In the actual process of a traveler planning to take a flight for travel, after purchasing a ticket, the traveler may change the flight information for voluntary or involuntary reasons. For example, the passenger needs to sign for the taxi due to the delay of the boarding time or the adjustment of the trip plan, or due to the engineering, flight planning, transportation service, crew members of the airline company, or due to the ineffectiveness such as weather, emergency, air traffic control, etc., the flight of the passenger is delayed, the passenger cancels or cannot provide the originally purchased seat, and the airline company also provides the passenger with the taxi capable of signing for the taxi.
In an original flight management network, a host system is generally taken as a main system, an original passenger signing and transferring process is processed based on a departure host system, a passenger flight order also exists in a booking host system, passenger information in the two systems is inconsistent due to signing and transferring operation, information inaccuracy is caused in the subsequent processing of booking business or subsequent information statistics and other processes of the booking host system, and great trouble is caused to the work of an airline company.
The embodiment of the invention provides a passenger signing and transferring method which can be applied to a departure system, wherein the departure system can be a departure open system constructed in an open system mode, and can also be other departure control systems for flight control. The execution subject of the method can be a processor running on a computer, and the flow chart of the passenger signing method is shown in fig. 1 and comprises the following steps:
s101: when a signing and transferring request sent by a front end is received, judging whether the signing and transferring request meets a preset signing and transferring processing condition;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the departure open system can receive a signing request of the front end of the system and can also receive a signing request of the front end interface of the airline official website. The signing request may be sent through a JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format message, or may be sent through an XML (Extensible Markup Language) format message.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the signing and transferring processing condition is preset, namely the condition which the signing and transferring request for triggering the signing and transferring operation should meet. When a processor of the system receives a signing request sent by a front end, the processor can analyze the message of the signing request, and judge whether the signing request meets signing processing conditions or not through the message of the request, namely, the signing request is verified. And if the signing request does not accord with the signing processing condition, sending response information of an invalid request to the front end without triggering a subsequent signing process.
S102: if the signing request meets the preset signing processing conditions, determining a passenger, a first flight and a second flight corresponding to the signing request, wherein the first flight is an original flight corresponding to the passenger's ticket, and the second flight is a flight selected by the passenger for signing;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, if the signing request is judged to meet the condition, the passenger corresponding to the signing request is determined based on the message parameter of the request, the original flight of the airline ticket purchased by the passenger is taken as the first flight, the target flight signed by the passenger is taken as the second flight, and the signing request represents that the passenger wants to sign the airline ticket of the originally purchased first flight to the second flight.
S103: triggering a signing and forwarding operation corresponding to the passenger based on the first flight and the second flight to obtain a signing and forwarding result corresponding to the passenger;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the transfer operation corresponding to the passenger can be triggered, namely, the passenger is transferred from the first flight to the second flight, the passenger is mainly deleted from the passenger of the first flight, and the information change operation in the passenger newly added to the second flight is carried out. After the passenger sign-on operation is completed, the sign-on result corresponding to the passenger can be determined according to the information change condition after the operation, and the sign-on result represents that the passenger sign-on is successful or the passenger sign-on is failed. If the signing result represents that the passenger signs and transfers unsuccessfully, response information of signing and transferring unsuccessfully is sent to the front end, and the signing and transferring process of the passenger is finished.
S104: if the sign-on result corresponding to the passenger represents that the sign-on is successful, judging whether flights needing information synchronization exist in the first flights and the second flights;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when the sign result corresponding to the traveler indicates that the traveler has signed a success, it is determined whether a flight needing information synchronization exists in the first flight and the second flight, specifically, according to a preset synchronization rule, where the synchronization rule indicates a condition matched with the flight needing information synchronization, the first flight and the second flight may be respectively matched with the preset synchronization rule to determine whether the first flight and the second flight need information synchronization, and if at least one flight exists in the first flight and the second flight and needs information synchronization, it is determined that the flight needing information synchronization exists in the first flight and the second flight.
S105: if the first flight and the second flight have flights needing information synchronization, determining each flight needing information synchronization in the first flight and the second flight as a target flight;
in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, if the first flight is a flight that needs information synchronization, the first flight is taken as a target flight, and if the second flight is a flight that needs information synchronization, the second flight is taken as a target flight, that is, in a case where a flight that needs information synchronization exists between the first flight and the second flight, there may be one target flight or two target flights. And if the first flight and the second flight do not have the flight needing information synchronization, the target flight does not exist, the processor sends the transfer result corresponding to the passenger to the front end, and the transfer process of the passenger is finished.
It should be noted that the number of the target flights is determined by whether the first flight and the second flight need to perform information synchronization in the actual process, and the implementation function of the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is not affected.
S106: determining a data updating request corresponding to each target flight, and sending the data updating request corresponding to each target flight to a reservation opening system so as to trigger the reservation opening system to update information to be updated corresponding to each target flight;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, each target flight can be processed in parallel, and the information which needs to be synchronized after passenger signing is assembled into a JSON format message so as to generate a data updating request corresponding to the target flight. Sending a data updating request corresponding to each target flight to the reservation open system through a preset transaction bus SIH (services Integration Hub bus) interface. The SIH is a transaction bus between system architectures, and can perform requirements such as routing distribution, flow control, access control, and the like based on a transaction request between systems, thereby implementing a transaction connection service between systems.
When the reservation open system receives a data updating request corresponding to a target flight, the information corresponding to the target flight in the reservation open system is changed based on the data updating request, the updating result corresponding to the target flight is determined based on the information changing result, and the updating result is sent to the departure open system.
S107: and when receiving the updating results corresponding to all the target flights sent by the reservation open system, sending the signing-to results corresponding to the passengers and the updating results corresponding to all the target flights to the front end so as to finish the signing-to process of the passengers, wherein the updating result corresponding to each target flight is the updating result determined after the reservation open system finishes the updating process of the information to be updated corresponding to the target flight.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the departure open system receives the update results corresponding to all the target flights, the passenger signing and forwarding result and all the update results are fed back to the front end, so that the passenger signing and forwarding process is ended. The user can check the specific signing and transferring result and the information updating condition through the front end. Meanwhile, the departure open system can store the passenger transfer result and the updating results corresponding to all the target flights to the database.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the departure open system receives a sign-on request sent by a front end, whether the sign-on request meets the sign-on processing condition can be judged, under the condition that the sign-on request meets the sign-on processing condition, the sign-on operation corresponding to a passenger corresponding to the sign-on request is triggered, the passenger is signed from a first flight corresponding to the passenger to a second flight, the sign-on result corresponding to the passenger is obtained, if the sign-on result represents that the passenger signs on the success, whether flights needing information synchronization exist in the first flight and the second flight is judged, each flight needing information synchronization is taken as a target flight, a seat booking open system is triggered based on the data updating request corresponding to each target flight, and the information corresponding to each target flight is updated. And when the departure open system receives the update results corresponding to all the target flights fed back by the reservation open system, the sign-on result of the passenger and all the update results are sent to the front end, and the sign-on process of the passenger is finished. By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the passenger signs successfully, namely the passenger information and flight information associated with the passenger are changed, the order open system is triggered to change the associated information, the consistency of the passenger information and the flight information among the systems is ensured, and the adverse effect on the processing process of other services is avoided. In the information synchronization process, whether the first flight and the second flight need to be synchronized is judged, so that an airline can select whether to synchronize flight information according to actual requirements, special processing requirements can be conveniently met, and emergency situations can be met. In addition, whether the signing request meets the signing processing condition or not is judged firstly, and the signing operation is triggered only when the signing request meets the condition, so that the requests which do not meet the condition can be filtered, the resource occupation is reduced, and the service processing speed is accelerated.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention provides another passenger sign-on method, based on the method shown in fig. 1, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the step S101 of determining whether the sign-on request meets a preset sign-on processing condition includes:
analyzing the signing request to obtain each request parameter corresponding to the signing request;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the received sign-to-turn request may be analyzed according to a preset analysis rule, and various request parameters corresponding to the request, such as a passenger identifier representing a sign-to-turn passenger, a flight identifier representing an original flight, a flight identifier representing a target flight, and the like, may be obtained through analysis.
Judging whether each request parameter accords with a preset parameter format or not;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the parameter format which each parameter of the effective request is in accordance with can be preset according to the design specification of the request message. And analyzing the current signing request to obtain each request parameter, and judging whether the request parameter accords with a preset parameter format. For example, whether the parameters characterizing the passenger identification conform to the passenger ID format, whether the parameters characterizing the flight identification conform to the flight code format, etc.
And if any request parameter does not conform to the preset parameter format, determining that the signing request does not conform to the preset signing processing condition.
If all the request parameters conform to a preset parameter format, acquiring a passenger identifier and an original flight identifier contained in the signing request;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, if each request parameter corresponding to the endorsement request conforms to the preset parameter format, the passenger identifier and the original flight identifier contained in the request are obtained, where the passenger identifier may be an identification number of the passenger and the original flight identifier may be a flight code.
Determining a passenger corresponding to the passenger identification and a flight corresponding to the original flight identification;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding passenger and flight can be determined in the database according to the passenger identification and the original flight identification.
Judging whether the passenger corresponding to the passenger identification is the passenger of the flight corresponding to the original flight identification at present;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current passenger information of the flight corresponding to the original flight identification can be obtained from the database, and the identity information of the passenger is compared with the identity information of each passenger in the passenger information to judge whether the passenger is the passenger of the flight. And if the identity information of the passenger is different from the identity information of all the passengers in the passenger information of the flight, determining that the passenger corresponding to the passenger identification is not the passenger of the flight corresponding to the original flight identification. And if the identity information of the passenger is the same as the identity information of any passenger in the passenger information of the flight, determining that the passenger corresponding to the passenger identification is the passenger of the flight corresponding to the original flight identification.
And if the passenger corresponding to the passenger identification is not the passenger of the flight corresponding to the original flight identification, determining that the sign-on request does not conform to the preset sign-on processing condition.
And if the passenger corresponding to the passenger identification is the passenger of the flight corresponding to the original flight identification, determining that the sign-on request meets the preset sign-on processing condition.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the parameter format in the signpost request can be checked firstly, the request with the wrong format can be filtered simply and quickly, and further, the invalid signpost request of the passenger on the original flight can be filtered through the identity information of the passenger and the identity information of the passenger on the flight, so that the abnormity can be avoided from being found in the subsequent signpost processing operation, the processing efficiency is improved, the resource occupation is reduced, and the service processing speed is improved.
To better illustrate the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the method shown in fig. 1, in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the triggering of the check-in operation corresponding to the passenger based on the first flight and the second flight in step S103 includes:
determining first flight information corresponding to the first flight and second flight information corresponding to the second flight;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, according to the flight identifier of the first flight and the flight identifier of the second flight, the first flight information corresponding to the first flight and the second flight information corresponding to the second flight are determined in the database.
Determining boarding information corresponding to the passengers in the first flight information, and deleting the boarding information corresponding to the passengers in the first flight information;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first flight information and the second flight information respectively include boarding information of all passengers currently boarding corresponding flights, and also include real-time flight information determined based on the passengers, such as actual flight information and current remaining seat information.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the boarding information corresponding to the passenger in the first flight information in the database is deleted, the boarding information corresponding to the passenger comprises basic information, reserved seat information, luggage information, a special passenger mark, government verification information and the like of the passenger, and meanwhile, the deletion operation also correspondingly updates the real-time flight information in the first flight information, such as updating actual service load by deleting all passenger information behind the passenger, releasing the originally locked seat of the passenger to update the current residual seat information and the like.
Determining the corresponding transfer and pick-up information of the passenger, and newly adding the transfer and pick-up information corresponding to the passenger in the second flight information;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pick-up, transfer and pick-up information corresponding to the passenger can be determined according to the contents of the basic information, the luggage information, the special passenger mark, the seat information selected in the second flight and the like of the passenger, the pick-up, transfer and pick-up information corresponding to the passenger is added in the second flight information, namely, the passenger is newly added as the passenger of the second flight, meanwhile, the newly added operation also correspondingly updates the real-time flight information in the second flight information, for example, the actual service of the flight is updated by all the passenger information after the passenger is newly added, the seat reserved by the passenger is locked, and the current remaining seat information is updated, and the like.
Determining the ticket information corresponding to the passenger, and changing the boarding flight of the passenger in the ticket information from the first flight to the second flight so as to sign the passenger from the first flight to the second flight.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air ticket information corresponding to the passenger in the database is changed, the identifier which is used for representing the flight taken by the passenger in the air ticket information is changed into the identifier corresponding to the second flight from the identifier corresponding to the first flight, and the flight taken by the passenger in the air ticket information is changed into the second flight from the first flight. When the information is successfully changed, the passenger can be considered to be successfully signed to the second flight from the first flight. And if the information change fails in the information change process, the passenger sign-on fails.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding signing operation of the signed passenger can be triggered, and the associated information in the database is changed so as to sign the passenger from the first flight to the second flight.
Referring to fig. 2, it is shown that an embodiment of the present invention provides another passenger check-in method, on the basis of the method shown in fig. 1, the process of determining whether there is a flight needing information synchronization in the first flight and the second flight in step S104 includes:
s201: determining first flight characteristic information corresponding to the first flight and second flight characteristic information corresponding to the second flight;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, information corresponding to each preset attribute may be obtained from flight information of a first flight as corresponding first flight characteristic information, and information corresponding to each preset attribute may be obtained from flight information of a second flight as corresponding second flight characteristic information. For example, the first flight characteristic information may include information such as an airline identification, a flight date, a flight number, a departure station identification, and a destination station identification corresponding to the first flight, and the second flight characteristic information may include information such as an airline identification, a flight date, a flight number, a departure station identification, and a destination station identification corresponding to the second flight. It should be noted that, the above-mentioned specific contents of the flight characteristic information are only provided for better explaining the embodiment provided by the method of the present invention, and some parts or other information may be used as the flight characteristic information in the specific process, which may be used for rule matching.
S202: determining a synchronization rule set, wherein the synchronization rule set comprises each preset synchronization rule;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a crew or a flight manager of a flight may set synchronization rules in the system in advance, the rule content of each rule may represent data items by each field for description, and the specific data items may be described as shown in the following table:
data item Format Description of the invention
Airline company 2-3x Airline two-character/three-character code
Starting station 3a Three-character code for starting station
Terminal station 3aor* Three-character code of terminal station
Rule effective time YYYY-MM-DDhh:mm:ss Effective time is earlier than ineffective time
Rule time to failure YYYY-MM-DDhh:mm:ss The failure time is later than the effective time
Whether to perform information synchronization Y/N Whether synchronous booking is required
When the flight needs to be judged whether to carry out information synchronization, a synchronization rule set containing all preset synchronization rules can be determined.
It should be noted that the specific content of the rule is only one specific embodiment, and in the specific implementation process, the specific data item of the rule content may be set according to the actual requirement, so that the implementation function of the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is not affected.
S203: determining a first synchronization rule and a second synchronization rule in the synchronization rule set, wherein the first synchronization rule is a synchronization rule matched with the first flight characteristic information, and the second synchronization rule is a synchronization rule matched with the second flight characteristic information;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first flight characteristic information and the second flight characteristic information may be respectively matched with each synchronization rule, the synchronization rule matched with the first flight characteristic information is used as the first synchronization rule, and the synchronization rule matched with the second flight characteristic information is used as the second synchronization rule. The rule matching process mainly matches each information item in the flight characteristic information with each data item related to matching in the synchronization rule, and if each content is matched, the flight characteristic information is considered to be matched with the synchronization rule. For example, in the first flight feature information, if the airline corresponding to the first flight is CA (national aviation), the departure station is PEK (beijing capital international airport), the destination station is PVG (shanghai prover international airport), and the data item corresponding to the airline in the rule content of the synchronization rule 1 is CA, the departure station is PEK, the destination station is [ ([ global characteristics ]), then the first flight feature information matches the synchronization rule 1.
S204: determining a synchronization feature corresponding to the first synchronization rule and a synchronization feature corresponding to the second synchronization rule;
in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the synchronization feature corresponding to the first synchronization rule may be obtained from the rule content of the first synchronization rule, and the data item representing whether to perform information synchronization in the rule content of the first synchronization rule is used as the synchronization feature corresponding to the first synchronization rule according to the description provided in step S202. Similarly, in the rule content of the second synchronization rule, the data item representing whether to perform information synchronization is used as the synchronization feature corresponding to the second synchronization rule. In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the parameter Y is used for representing the information synchronization, and the parameter N is used for representing the information synchronization.
S205: if the synchronization characteristic representation corresponding to the first synchronization rule indicates that information synchronization needs to be carried out, judging whether the first flight conforms to a preset skipping condition, and if the first flight does not conform to the preset skipping condition, determining that the first flight is a flight needing information synchronization;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, if the synchronization feature corresponding to the first synchronization rule is Y, that is, the synchronization feature representation corresponding to the first synchronization rule needs to perform information synchronization, it is determined whether the first flight currently meets a preset skipping condition, specifically, a worker may set an identifier representing a skipping information synchronization flow for the flight in the system in advance, or may set an identifier for skipping an information synchronization flow for the flight in a process of initiating a sign-on request at a front end. In the process of judging whether the first flight needs to perform information synchronization, whether the first flight is provided with an identifier for representing the information synchronization process or not can be inquired, if the first flight is provided with the identifier for representing the information synchronization process, the first flight is determined to accord with the preset skipping condition, if the first flight is not provided with the identifier, the first flight is determined not to accord with the preset skipping flight, and then the first flight is determined to be the flight needing to perform information synchronization.
S206: and if the synchronization characteristic representation corresponding to the second synchronization rule indicates that information synchronization needs to be carried out, judging whether the second flight conforms to a preset skipping condition, and if the second flight does not conform to the preset skipping condition, determining that the second flight is the flight needing information synchronization.
In the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, if the synchronization feature representation corresponding to the second synchronization rule needs to perform information synchronization, it is correspondingly determined whether the synchronization feature representation meets the preset skipping condition, and the principle of the method is the same as the principle of the determination process for the first flight in step S205, which can be referred to the description in step S205 and is not described herein again.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, if a first flight or a second flight is a flight needing information synchronization, it is determined that the flight needing information synchronization exists in the first flight and the second flight.
On one hand, it should be noted that in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in the specific implementation process, the two flights may be determined by parallel processes, where the processes are in one-to-one correspondence with the flights and are independent of each other, in the process of determining whether the first flight and the second flight need to perform information synchronization.
On the other hand, it should be noted that, in the specific implementation process, it may also be determined whether the flight meets a preset skipping condition, and when the flight does not meet the preset skipping condition, the flight feature information corresponding to the flight and the synchronization rule corresponding to the flight feature information are further performed, and if the synchronization feature representation corresponding to the synchronization rule indicates that information synchronization needs to be performed, it is determined that the flight needs to perform information synchronization.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the synchronization rule corresponding to the flight represents that information synchronization needs to be carried out or not can be judged firstly, whether the flight meets the preset skipping condition or not is further judged, the synchronization rule corresponding to the flight represents that synchronization needs to be carried out or not, and when the flight does not meet the skipping condition, the flight is determined to need to carry out information synchronization. Flight management and control personnel can set general synchronization rules to manage whether flight information synchronization is needed or not, can skip the identification through setting, control the information synchronization of the flight, can carry out emergency treatment on the information synchronization flow in the flight signing and transferring process when special requirements exist, ensure smooth proceeding of the passenger signing and transferring, and are also favorable for improving user experience.
To better illustrate the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 shows another passenger signing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the method shown in fig. 2, wherein the setting process of the synchronization rule mentioned in step S202 includes:
s301: responding to a rule creating request sent by a user, and determining rule information of a newly-built rule corresponding to the rule creating request;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a worker, namely a user, can call the rule management interface through the front end of the system and send the rule creation request. When the processor receives a rule creation request sent by a user, the processor can acquire the rule information of a newly created rule corresponding to the request. The rule information of the newly-created rule can be input by a user on a front-end interface, wherein the rule information comprises parameters corresponding to all data items of the rule.
S302: determining rule information of each set synchronization rule;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the rule information of each set synchronization rule is stored in a Database, for example, in a Database table of an Oracle Database, and the Oracle Database (Oracle Database/Oracle RDBMS) is a relational Database management system of Oracle corporation. The rule information of each synchronization rule indicates whether flights meeting certain conditions (such as a certain airline department, a certain starting station, a certain terminal station and the like) need to be synchronized during the passenger signing process. The rule information of the set synchronization rule may be read from the database.
S303: judging whether the newly-built rule is matched with each set synchronization rule or not according to the rule information of the newly-built rule and the rule information of each set synchronization rule;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the rule information of the newly created rule can be compared with the rule information of each set synchronization rule, so as to determine whether the newly created rule is matched with each set synchronization rule. And in the comparison process of the new rule and the rule information of the currently compared synchronization rule, comparing corresponding data item parameters in the two pieces of rule information, and if all the data item parameters in the two pieces of rule information are respectively the same, determining that the new rule is matched with the currently compared synchronization rule if the rule contents of the two rules are the same. If different data item parameters exist in the two pieces of rule information, whether data items used for matching with the flight feature information in the two pieces of rule information are matched is further determined, for example, the data items used for matching with the flight feature information are data items corresponding to an airline company, a departure station and a destination station, the data item corresponding to the navigation in the rule information of the synchronization rule 2 is HU (hainan aviation), the data item corresponding to the departure station is PEK, the data item corresponding to the destination station is PVG, and the data item representing whether information synchronization needs to be performed is Y, and the data item corresponding to the navigation in the rule information of the newly-established rule is HU, the data item corresponding to the departure station is PEK, the data item corresponding to the destination station is PVG, and the data item representing whether information synchronization needs to be performed is N, so that the two pieces of rule information have different data item parameters, but the navigation is, The three types of data item parameters of the starting station and the terminal station are respectively the same, so that the new rule is considered to be matched with the synchronization rule 2. It should be noted that, the judgment process of matching data items not only takes whether the parameters of the data items are the same as the standard, but also considers that the parameters are matched if the parameters actually overlap or cross-cover, for example, the departure station takes a specific airport identifier as a parameter, and takes an identifier representing a global airport as a parameter, and both of them are also matched parameters.
S304: and if the newly-built rule is not matched with all the set synchronization rules, adding the newly-built rule to a preset rule storage position so as to set the newly-built rule as the synchronization rule.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, if the newly created rule is not matched with all the set synchronization rules, the newly created rule is added to a preset rule storage location, that is, the rule content of the rule is added to a data table for storing the synchronization rules in a database, and the newly created rule is set as the synchronization rule.
In the process of setting the synchronization rules, in addition to the above specific implementation, the user may also write an SQL statement to add to the database table by using a database operation language, add rule information of the newly created rule to the database, and the system may determine the newly created rule in response to the addition operation, and allow the addition operation when the rule does not match with each set synchronization rule.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the staff can set a new rule through the front end according to the actual requirement of the navigation department so as to request to create the synchronization rule for managing the flight information synchronization in the passenger signing and transferring process. The system can judge the rule requested to be newly built, when the newly built rule is not matched with each set synchronization rule, the newly built rule is set as the synchronization rule, the data item with the uniqueness matching of each synchronization rule can be ensured, the definition of the rules is not overlapped and cross-covered, so that the flight characteristic information can be matched with the unique rule in the subsequent use process, and the normal processing of the passenger sign-on service is favorably ensured.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention provides another passenger signing-on method, based on the method shown in fig. 1, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the process of updating, by the reservation open system, the information to be updated corresponding to the target flight in step S106 includes:
when a data synchronization request corresponding to the target flight is received, determining reservation updating information corresponding to the target flight;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the reservation opening system receives the data synchronization request corresponding to the target flight, the data synchronization request can be analyzed to obtain each request parameter, and the reservation updating information corresponding to the target flight is determined according to each request parameter.
Updating the booking information corresponding to the target flight in the booking opening system according to the booking updating information;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the reservation information corresponding to the target flight is also stored in the reservation opening system, and the reservation information corresponding to the target flight can be updated according to the reservation updating information. For example, if the target flight is the first flight, the reservation update information is to delete the boarding information corresponding to the traveler from the first flight information. The reservation opening system deletes the information of the passenger in the reservation information corresponding to the target flight correspondingly, and releases the original seat of the passenger.
Determining an inventory updating request corresponding to the target flight, sending the inventory updating request to a flight inventory system, and triggering the flight inventory system to update flight inventory information corresponding to the target flight;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a flight inventory system is constructed in the flight management network and is used for managing the inventory of flights, namely the rest tickets of the flights. The reservation opening system can determine an inventory updating request corresponding to the target flight, send the request to the flight inventory system, and trigger the flight inventory system to update the flight inventory information corresponding to the target flight stored in the system when receiving the inventory updating request, and if the target flight is the first flight, release the original air ticket purchased by the passenger in the target flight, namely, increase the inventory air ticket of the flight. After the flight inventory system finishes the updating process, the updating result can be fed back to the reservation open system.
And determining a host updating request corresponding to the target flight, sending the host updating request to a booking host system, and triggering the booking host system to update host booking information corresponding to the target flight.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flight management network is provided with the reservation host system, and the reservation host system and the reservation open system are systems with different system mode architectures. The reservation opening system can determine a host update request corresponding to the target flight after receiving an update result of the flight inventory system, send the request to the reservation host system, and trigger the reservation host system to update host reservation information associated with the target flight in the system when receiving the request, wherein if the reservation record of the passenger is updated, if the target flight is the first flight, the reservation information of the first flight in the reservation record of the passenger is deleted. After the seat booking host system finishes the updating process, the updating result can be fed back to the seat booking open system.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the reservation open system completes the information updating process in the system to obtain the updating result and receives the updating results of the flight inventory system and the reservation host system, the updating result corresponding to the target flight can be determined according to the updating result in the system and the received two updating results, and the feedback is carried out on the departure open system.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention provides only one specific embodiment for better explaining information update related to passenger sign-on, and the method provided by the present invention mainly focuses on information update in the reservation open system, so that the reservation open system triggers the flight inventory system and the reservation host system to perform information update respectively when receiving a data update request, and is only one implementation manner in a specific service processing process, and information synchronization in a network can also be implemented in other manners in the specific implementation process, and the reservation open system does not trigger other systems to perform information update, without affecting the implementation functions of the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the reservation open system can update the information in the system when receiving the data update request, and can also inform the flight inventory system and the reservation host system to update the corresponding information, thereby further ensuring the data consistency in the flight control process and being beneficial to the normal processing of flight services.
