It will be appreciated that when a plurality of legs are included in the PNR, the plurality of legs of a passenger in the PNR may correspond to the same electronic ticket and the electronic ticket numbers in the leg ticket association information corresponding to each leg of the passenger may be the same.
The booking update information may be information that the booking system 100 transmits to the information synchronization update system 200 when the PNR updates the information of the first information.
The information category of the first information is not limited in the present invention, for example, the first information may be a passenger name, an identification card number or a leg information. It should be noted that, when the PNR updates the first information, the booking system 100 may be triggered to generate the booking update information to the information synchronization update system 200, which is not limited in this invention.
The information update content may be specific update content of the first information. It should be noted that, the type of the update operation of the first information when the information update occurs may include information modification, information deletion, information creation, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
The information updating content may include information content of the first information before updating, an updating operation type, and information content of the first information after updating.
The passenger ticket associated information can be the associated information of PNR and corresponding electronic passenger ticket, and the invention can find out the target electronic passenger ticket to be synchronously updated according to the information updating content according to the passenger ticket associated information in the booking updating information.
Optionally, the ticket associated information may be section ticket associated information; optionally, the ticket related information may be passenger identity information, such as a passenger name and/or a passenger identification card number, and the specific information type of the ticket related information is not limited in the present invention. Specifically, ticket related information in the booking update information is related to the information update content.
It should be noted that, after receiving the information update content of the related information sent by the booking system 100, the information synchronization update system 200 needs to determine whether the information category of the first information is a preset information category, if so, it needs to search the corresponding electronic ticket to be updated in synchronization with the information and execute the information synchronization update; otherwise, the electronic ticket does not need to be synchronously updated, so that the subsequent information synchronous updating process can be forbidden to be executed, and the consumption of system resources is avoided.
The invention can determine what information category information in PNR is updated by technicians, and if the electronic ticket is not updated synchronously, the invention can influence the business of airport registration, passenger check-in, boarding check-in, passenger boarding and the like. Optionally, in the other information synchronization updating device, the preset category may include: at least one of passenger identity information, leg information, and leg ticket association information.
The passenger identity information may include a passenger name, a passenger identification number, and a passenger frequent flyer card number.
The leg information may be related information of the leg, such as a departure city, an arrival city, a departure time, and an arrival time.
Specifically, the present invention determines the passenger identity information, the leg information and the leg ticket related information as preset information categories, so that when the information synchronization updating system 200 recognizes that the first information in the information updating content of the PNR sent by the booking system 100 is the information of the passenger identity information, the leg information or the information category of the leg ticket related information, the information synchronization updating system 200 can be triggered to perform corresponding information synchronization updating on the booking system 100 and the electronic ticket system 300.
When determining that the information category of the first information is the preset information category, the information synchronization updating system 200 may send an electronic ticket obtaining request containing information related to the ticket related to the information updating content to the electronic ticket system 300, so as to obtain a target electronic ticket to be updated in information synchronization returned by the electronic ticket system 300.
After receiving the electronic ticket acquiring request, the electronic ticket system 300 may search for a target electronic ticket matching the ticket related information carried in the electronic ticket acquiring request, and may send the searched target electronic ticket to the information synchronization updating system 200.
The information synchronization updating system 200 may compare the information content after the first information update with the information content of the first information in the target electronic ticket after receiving the target electronic ticket returned by the electronic ticket system 300, so as to determine whether to update the information update content and the information content in the target electronic ticket synchronously.
When the information content of the first information after the first information update in the information update content is inconsistent with the information content of the first information in the target electronic ticket, the method can determine that the information synchronization update needs to be carried out after the PNR and the target electronic ticket have not completed the first information update, and the information synchronization update needs to be carried out on the PNR and the target electronic ticket.

It will be appreciated that when the booking system 100 deletes a leg in the PNR, the electronic ticket system 300 needs to delete the section ticket association information of the ticket associated with the leg to cancel the section ticket association of the leg, that is, to disconnect the ticket from the leg on the ticket side, so that the ticket with the section ticket association cancelled can be an orphan ticket and used for a new section ticket association with a new leg, so that when the booking system 100 newly builds the leg, the invention can attempt to establish an association between the orphan ticket and the new leg without newly creating a ticket corresponding to the new leg, thereby reducing resources consumed by newly created ticket and improving resource utilization rate of orphan ticket.
It should be noted that, when a plurality of passengers are included in the PNR, if the booking system 100 deletes a leg, the electronic ticket system 300 needs to delete the leg ticket related information of the ticket corresponding to the plurality of passengers respectively. Specifically, when the booking system 100 deletes the first leg in the PNR, the booking system 100 may send the section ticket association information corresponding to the first leg of each passenger to the electronic ticket system 300, and the electronic ticket system 300 may search out a plurality of corresponding target electronic tickets according to the section ticket association information, and send the plurality of searched target electronic tickets to the information synchronization update system 200.

In the invention, when the booking system 100 establishes a new flight segment, whether the orphan ticket which can be associated with the new flight segment establishment section ticket exists can be searched in the electronic ticket system 300, if so, the orphan ticket can be used for establishing the section ticket association with the new flight segment without establishing the ticket corresponding to the new flight segment, the resources consumed by the new flight segment can be effectively reduced, and the resource utilization rate of the orphan ticket can be improved.
Specifically, the E-ticket system 300 may address a newly constructed leg for any passenger: and searching all the tickets matched with the passenger identity information of the passenger in advance, and then identifying whether the section ticket associated information corresponding to the ticket is deleted for each ticket to determine whether the ticket is an orphan ticket, wherein if the section ticket associated information corresponding to a certain ticket is deleted, the ticket can be determined to be the orphan ticket and the orphan ticket is determined to be the orphan ticket matched with the passenger identity information, otherwise, the ticket is determined to be the non-orphan ticket. It will be appreciated that the electronic ticketing system 300 may attempt to find orphan coupons that match the passenger identity information of each passenger, and if the passenger identity information of a passenger does not have a matching orphan coupon, the present invention may not need to perform a process for determining a target coupon corresponding to a newly constructed leg of the passenger, but may instead create a corresponding newly constructed coupon based on the newly constructed leg of the passenger.
The electronic ticket system 300 may identify, among orphan coupons matched with the passenger identity information of a passenger, a coupon that satisfies a segment ticket association rule, and determine the coupon that satisfies the segment ticket association rule as a target coupon to be associated with a new flight segment of the passenger.
It should be noted that, the electronic ticket system 300 may search for a matching target ticket for the passenger identity information of each passenger, and if the passenger identity information of a certain passenger does not have a matching target ticket, the present invention may establish a corresponding new ticket according to the new flight segment of the passenger.

Note that, when determining target tickets from orphan tickets whose passenger identity information matches a certain passenger, the electronic ticket system 300 may determine orphan tickets that satisfy both the first association rule and the second association rule as target tickets.

Note that, the ticket serial numbers of the tickets are based on the time sequence of the ticket establishment, and if the time of ticket establishment is late, the ticket serial numbers of the tickets are later. When determining the target ticket, it is required to ensure that the flight departure time of the target ticket associated with the newly constructed leg creation section ticket cannot be earlier than the flight departure time of the ticket at the previous serial number and cannot be later than the flight departure time of the ticket at the subsequent serial number, so as to avoid changing the time sequence among the tickets.
