Abstract
在一个用于间隔在分层排列中相互平行的管形物,特别是荧光灯或瓶子的间隔保持装置中规定,间隔保持装置为其上有交替相互平行伸展的突出部和凹入部的、预成型的弯曲的平面构型物。该平面构型物分别部分地包围在一个层次中相互平行放置的管形物,使在一个层次中相邻的管形物分别交替处在平面构型物的不同侧上的相邻凹入部内。可用这种间隔保持装置取代单个封住管形物的间隔保持装置(如单独包装荧光灯的纸板盒)。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于管形物,特别是荧光灯或瓶子的间隔保持装置。
已经公开的是,为了把易碎裂的荧光灯从生产厂运至用户,先单个地用纸板盒包围每个荧光灯灯管,然后再把用单个纸板盒包住的荧光灯灯管放入一个运输纸板箱。单个的纸板盒然后在多层相互平行安放在运输纸板箱内的荧光灯之间起到间隔保持装置的作用。
在放入运输纸板箱之前用单个纸板盒封装每一个荧光灯很费工。
为了使本文开始所述类型的间隔保持装置的制作和装入得以简化,本发明规定,间隔保持装置为其上有交替相互平行伸展的突出部和凹入部的、预成形为弯曲形的平面构型物,该平面构型物分别部分地包围在一层中相互平行放置的管形物,使得一层中相邻的管形物分别交替地处在该平面构型物的不同侧上的相邻凹入部内。
通过采用“波纹板式”的平面构型物,待包装的管形物,如荧光灯或瓶子,可在不带以往所加的单个包装的情况下放入运输纸板箱或集装纸板箱内,使各个管形物通过起间隔保持装置作用的平面构型物保持间隔并从而防止破损。
如果从一个侧面来看预成形为弯曲的平面构型物,则相互平行伸展的突出部和凹入部相互邻接,其中,一个侧面上的突出部同时构成另一侧面上的凹入部。在相宜的结构形式中,构成突出部和凹入部的平面构型物的宽度和深度的轮廓与待包装的管形物的尺寸相适配,在包装荧光灯的情况下,上述轮廓与待包装的荧光灯的外径相适配。
“平面构型物”这一名称的意义不限定为具有平的表面的形体,在发明的范围内,也可是蜂窝状形体,波纹状形体、有孔洞的形体或类似的形体。
可用每一种适宜的材料,如以硬纸板和/或泡沫塑料为基来制作平面构型物,此外,还可规定,泡沫塑料具有以天然植物淀粉为基的物质,使泡沫塑料在废弃时符合生态要求并从而保持环境。
下面以附图中所示的实施例详细说明本发明,唯一的一个图示出了处在运输纸板箱中的荧光灯的示意透视情况。
荧光灯分别成排地叠装在示意的运输纸板箱1中,用标号2、3、4、5和6表示最下面一排荧光灯。在运输纸板箱1内装有五层荧光灯,用标号7、8、9、10和11表示这五层荧光灯。这些荧光灯通过预制的间隔保持装置保持间隔。这些间隔保持装置为图中所示的水平伸展的平面构型物12、13、14、15和16。这些平面构型物为弯曲形(“波纹板式”)结构,在每个平面构型物中交替有相互平行伸展的突出部和凹入部。在平面构型物16中,这些突出部和凹入部加有标号,即,突出部的标号为17、18和19,突出部之间的凹入部的标号为20和21。突出部和凹入部的深度和宽度分别相同,据此,如图所示,在平面构型物16的构成上侧的侧面上的突出部17、18和19在平面构型物16的、处于对面的、构成下侧的侧面上分别构成凹入部。反之,平面构型物16的、从上侧看作为凹入部20和21的轮廓—从图示的角度看,构成突出部。
显而易见,在一层里相邻的荧光灯分别交替地处在平面构型物16的不同侧上的相邻凹入部内。为了清晰起见,在从平面构型物16的下侧看构成凹入部的凸出部17、18和19的对侧,用标号17a、18a和19a加以表示。在层11用标号2a、3a、4a、5a和6a表示的荧光灯被弯曲形的平面构型物16部分包围,使荧光灯2a处于凹入部17a中并使荧光灯3a处于凹入部20中,荧光灯4a处于凹入部18a中,荧光灯5a处于凹入部21中,荧光灯6a处于凹部19a中,其中,相邻的荧光灯被平面构型物的不同侧上的凹入部包围,其包围范围约为180°。
运输纸板箱1内的其它各层也是如此,其结果是,不仅是在各层中相邻放置的荧光灯,而且在各层中叠置的荧光灯分别通过弯曲形的平面构型物相互隔离。
Claims (1)
1.用于间隔在分层排列中相互平行的管形物,特别是荧光灯或瓶子的间隔保持装置,其特征在于,间隔保持装置为其上有交替相互平行伸展的突出部(17、18、19)和凹入部(20、21)的、预成形为弯曲的平面构型物(12、13、14、15、16)结构,该平面构型物分别部分地包围在一个层次(7、8、9、10、11)中相互平行放置的管形物(2、3、4、5、6),使在一个层次中相邻的管形物(2a、3a、4a、5a、6a)分别交替处在平面构型物(16)的不同侧上的相邻凹入部(17a、20、18a、21、19a)内。
