一种数据发送和接收方法以及装置。所述方法包括:网络设备向终端设备发送数据调度控制信息;所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送用于指示一个或多个频域带宽资源的第一指示信息;以及所述网络设备接收所述终端设备发送的上行数据。由此,能够提高频谱资源利用效率、减少传输时延,并保证调度的灵活性。
