Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for recommending a latency service according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus for recommending the delay service may include:
the first traversal module 21: the system is used for traversing the state information of all flights of the airport to judge whether flight delay exists;
the retrieval module 22: when detecting that the flight delay exists, calling a flight number signal related to the flight delay;
the second traversal module 23: the identity tags are used for traversing all passengers according to the flight number information;
the service matching module 24: and the system is used for matching corresponding delay service contents according to the identity labels of all passengers and a preset delay service rule and sending the delay service contents to airport service personnel.
According to the method for recommending the flight delay service, the flight with delay and the identity label of the corresponding passenger are obtained, the content of the flight delay service aiming at the passenger individuals and the whole flight is matched through the content, the unified service delivery in the past is replaced, the high-efficiency and accurate flight delay service development of airports and airlines is assisted, and the passenger service satisfaction degree is further improved.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The electronic device may be a computer, a server, or the like, and may also be an intelligent device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a monitoring terminal, or the like, and an image acquisition device having a processing function. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may include:
a memory 510 storing executable program code;
a processor 520 coupled to the memory 510;
the processor 520 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 510 to execute part or all of the steps in the method for recommending the aviation delay service in the first embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium which stores a computer program, wherein the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps in the method for recommending the delay service in the first embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a computer program product, wherein when the computer program product runs on a computer, the computer is enabled to execute part or all of the steps in the method for recommending the delay service in the first embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses an application publishing platform, wherein the application publishing platform is used for publishing the computer program product, and when the computer program product runs on a computer, the computer is enabled to execute part or all of the steps in the method for recommending the delay service in the first embodiment.
In various embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that the sequence numbers of the processes do not mean the execution sequence necessarily in order, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (10)

1. A method for deferral service recommendation, comprising:
traversing the state information of all flights of the airport to judge whether flight delay exists;
calling a flight number signal related to the flight delay when the flight delay is detected to exist;
traversing the identity labels of all passengers according to the flight number information;
and matching corresponding delay service contents according to the identity labels of all passengers and a preset delay service rule, and sending the delay service contents to airport service personnel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the matching of the corresponding delay service content according to the identity tags of all passengers and the preset delay service rule, the method further comprises:
acquiring current airport information and navigation information, and determining a navigation service standard according to the airport information and the navigation information;
correspondingly, the matching of the corresponding delay service content according to the identity tags of all passengers and the preset delay service rule includes:
and matching corresponding delay service contents according to the identity labels of all passengers, the delay service standard and a preset delay service rule.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said sending the delay service content to airport service personnel:
and when the airport service personnel are detected to check that the delay service content is passed, sending the delay service content to the corresponding passenger terminal.

The method of claim 1, wherein the latency service content comprises one or more of a visitors lobby, meal, hotel accommodations, pickup services, venue-specific coupons, consumer coupons; after determining the corresponding passenger's delay service content according to the flight information and the passenger identity label, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving service selection of the passenger for different service contents during the delay service;
and generating corresponding service data for the corresponding passenger according to the service selection.
5. The method of deferral service recommendation of any one of claims 1-4, wherein said identity tag comprises a frequent flyer identity tag, an infant carrier tag, and a shipping tag; the identity label of the passenger is obtained through the following steps:
calling corresponding frequent visitor information according to the identity characteristic information of the passenger, and determining a frequent visitor identity tag of the passenger according to the frequent visitor information; the frequent traveler identity tag comprises a common traveler, a two-cabin traveler and a frequent traveler;
calling corresponding infant carrying information according to the identity characteristic information of the passenger, and determining an infant carrying label of the passenger according to the infant carrying information;
and calling the baggage consignment information of the corresponding passenger according to the identity characteristic information of the passenger, and determining the consignment label of the passenger according to the baggage consignment information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after matching the corresponding delay service content according to the identity tags of all passengers and the preset delay service rule, the method comprises:
acquiring the quantity information of passengers with different identity labels;
and matching the corresponding number of airport service personnel according to the number information.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein after traversing the identity tags of all passengers according to the flight number information, comprising:
when the identity tag of the passenger is detected to be one of two-cabin passengers or frequent passengers, the image information of the corresponding passenger is transmitted to a preset airport service staff.
8. An apparatus for deferral service recommendation, comprising:
a first traversal module: the system is used for traversing the state information of all flights of the airport to judge whether flight delay exists;
a calling module: when detecting that the flight delay exists, calling a flight number signal related to the flight delay;
a second traversal module: the identity tags are used for traversing all passengers according to the flight number information;
a service matching module: and the system is used for matching corresponding delay service contents according to the identity labels of all passengers and a preset delay service rule and sending the delay service contents to airport service personnel.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a memory storing executable program code; a processor coupled with the memory; the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory for performing the method of deferral service recommendation of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute the method of deferral service recommendation of any one of claims 1 to 7.
