The macadamia nut shelling device according to claim 3, wherein the vibrating mechanism comprises a transverse plate arranged at the top end of the support plate, a filter sieve plate is arranged above the transverse plate, first connecting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the transverse plate, second connecting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the filter sieve plate, springs are respectively arranged between the adjacent first connecting plates and the adjacent second connecting plates, a second motor is arranged at one end of the top of the transverse plate, a first connecting rod is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor, one end, away from the second motor, of the first connecting rod is connected with one end of the second connecting rod, and one end, away from the first connecting rod, of the second connecting rod extends to one end, away from the second motor, of the filter sieve plate and is connected with the side wall of the filter sieve plate.
5. The macadamia nut shelling apparatus as claimed in claim 4 wherein said filter screen deck is provided with baffles on each of the sides thereof and the side thereof remote from said outlet.

A macadamia nut shelling device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the crushing mechanism comprises a lead screw driver arranged between the transverse plate and the filter screen plate, one end of the lead screw driver is connected with a third motor, an exhaust fan is arranged at the top end of the lead screw driver, a material receiving funnel which is made of soft materials and can elastically deform is arranged at the top end of the exhaust fan, and the top opening of the material receiving funnel completely covers the bottom surface of the filter screen plate.
7. A hulling method using the hulling apparatus for hawaii fruit according to claim 6, comprising the steps of:
step S1: the macadamia nuts which pass through the primary screening and are of the same size grade enter from the inlet, and are rolled through the cooperation of the compression roller and the pressing plate, so that the nuts and the shells are separated;
step S2: the shells and the nuts fall on the surface of the filter sieve plate, the second motor is started to drive the first connecting rod to rotate, the first connecting rod drives the second connecting rod to swing, so that the filter sieve plate correspondingly swings, the shell and nut fragments with small volume drop downwards through the through holes on the surface of the filter sieve plate, and the exhaust fan sucks the shell and nut fragments with small volume away through back and forth movement and matching with the material receiving hopper;
step S3: and starting the hydraulic cylinder, ejecting the extending end of the hydraulic cylinder upwards, rotating and inclining the support plate and the vibration mechanism by a certain angle along the clockwise direction, and enabling the shells and the nuts with larger volume to flow out through the outlet.
8. A process for producing fragile macadamia nuts using the device for hulling macadamia nuts as claimed in claim 6, comprising the steps of:
step S1: separating the macadamia nuts from the shells by using the macadamia nut shelling device, and then passing a mixture of the macadamia nuts and the shells through the surface of a continuously vibrating sieve plate, wherein the outer diameter of the macadamia nuts with the same external dimension is smaller than that of the shells, and the macadamia nuts fall below the sieve plate through sieve holes on the surface of the sieve plate and are separated from the shells;
step S2: the separated macadamia nuts are collectively placed in a refrigerating device for storage for 24-48 hours, wherein the storage temperature of the refrigerating device is-20 to-10 ℃;
step S3: taking out the refrigerated macadamia nuts, conveying hot air to the surfaces of the macadamia nuts to thaw the macadamia nuts, putting the macadamia nuts into a sugarcane juice solution produced by pressing after the macadamia nuts are thawed, wherein the weight ratio of the macadamia nuts to the filtered and clarified viscous sugarcane juice is 0.5: 1-1: 2, and infiltrating and heating the sugarcane juice to boiling, wherein the total time of infiltration and heating is 60-90 minutes;
step S4: and fishing out the soaked macadamia nuts, draining off water, putting the macadamia nuts into a baking device, baking at the temperature of 180-210 ℃ for 30-60 minutes, and then spreading peanut nut fragments on the surfaces of the macadamia nuts to finally form a finished product.
