The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle payment method, which comprises the steps that after a vehicle of a user arrives at a payment waiting area, equipment information of a vehicle-mounted unit on the vehicle is identified through an electronic toll collection system antenna arranged in the payment waiting area, then when the vehicle is determined to be mounted on the vehicle according to an identification result, a license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is obtained, and the license plate number of the vehicle is identified through a camera arranged in the payment waiting area to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle; when the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle, generating a vehicle payment request to be sent to a bank system according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, finally sending a vehicle release instruction to a lane control device of a waiting payment area after detecting the payment success prompt information which is fed back by the bank system and corresponds to the vehicle payment request so that the lane control device releases the vehicle, detecting the consistency of the license plate vehicle according to the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit of the electronic toll collection system and the vehicle license plate number obtained based on image recognition, avoiding the fake plate problem which cannot be avoided by license plate recognition technology, generating the vehicle payment request to be sent to the bank system according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the pre-configured vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, the bank system deducts the amount to be paid from the bank account corresponding to the bank account information according to the bank account information and the amount to be paid carried in the vehicle payment request, and clears the deducted amount to the corresponding vehicle service provider on the next day of the current date, so that the vehicle service provider and the bank system can realize quick fund transaction while realizing the vehicle-free and contactless parking payment of the vehicle owner, and the vehicle payment can be quickly finished without multiple clearing through a road network center, thereby saving cost and time, and ensuring the consistency of license plates and vehicles.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a vehicle payment method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment of the present invention, the generating a vehicle payment request according to the information of the fee to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and sending the vehicle payment request to the bank system includes: acquiring service record information corresponding to the vehicle; generating information to be paid of the vehicle according to the service record information and a preset vehicle payment rule; generating a vehicle payment request according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle payment request carries bank account information and the amount of money to be paid; and sending the vehicle payment request to a bank system.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment specifically includes:
step 201, after a vehicle of a user arrives at a payment waiting area, identifying equipment information of an on-board unit on the vehicle through an electronic toll collection system antenna arranged in the payment waiting area.

In one embodiment, the payment waiting area is a doorway of a parking lot, the service record information is vehicle parking time, and the preset vehicle payment rule is a rule for calculating parking fee according to the vehicle parking time. The parking fee is the information of the vehicle to be paid.
In another embodiment, the payment waiting area is a doorway of a gas station, the service record information is a total refueling amount of the vehicle, and the preset vehicle payment rule is a rule for calculating the total refueling amount of the vehicle. The refueling cost is the information of the vehicle to be paid.
Step 206, generating a vehicle payment request according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle payment request carries the bank account information and the amount of money to be paid.
Optionally, a vehicle payment request is generated according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, and the vehicle payment request carries bank account information and the amount of money to be paid, including: generating a payment amount to be paid according to the payment information of the vehicle, wherein the payment amount to be paid is the amount of money to be paid by the vehicle; acquiring vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, reading bank account information in the vehicle payment information, wherein the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle is the vehicle payment information containing the license plate number of the vehicle; and generating a vehicle payment request according to the amount of money to be paid and the bank account information. And step 207, sending the vehicle payment request to a bank system.
After receiving the vehicle payment request, the bank system deducts the amount to be paid from the bank account corresponding to the bank account information according to the bank account information and the amount to be paid carried in the vehicle payment request, and feeds back payment success prompt information corresponding to the vehicle payment request after deduction is successful. The payment success prompt information is used for prompting that the amount of money to be paid is deducted from the bank account corresponding to the bank account information successfully to finish vehicle payment. The corresponding vehicle service provider can inquire the transaction flow corresponding to the deducted amount of the to-be-paid fee in real time. Alternatively, the vehicle service provider may be a parking lot, a gas station, a highway toll station, or a bridge toll station. The bank system liquidates the amount of money to be deducted to the corresponding vehicle service provider the next day of the current date. The clearing period is much faster than the traditional ETC transaction mode.
And 208, after payment success prompt information corresponding to the vehicle payment request fed back by the bank system is detected, sending a vehicle release instruction to a lane control device of the payment waiting area so that the lane control device releases the vehicle.
And 209, sending a license plate number auditing request to a manual auditing platform so that the manual auditing platform audits whether the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle.
And step 210, if the fact that the audit result fed back by the manual audit platform is that the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is inconsistent with the license plate number of the vehicle is detected, sending vehicle fake license plate prompt information to an traffic management system.
The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle payment method, which comprises the steps of obtaining service record information corresponding to a vehicle, generating payment information of the vehicle according to the service record information and a preset vehicle payment rule, generating a vehicle payment request according to the payment information of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to a license plate number of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle payment request carries bank account information and payment amount, sending the vehicle payment request to a bank system, generating the vehicle payment request to the bank system according to the payment information of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, so that the bank system deducts the payment amount from a bank account corresponding to the bank account information according to the bank account information and the payment amount carried in the vehicle payment request, and clears the deducted amount to a corresponding vehicle service provider on the next day of the current date, the vehicle service provider and the bank system can realize quick fund transaction without getting off and contact-free parking payment of the vehicle owner, and the vehicle service provider and the bank system do not need to be cleared for many times through a road network center, so that the cost and the time are saved.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle payment device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: the system comprises a device information identification module 301, a license plate number acquisition module 302, a license plate number judgment module 303, a payment request sending module 304 and a release instruction sending module 305.
The device information identification module 301 is configured to identify device information of a vehicle-mounted unit on a vehicle through an electronic toll collection system antenna arranged in a payment waiting area after the vehicle of a user arrives at the payment waiting area; the license plate number obtaining module 302 is used for obtaining a license plate number bound with a vehicle-mounted unit when the vehicle is determined to be mounted on the vehicle according to the recognition result, and recognizing the license plate number of the vehicle through a camera arranged in the payment waiting area to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle; a license plate number judging module 303, configured to judge whether a license plate number bound to the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with a license plate number of the vehicle; a payment request sending module 304, configured to generate a vehicle payment request according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and send the vehicle payment request to a bank system if the license plate number bound to the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle; a release instruction sending module 305, configured to send a vehicle release instruction to the lane control device of the payment waiting area after detecting that the payment success prompt information corresponding to the vehicle payment request is fed back by the bank system, so that the lane control device releases the vehicle.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer device 12 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The computer device 12 shown in FIG. 4 is only one example and should not bring any limitations to the functionality or scope of use of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, computer device 12 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors 16, a memory 28, and a bus 18 that connects the various system components (including the memory 28 and the processors 16).
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 4, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 4, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 20. The processor 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the program stored in the memory 28, so as to implement the vehicle payment method provided by the embodiment of the invention: after a vehicle of a user arrives at a payment waiting area, identifying equipment information of a vehicle-mounted unit on the vehicle through an electronic toll collection system antenna arranged in the payment waiting area; when the vehicle-mounted unit is determined to be mounted on the vehicle according to the recognition result, acquiring the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit, and recognizing the license plate number of the vehicle through a camera arranged in the payment waiting area to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle; judging whether the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle; if the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle, generating a vehicle payment request according to the information to be paid of the vehicle and the vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, and sending the vehicle payment request to a bank system; and after the payment success prompt information corresponding to the vehicle payment request fed back by the bank system is detected, sending a vehicle release instruction to a lane control device of the payment waiting area so that the lane control device releases the vehicle.

1. A vehicle payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after a vehicle of a user arrives at a payment waiting area, identifying equipment information of a vehicle-mounted unit on the vehicle through an electronic toll collection system antenna arranged in the payment waiting area;
when the vehicle-mounted unit is determined to be mounted on the vehicle according to the recognition result, acquiring the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit, and recognizing the license plate number of the vehicle through a camera arranged in the payment waiting area to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle;
judging whether the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle;

carrying out information verification on the mobile phone number, the license plate number, the user name and the user certificate number input by the user;
if the mobile phone number, the license plate number, the user name and the user certificate number input by the user pass the information verification, inquiring whether the user opens the service of the electronic toll collection system;
if the user opens the service of the electronic toll collection system, acquiring bank account information bound between the user and the electronic toll collection system, and establishing a binding relationship between the license plate number and the bank account information;
and acquiring the mobile phone number, the license plate number, the user name, the user certificate number and bank account information as vehicle payment information.
3. The method of claim 2, after the information verification of the mobile phone number, the license plate number, the user name and the user certificate number input by the user, further comprising:
and if the mobile phone number, the license plate number, the user name and the user certificate number input by the user fail to pass the information verification, displaying configuration failure prompt information through a vehicle payment information configuration page.
4. The method of claim 2, after querying whether the ETC system service has been enabled by the user, further comprising:
and if the user does not open the service of the electronic toll collection system, providing an opening application page of the electronic toll collection system for the user so that the user applies for opening the service of the electronic toll collection system according to the opening application page of the electronic toll collection system.

and if the equipment information fed back by the vehicle-mounted unit is not acquired, determining that the vehicle-mounted unit is not installed on the vehicle.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after identifying device information for an on-board unit on the vehicle:
and when the vehicle-mounted unit is determined not to be installed on the vehicle according to the identification result, generating field payment information according to the information to be paid of the vehicle, and providing the field payment information for the user so as to enable the user to carry out field payment according to the field payment information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the field payment information comprises a payment two-dimensional code or a payment amount to be paid.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising, after providing the field payment information to the user:
after the situation that the user finishes field payment is detected, a vehicle releasing instruction is sent to a lane control device of the payment waiting area, so that the lane control device releases the vehicle.

if the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is not consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle, sending a license plate number checking request to a manual checking platform so that the manual checking platform checks whether the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is consistent with the license plate number of the vehicle;
and if the fact that the auditing result fed back by the manual auditing platform is inconsistent with the license plate number bound with the vehicle-mounted unit is detected, vehicle fake license plate prompt information is sent to the traffic management system.

and sending the vehicle payment request to a bank system.
