侧撞保护机构及儿童安全座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及婴幼儿用品技术领域，更具体的涉及一种侧撞保护机构及儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
儿童安全座椅是一种专为不同体重(或年龄段)的儿童设计，安装在汽车内，能够有效地提高儿童乘车安全的座椅。例如，在汽车发生紧急制动或者前向碰撞的情况下，儿童安全座椅能减少对儿童的冲压力和有效阻止儿童身体向前急速运动，避免二次碰撞；当车辆后向碰撞时，儿童安全座椅的背靠和头靠能承载儿童的身体和头部，避免儿童颈部因快速向后运动而损伤；从而减轻对儿童的伤害，为儿童提供强有力的保护、缓冲和约束作用，有效提高儿童的乘车安全。因此，儿童安全座椅很快被消费者接受，并慢慢在全世界得到推广。
但当汽车发生侧面碰撞时，儿童安全座椅仅依靠其背靠上的侧翼和头靠侧翼来保护儿童的身体和头部，保护力度相对较弱。因此，对于儿童安全座椅来说，其侧翼需设有侧向保护装置，以在侧撞时为婴儿提供侧撞保护的功能，提高儿童安全座椅的安全性能，能有效保护婴儿的安全。目前，侧撞保护装置均枢接在背靠侧翼的两侧，利用扭簧的作用使侧撞保护装置可处于使用位置和收藏位置，侧撞保护装置收藏于侧翼内处于收藏位置时需利用卡合结构将其锁定，以克服扭簧的恢复力，如需使用保护装置时，还需通过额外按钮将卡合结构释锁，然后侧撞保护装置在扭簧的作用下回到使用位置。因此，该侧撞保护装置的结构比较复杂、无法进行自动收折且操作繁琐。
因此，有必要提供一种可实现自动收折，且结构简单和操作方便的侧撞保护机构，以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种可实现自动收折，且结构简单和操作方便的侧撞保护机构。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种包含上述侧撞保护机构的儿童安全座椅。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种侧撞保护机构，包括固定座、枢接于固定座的侧撞保护块、定位件和位于固定座与侧撞保护块之间的扭簧，定位件可伸缩的设于侧撞保护块，侧撞保护块具有使用位置和收藏位置且可于使用位置和收藏位置之间枢转，扭簧恒将侧撞保护块朝收藏位置方向偏压，当侧撞保护块处于使用位置时，定位件与固定座相卡合，位于使用位置的侧撞保护块被操作时，定位件与固定座释锁，侧撞保护块自动朝收藏位置方向枢转直至处于收藏位置。
与现有技术相比，本申请的侧撞保护机构在侧撞保护块处于使用位置时，定位件与固定座相卡合，以使侧撞保护块定位在使用位置。如需使侧撞保护块由使用位置向收藏位置转换时，直接操作侧撞保护块，定位件收缩，从而使定位件与固定座释锁，然后在扭簧恒将侧撞保护块朝收藏位置方向偏压的作用下，侧撞保护块自动朝收藏位置方向枢转直至处于收藏位置。因而该侧撞保护机构可实现自动收折，且结构简单和操作方便。
较佳的，本申请的侧撞保护机构还包括至少1个弹性件，弹性件安装于侧撞保护块上且给定位件提供弹力使其实现可伸缩运动。
较佳的，侧撞保护块设有安装槽，弹性件位于安装槽内，且弹性件的一端抵接安装槽的内壁，定位件的一端伸入安装槽并抵接于弹性件的另一端，定位件的另一端在弹力的作用下恒抵接于固定座。
较佳的，固定座设有卡合槽，侧撞保护块枢转至使用位置，定位件伸入卡合槽，使侧撞保护块定位于使用位置。
较佳的，定位件抵接固定座的一端具有第一释锁斜面，卡合槽具有与第一释锁斜面配合的第二释锁斜面。
较佳的，固定座具有凸部，侧撞保护块设置有与凸部配合的凹槽，侧撞保护块位可绕凸部转动，卡合槽设置于凸部上。
较佳的，凸部设置有第一贯穿孔，侧撞保护块位于凹槽的两端设置有与第一贯穿孔相对应的第二贯穿孔，枢转轴穿过第二贯穿孔和第一贯穿孔以使固定座和侧撞保护块枢转。

请参考图1-图2，本发明的儿童安全座椅100，包括相连接的乘坐部10、背靠部30和侧撞保护机构50。其中，背靠部30具有两相对的侧翼31，两侧翼31上分别设置有侧撞保护机构50，在儿童安全座椅100的使用过程中，若发生意外而侧向撞击时，该侧撞保护机构50先与车体碰撞，对冲击力进行缓冲，从而起到更好的保护作用。进一步，侧翼31上开设有安装侧撞保护机构50的安装孔33，侧撞保护机构50可收容于安装孔33内。

当侧撞保护块53处于使用位置时，定位件55与卡合槽5111相卡合，第一释锁斜面551和第二释锁斜面533相互接触，以使侧撞保护块53定位在使用位置。如需使侧撞保护块53由使用位置向收藏位置转换时，直接操作侧撞保护块53，可于侧撞保护块53施压朝收藏位置方向的力，定位件55在第一释锁斜面551和第二释锁斜面533的作用下收缩以退出卡合槽5111，从而使定位件55与固定座51释锁，然后在扭簧57恒将侧撞保护块53朝收藏位置方向偏压的作用下，侧撞保护块53自动朝收藏位置方向枢转直至处于收藏位置。因而该侧撞保护机构50可自动收折，且结构简单和操作方便。同时，还可通过操作件58实现定位件55与固定座51释锁，实现侧撞保护块53的自动收折。

Claims (16)

1.一种侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，包括固定座、枢接于所述固定座的侧撞保护块、定位件和位于所述固定座与所述侧撞保护块之间的扭簧，所述定位件可伸缩的设于所述侧撞保护块，所述侧撞保护块具有使用位置和收藏位置且可于所述使用位置和所述收藏位置之间枢转，所述扭簧恒将所述侧撞保护块朝所述收藏位置方向偏压，当所述侧撞保护块处于所述使用位置时，所述定位件与所述固定座相卡合，位于所述使用位置的所述侧撞保护块被操作时，所述定位件与所述固定座释锁，所述侧撞保护块自动朝所述收藏位置方向枢转直至处于所述收藏位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，还包括至少1个弹性件，所述弹性件安装于所述侧撞保护块上且给所述定位件提供弹力使其实现可伸缩运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述侧撞保护块设有安装槽，所述弹性件位于所述安装槽内，且所述弹性件的一端抵接所述安装槽的内壁，所述定位件的一端伸入所述安装槽并抵接于所述弹性件的另一端，所述定位件的另一端在弹力的作用下恒抵接于所述固定座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述固定座设有卡合槽，所述侧撞保护块枢转至所述使用位置，所述定位件伸入所述卡合槽，使所述侧撞保护块定位于所述使用位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述定位件抵接所述固定座的一端具有第一释锁斜面，所述卡合槽具有与所述第一释锁斜面配合的第二释锁斜面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述固定座具有凸部，所述侧撞保护块设置有与所述凸部配合的凹槽，所述侧撞保护块位可绕所述凸部转动，所述卡合槽设置于所述凸部上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述凸部设置有第一贯穿孔，所述侧撞保护块位于所述凹槽的两端设置有与所述第一贯穿孔相对应的第二贯穿孔，枢转轴穿过所述第二贯穿孔和所述第一贯穿孔以使所述固定座和所述侧撞保护块枢转。
8.根据权利要求6所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述凸部呈圆柱形结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述固定座设有可与外部进行连接的安装部。
10.根据权利要求2所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述定位件具有两凸出端，两所述凸出端对应抵接两所述弹性件。
11.根据权利要求2所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述弹性件为螺旋弹簧。
12.根据权利要求2所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，还包括与所述定位件连接的操作件，所述操作件滑动设于所述侧撞保护块，所述操作件被操作可带动所述定位件移动以克服所述弹性件的弹力，使所述定位件与所述固定座释锁。
13.根据权利要求12所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述侧撞保护块内凹设有安装所述操作件的滑槽。
14.根据权利要求12所述的侧撞保护机构，其特征在于，所述操作件具有驱动部，所述定位件设有与所述驱动部配合的定位孔，所述驱动部穿过所述侧撞保护块伸入所述定位孔。
15.一种儿童安全座椅，包括相连接的乘坐部和背靠部，所述背靠部具有两相对的侧翼，其特征在于，还包括设于所述侧翼的如权利要求1-14任一项所述的侧撞保护机构。
16.根据权利要求15所述的儿童安全座椅，其特征在于，所述侧翼上开设有安装所述侧撞保护机构的安装孔，所述固定座安装于所述安装孔，所述侧撞保护块处于所述收藏位置时收容于所述安装孔内。
