The taxi is a transportation service mode with the characteristics of convenience, comfort, flexibility, all weather, door to door and the like, can be compared with private cars to a certain extent, is a travel mode which is mainly used for meeting travel demands with strong individuation and payment capacity at present, and can provide convenience for users to travel all the time, but the taxi brings convenience and comfort to the users, and meanwhile many problems are not effectively solved, and development of the taxi industry is restricted. In the past, taxis can provide convenience for traveling of users, but the taxis bring convenience and comfort to the users, and meanwhile many problems are not effectively solved, especially in a payment mode of fare. At present, after a user takes a taxi, the payment modes commonly used by the user include cash payment, network payment and the like.
The payment method of cash payment has great limitation to users and drivers. On the aspect of users, the users must confirm that the users have enough cash before getting on the bus, and the bus fee can be paid; on the driver side, change must be made to the customer when the customer pays the fare. For example, the problems of carrying cash, making change and counterfeit money and the potential personal safety hazard of taxi drivers exist, and the development direction of the electronic commerce in the network society is not met. For a taximeter supporting a contact or non-contact IC card payment function, although passengers can use an IC card electronic wallet to carry out off-line electronic payment, the taxi meter is limited by the number of cardholders, most passengers do not own and use IC cards and are willing to charge the IC cards to a charging network point, and the taxi meter can only be used as a small amount of supplement of cash payment, and the application effect is not ideal. Moreover, the IC card offline payment of the taxi fee also needs to regularly collect the payment information of the IC card, so that the problems of clearing lag and data loss or incompleteness exist, certain workload exists, and the use is inconvenient
The payment mode of adopting network payment, the user adopts intelligent terminal to pay generally, and the driver needs to provide two-dimensional code payment function, for example, when utilizing wireless networks such as bluetooth, NFC to pay, what it adopted is traditional radio frequency signal, and this radio signal has 360 degrees all-round characteristics of radiating, and information is revealed more easily, and the security remains to be improved. The passenger pays by cash or finishes paying for the car money by mobile payment, and in the transaction process of the taxi, the passenger has the pain points of low efficiency, high error rate and the like because the passenger manually inputs the valuation amount, and meanwhile, the driver has the problems of long waiting time, reduced operation efficiency, small-amount money loss and the like in the process of waiting for the passenger to pay.
The terms used in the examples of the present specification are to be interpreted as follows:
touring a taxi: the taxi service system can patrol and pick up passengers on the road, wait for passengers at the station, spray and install patrol taxi identifiers including seven or less passenger cars and driving labor, provide travel service for the passengers and drive the vehicles according to the wishes of the passengers and charging according to the travel mileage and time.
IOT: the English name is Internet of things, namely the Internet connected with things. The internet of things is a network which connects any article with the internet according to an agreed protocol through information sensing equipment such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), an infrared sensor, a global positioning system, a laser scanner and the like to exchange and communicate information so as to realize intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, management and control and management.
A meter: referring to the national measurement and verification standard JJG738-2005 of the people's republic of China, a taximeter is a measuring instrument used for measuring the duration of a taxi and measuring a mileage according to a signal transmitted by a mileage sensor, and calculating and displaying the charge due to a passenger taxi according to the measured time and mileage.
Identity two-dimensional code: in the technology of the two-dimensional code, the identity of a passenger in the taxi industry is combined, the identity of the passenger is protected by adopting an encryption technology, the identity can be verified in a vehicle-mounted environment, and online and offline verification is supported.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is an application scenario interaction diagram of a payment method provided in an embodiment of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1, the interactive subject related to touring taxis includes: terminal device 101, IOT device 103, cloud server 105, and meter 107. The IOT device 103 can be a device installed in a vehicle, the external IOT device 103 is added through RS232 serial port communication on the basis of a traditional meter, in the driving operation process of a driver, the IOT device 103 monitors the state of meter shooting and meter lifting of the driver, after the state of meter lifting is monitored, the amount of money displayed on the meter 107 is automatically read, namely, the charging order information in the meter 107 is obtained, and the charging order information is transmitted to the cloud server 105 through a 2G network and a 4G network. The terminal device 101 may present two-dimensional code image information, and the two-dimensional code in the two-dimensional code image may be the identity two-dimensional code of the passenger. The IOT device 103 has a code scanning function and can scan two-dimensional code image information displayed on the terminal device 101, the IOT device 103 sends the acquired billing order information and the scanned two-dimensional code image information to the cloud server 105, the cloud server 105 executes a payment process for the billing order information based on the billing order information and the two-dimensional code image information sent by the IOT device 103, generates payment feedback information (payment success/payment failure), and sends the payment feedback information to the IOT device 103; the IOT device 103 then voice broadcasts and/or sends the payment feedback information to the terminal device 101. In addition, the payment feedback information sent to the terminal device 101 may also be directly sent to the terminal device 101 of the user by the cloud server 105, when the payment is successful, the cloud server 105 sends the bill for deduction to the terminal device 101, and when the payment is failed, the cloud server 105 sends the payment failure information to the terminal device 101.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the scheme provides the following embodiments:
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a payment method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of a program, the execution subject of the flow may be a program installed in an application server or an application client. In this embodiment, the execution subject of the process may be a cloud server, and the cloud server may be a server corresponding to the payment platform. The interactive agent involved may include a terminal device of the user, a meter, a device other than the user terminal device having a scanning function and a charging order information reading function. The cloud server can acquire the two-dimensional code image displayed on the terminal equipment of the user, determine the identity information of the user according to the two-dimensional code image, acquire the charging order information and pay the charging order information based on the payment account information corresponding to the user identity information of the user.
As shown in fig. 2, the process may include the following steps:
step 210: the cloud server acquires two-dimensional code image information; the two-dimensional code image information is the two-dimensional code image information displayed by the first device.
The first device may be a terminal device on the user side, for example: smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. In a screen in the first device, two-dimensional code image information may be displayed, which may include identity information of a user. When the two-dimensional code image is generated, the two-dimensional code image may be generated based on the identity information of the user, and specifically, the identity information of the user may be encrypted to generate the two-dimensional code image.
The cloud server obtains the two-dimensional code image information, which may be actually obtained by the cloud server from the IOT device, and the two-dimensional code image information is obtained by the IOT device scanning the two-dimensional code image displayed on the terminal device.
Taking a taxi taking scene as an example, after a passenger gets on the taxi, the passenger can display a two-dimensional code image through the terminal device so as to scan the IOT device installed on the taxi. The Internet of things (Internet technologies, referred to as IOT) can be understood as an Internet with objects connected to each other. The internet of things is a network for connecting any article with the internet according to an agreed protocol through information sensing equipment such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), an infrared sensor, a global positioning system and a laser scanner to carry out information exchange and communication so as to realize intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, management and control and management, and is the internet with connected articles.
The IOT equipment in the embodiment adopts an embedded ARM operating system, has a 4G communication module and a voice playing function, adopts vehicle-mounted power supply, and is connected with a taximeter on a vehicle based on an RS232 interface.
Step 220: and determining user identity information contained in the two-dimensional code image information.
The user identity information may include at least identification information, biometric information, and payment account information of the user. The identity information may be information for uniquely identifying the user identity, for example: mobile phone number information, login account information or identity card number information, etc.
The cloud server can analyze the two-dimensional code image information to obtain user identity information in the two-dimensional code image information.
Step 230: acquiring charging order information; the charging order information is generated when the charging equipment receives the service completion instruction.
The charging device may be a device for generating charging order information, such as: the taximeter is used for measuring the duration time of the taxi and measuring mileage according to signals transmitted by the mileage sensor, calculates and displays the charge due to the taxi of a passenger according to the measured timing time and the measured mileage, and generally charges according to the meter arrangement state and the meter lifting state of a driver.
The charging order information is obtained, and may be actually obtained by the cloud server, the charging order information is sent by the IOT device, the charging order information is generated when the timer receives a service completion instruction, and in an application scenario of a taxi, the service completion instruction may be a table lifting operation instruction. Of course, in other application scenarios, the technical solution in the embodiments of the present specification may be used in all scenarios that need to be priced. For example: some self-service amusement facilities, when needing to carry out the time of charging according to user's mileage or live time, also can accomplish the payment based on the technical scheme of this application.
Step 240: and determining payment account information corresponding to the user identity information.
And determining account information bound with the user identity information. In practical application, when a user registers in a user terminal, identity information, face information and account information of the user can be bound. The account information may include payment account information or bank card information.
Step 250: and executing a payment process aiming at the charging order information based on the payment account information.
In the actual operation process, the payment operation is generally completed in a server at the bank side, and for a cloud server of the payment platform, the payment account information and the charging order information for payment can be sent to the server of the bank, the bank server completes settlement, and a settlement result is returned.
It should be understood that the order of some steps in the method described in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may be interchanged according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted or deleted.
In the method in fig. 2, two-dimensional code image information is acquired through a cloud server; determining user identity information contained in the two-dimensional code image information; acquiring charging order information generated by the charging equipment when receiving a service completion instruction; determining payment account information corresponding to the user identity information; and executing a payment process aiming at the charging order information based on the payment account information. By the method, the charging order information in the charging equipment can be transmitted to the cloud server through the network, the cloud server automatically executes the payment process based on the charging order information generated by the charging equipment and the identity information of the user, the payment two-dimensional code does not need to be scanned by itself, and the amount of money is manually input for payment, so that the payment efficiency and the payment success rate are effectively improved while the user experience is improved.
Based on the method of fig. 2, the present specification also provides some specific embodiments of the method, which are described below.
Optionally, before determining the user identity information included in the two-dimensional code image information, the method may further include:
verifying the two-dimensional code image information to obtain a verification result;
when the verification result shows that the two-dimensional code image information is not verified, generating first prompt information; the first prompt message is used for prompting that the two-dimensional code image information belongs to invalid information;
and sending the first prompt message to second equipment.
After the verification of the two-dimensional code image information is performed to obtain a verification result, the method may further include:
when the verification result shows that the two-dimensional code image information passes verification, second prompt information is generated; the second prompt message is used for prompting that the two-dimensional image information passes verification;
and sending the second prompt message to the second equipment.
After the IOT device scans the two-dimensional code image displayed on the terminal device, the IOT device needs to check the information of the two-dimensional code image, that is, check the code. In practical application, the code verification can be carried out in the following way:
in the first mode, code verification operation is performed by the IOT equipment:
after the IOT device scans to obtain the two-dimensional code image information, the IOT device verifies the two-dimensional code image information, where the verification may indicate whether the two-dimensional code image information obtained by the verification scanning is valid two-dimensional code image information, and specifically, the verifying the two-dimensional code image information to obtain a verification result may specifically include:
decrypting the two-dimensional code image information according to a preset decryption rule;
and if the decryption is unsuccessful, determining that the two-dimensional code image information is invalid. That is, the valid two-dimensional code image information may refer to a two-dimensional code image obtained by encrypting according to a preset encryption rule.
In addition, the effective two-dimensional code image information can also refer to a two-dimensional code image which meets a preset encryption rule and is used for intelligent payment of a taxi in a normal use state. Specifically, after decrypting the two-dimensional code image information according to a preset decryption rule, the method may further include:
if the decryption is successful, determining the use state of the two-dimensional code image information;
when the two-dimension code image information is in a normal use state, determining that the two-dimension code image information is valid;
and when the use state of the two-dimensional code image information is abnormal, determining that the two-dimensional code image information is invalid.
The second method comprises the following steps: the IOT equipment sends the two-dimensional code image information obtained by scanning to a cloud server, and the cloud server performs code checking operation:
the IOT equipment can send the two-dimensional code image information to the cloud server, the cloud server verifies the two-dimensional code image information, and the verification mode can be the same as the first mode.
When the verification is passed, corresponding prompt information can be generated, and the presentation form of the prompt information can be a text form, a voice form or light flashing and the like. In a taxi application scene, a driver needs to observe road conditions, and characters are not suitable to be checked in the driving process, so that prompt information can be transmitted to the driver in a mode of broadcasting voice by an IOT device. For example: when the two-dimensional code image information is verified and fails, it can be determined that the two-dimensional code image information belongs to invalid information. The invalidation information may indicate: the two-dimensional code is not a two-dimensional code for taxi intelligent payment or the two-dimensional code is in an abnormal use state, for example: an inactive state. At this time, first prompt information may be generated, which may be a beep, a drip, or other voice message. When the two-dimensional code image information is verified, and the verification is passed, the two-dimensional code image information can be determined to belong to valid information. The effective information can indicate that the two-dimensional code meets the preset encryption rule and is in a normal use state.
Optionally, the determining the user identity information included in the two-dimensional code image information specifically may include:
when the verification result shows that the two-dimensional code image information passes verification, analyzing the two-dimensional code image information to determine user identity information in the two-dimensional code image information.
After the code verification is passed, the user identity information system in the two-dimensional code image information can be determined, and subsequent payment is carried out based on the payment account information in the user identity information.
By the method, when the two-dimensional code image information is obtained through scanning, the two-dimensional code image information can be verified to ensure that the subsequent payment process is smoothly carried out, so that the payment efficiency and the payment success rate are improved.
In one embodiment, the payment account information is credit account information; before determining the payment account information corresponding to the user identity information, the method may further include:
judging whether a user corresponding to the user information opens credit payment or not based on the user identity information;
and when the user opens the credit payment, taking the credit account of the user as a payment account.
In the embodiment of the specification, the IOT equipment and credit payment are combined, and the problem of existing taxi payment is solved. In this scheme, the payment account of the user may be a credit account, and the user also needs to satisfy the opening condition when opening the credit payment, specifically, whether the user satisfies the condition for opening the credit payment may be determined according to the credit score of the user, for example: only when the credit score is greater than or equal to 600 minutes, the credit payment can be opened. Therefore, when the payment account of the user is determined, whether the user opens the credit payment or not can be judged firstly, and if the user opens the credit payment, the credit account of the user can be used as the payment account for vehicle fare payment. For example: the driver manually lifts the meter to display the amount of money after arriving at the destination according to the destination requirement of the passenger, and the passenger gets off after the driver and the passenger confirm the amount of money through voice. And (4) introducing credit withholding capability, and automatically completing withholding according to the background charging information of the IOT equipment by the system when the verified user supports the credit withholding after getting off.
Further, before executing the payment process for the charging order information based on the payment account information, the method may further include:
acquiring risk information corresponding to the payment account information;
judging whether the payment account information has risks or not based on the risk information;
the executing a payment process for the charging order information based on the payment account information may specifically include:
and when the payment account information has no risk, executing a payment process aiming at the charging order information based on the payment account information.
After the payment account of the user is determined, in order to further ensure the payment security of the user, risk assessment may be performed on the payment account of the user, and if there is no risk in the payment account, a payment process for the charging order information may be performed by using the payment account. And otherwise, if the payment account has risks, stopping executing the payment process of the charging order information by adopting the account.
When the risk of the payment account is determined, the risk information of the user can be obtained, a risk value is calculated, and when the risk value is larger than a preset threshold value, the payment account can be determined to have the risk. When calculating the risk value, calculation can be performed based on historical risk information, different risk types can be given different risk weight values, and therefore the risk value of the payment account of the user is calculated based on the risk information of the user.
By the method, the payment account is adopted to execute the payment process on the charging order information only when the payment account has no risk, so that the payment safety of the user is improved.
Optionally, after obtaining the charging order information, the method may further include:
and establishing an incidence relation between the user identity information and the charging order information.
After receiving the two-dimensional code image information and the charging order information, the cloud server can determine the user identity information in the effective two-dimensional code image information, then associate the user identity information with the charging order information, determine the payment account information of the order information paid by the user based on the association relationship, and execute a payment process for the order information based on the payment account information.
Optionally, after executing the payment process for the charging order information based on the payment account information, the method may further include:
generating payment feedback information; the payment feedback information comprises payment success information or payment failure information
And sending the payment feedback information to the first device and the second device.
When the payment process for the billing order information is executed based on the payment account of the user, if the payment is successful, the payment success information can be generated and transmitted to the driver and the passenger in many forms such as voice, text or pictures. In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abll (advanced desktop Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), and vhjlang (Hardware Description Language), which are currently used in most general. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: the ARC625D, AtmelAT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
