温上升至250摄氏度时，血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香粉碎并过110目筛后均匀混合得到的细药粉，放入上述铁锅内的药油中并均匀搅拌至细药粉溶化，得到药膏备用。
实施例3：本实施例的祛风通络止痛膏，它是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成的：生川乌300份，生草乌300份，怀牛膝150份，生白附子150份，香加皮200份，杭白芍200份，豨莶草200份，鸡血藤300份，防风150份，透骨草200份，红花300份，姜活200份，乳香300份，没药300份，青风藤150份，独活200份，麻黄200份，杜仲200份，乌药200份，川续断200份，香附200份，大黄200份，川穹150份，苍术150份，苦参200份，槐枝300份，柳枝300份，白杨枝300份，桃枝300份，艾叶200份，金银花200份，白芷150份，黄芩200份，当归200份，莪术150份，三棱150份，肉桂200份，全蝎200份，蜈蚣200份，血竭150份，儿茶150份，水牛角90份，血余炭90份，冰片90份，樟脑90份，麝香15份，芝麻油10000份。
本实施例的祛风通络止痛膏，可以通过如下步骤制备：
1) 将上述重量份数的除血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香，芝麻油之外的原料，酌予碎断，取上述重量份的芝麻油置于铁锅内，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至180摄氏度后将碎断原料投入铁锅内，改为文火加热，并不断搅拌至原料炸至表面为深褐色内部焦黄为度，铁锅离火稍冷，后通过铁丝筛捞去混合料中的药渣，得到混合料，后经过麻布过滤混合料得到药油；
2)将盛装上述药油的铁锅放在炉子上，用文火熬炼，待油温上升至260摄氏度时，血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香粉碎并过120目筛后均匀混合得到的细药粉，放入上述铁锅内的药油中并均匀搅拌至细药粉溶化，得到药膏备用。
将上述中草药按本发明配方配制，可起到活血化瘀、凉血止痛、蚀腐生肌的效果。按照上述技术方案进行试制、试用，证明本发明的组方配伍科学合理，见效快，疗效好，使用方便、卫生，制备简单。
本发明的祛风通络止痛膏使用方法:治疗时将药膏，用生理盐水对患处进行清洗后，用本发明的药膏涂患处薄薄一层，十二小时后换药一次，七天为一疗程。
本发明的一种祛风通络止痛膏治疗原理：通过以上诸药的合理配伍，以中医理论为基础，使各味药物在疗效上产生良好的协同作用，行气开窍，温经通络，活血止痛，运用药物互相协调为用的效能，发挥了药物的良好效果。
本发明的一种祛风通络止痛膏中主要原材料的作用：
生川乌 ：祛风除湿，温经止痛，用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、 寒疝作痛。
怀牛膝：活血散瘀、清热解毒、祛湿利尿的功效。
血竭：味甘咸，平，具有活血疗伤止痛，生肌敛疮止血之效。
生草乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛，用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，寒疝作痛，麻醉止痛。
防风:解表祛风，胜湿，止痉。用于感冒头痛，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒，破伤风。
生白附子：可祛风痰、通经络、解毒镇痛。
香加皮：味辛、苦，性温，有利水消肿，祛风湿。
杭白芍：养血和营，缓急止痛，敛阴平肝，缓解脘腹疼痛，四肢挛痛，头痛，眩晕。
鸡血藤：活血舒筋，养血调经，风湿痹痛。
豨莶草：味辛、苦,性寒,归肝、肾经。可以祛除风湿、强健筋骨、清热解毒。
透骨草: 祛风除湿，舒筋活血，散瘀消肿，解毒目痛。
红花：具有活血通经,散瘀止痛之功效。
姜活：散寒解表,祛风湿,止痛。
乳香：活血行气，通经止痛，消肿生肌。
没药：行气活血，消肿定痛。
青风藤：祛风湿，通经络，利小便。
独活：祛风除湿，通痹止痛。
麻黄：发汗散寒，宣肺平喘，利水消肿。
杜仲：补肝肾，强筋骨。
乌药:行气止痛，温肾散寒。
川续断：止血、镇痛作用。
香附：疏肝解郁，理气宽中，调经止痛。
大黄：泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄。
川穹：具有活血行气,祛风止痛的功效。
苍术:燥湿健脾，祛风散寒，明目。
苦参:清热燥湿，利尿，杀虫，宁心止悸。
槐枝:治崩漏带下，心痛，目赤，痔疮，疥疮。
柳枝：用于祛风,利尿,止痛,消肿。治风湿痹痛,淋病,白浊,小便不通,传染性肝炎,风肿,疔疮,丹毒,齿龋,龈肿。
白杨枝: 消腹痛，治吻疮。
桃枝: 活血通络，解毒杀虫。用于心腹刺痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，疮癣。
艾叶: 温经止血，散寒止痛，外用祛湿止痒。
金银花: 清热解毒，疏散风热。
白芷: 解表散寒，祛风止痛，宣通鼻窍，燥湿止带，消肿排脓。

例 1 ：李某，男，48岁，左侧肢体活动不灵、麻木不适，每因阴雨天则肢体麻木的症状更为严重，伴有肢体肿胀感，经用本发明祛风通络止痛膏两个疗程治疗，肢体的活动功能明显好转。一个疗程后症状得到控制，三个疗程后康复。
例 2 ：张某某，女，35岁，就诊前一两个月开始左侧腰内，就诊时现在几乎每天都在疼，只是程度不同，特别的坐着腿弓起来的时或弯腰或者抱腿坐着时都会很疼，蹲的时候疼一下，起来也疼一下，经用本发明祛风通络止痛膏一个疗程治疗，各患处疼痛感消失,行动自如，两个疗程后康复。

1) 将上述重量份数的除血竭、儿茶、水牛角、血余炭、冰片、樟脑、芝麻油、麝香之外的原料，酌予碎断，取上述重量份的芝麻油置于铁锅内，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至160-180摄氏度后将碎断原料投入铁锅内，改为文火加热，并不断搅拌至原料炸至表面为深褐色内部焦黄为度，铁锅离火稍冷，后通过铁丝筛捞去混合料中的药渣，得到混合料，后经过麻布过滤混合料得到药油；
2)将盛装上述药油的铁锅放在炉子上，用文火熬炼，待油温上升至240-260摄氏度时，将由血竭，儿茶，水牛角，血余炭，冰片，樟脑，麝香经粉碎并过100-120目筛后均匀混合得到的细药粉，放入上述铁锅内的药油中并均匀搅拌至细药粉溶化，得到药膏备用。
