After the instrument reaches a target stratum with a specified depth, pushing and setting actions are carried out, setting pressure is monitored in real time, after setting is good, the advancing speed of a drill bit and the drilling speed of a motor are automatically preset, the core is drilled for one time, the core type is judged according to the returned drilling pressure value, the drill bit speed value, the rotating speed and the current value of motor operation and the drilling parameters in a core parameter library, the proper drilling parameters are automatically selected again for setting, the setting is carried out, the setting position of the instrument is adjusted, and the core is drilled after setting is carried out again at the well position. The intelligent drilling can improve the drilling success rate and the integrity of a rock core, avoid the risk of drill jamming, improve the operation efficiency and shorten the well head occupation time.
The scheme of the embodiment of the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
1. the power supply requirements of two high-voltage 500VDC/500W and 500VDC/3500W direct-current brushless motors of the underground instrument are met by the 7-core cable under the condition that the number of cable cores is limited by using a cable core multiplexing technology.
2. The underground instrument adopts two motors to respectively complete drilling operation for providing hydraulic power and rock cores, realizes independent control of the advancing speed of the drill bit and the rotating speed of the drill bit during coring, can be set in ground system software according to different stratums, is transmitted to a corresponding control circuit module of an underground control system through a cable, and can be applied to stratums of various geological conditions for operation.
3. The ground operating system increases the pre-fetching function of the rock core, realizes the intelligent coring function of the large-particle well wall coring instrument, overcomes the defect that coring operation completely depends on the experience of an operation engineer, and improves the success rate of the operation.

Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. An electrical control system for side-wall coring, comprising: a ground electric control system and a downhole instrument electric control system; the ground electric control system comprises: the ground power supply and corollary equipment part, wherein, ground power supply and corollary equipment part includes: the cable comprises an alternating current power supply, a direct current power supply, a cable core distribution panel, a faucet and a cable; the downhole instrument electrical control system comprising: the motor control device comprises a first motor control drive circuit and a second motor control drive circuit; wherein:
the output end of the horse faucet is connected with the first motor control driving circuit and the second motor control driving circuit, and the input end of the horse faucet is respectively connected with the alternating current power supply and the direct current power supply through a cable core distribution panel;
the cable core distribution panel is arranged for distributing functions of the cable cores of the cable;
the first motor control drive circuit is arranged to control and drive the first motor;
the second motor control drive circuit is arranged to control and drive the second motor;
wherein the first motor and the second motor have different powers.
2. The electrical control system for side-wall coring of claim 1,
the output end of the alternating current power supply comprises: a first transformer having a secondary winding with a first center tap; two ends of a secondary winding of the first transformer are used as output ends of the alternating current power supply and are respectively connected with a first cable core and a second cable core of the cable through the faucet;
the positive output end of the first direct current power supply is connected with the first center tap;
the positive output end of the second direct current power supply is connected with the fifth cable core, the sixth cable core and the seventh cable core of the cable through the faucet; and the negative output ends of the first direct current power supply and the second direct current power supply are connected with the sheath of the cable.
3. The electrical control system for side-wall coring as claimed in any one of claims 1-2,
the ground electric control system further comprises: the device comprises a control module and a data acquisition module; wherein:
the data acquisition module is used for converting the underground data transmitted by the third cable core and the fourth cable core into data in a TTL level format and inputting the data in the TTL level format into the control module;
and the control module is used for processing the received TTL level format data to obtain a corresponding execution command and sending the execution command to the data acquisition module to be transmitted to an underground instrument for data acquisition.
4. The side-wall coring electrical control system of claim 2, wherein the downhole instrument electrical control system further comprises: the underground weak current power supply circuit module;
the weak current power supply circuit module in pit includes: an AC power supply section configured to supply AC power to the downhole; the alternating current power supply section includes: at least one second transformer;
two ends of the primary winding of the second transformer are connected with the first cable core and the second cable core;
the secondary winding of the second transformer is used as an alternating current input end of an underground alternating current electric instrument;
the primary winding of the second transformer has a second center tap;
one or more secondary windings of each second transformer;
when the secondary windings of the second transformer are multiple, different secondary windings of the second transformer output alternating currents with different voltages.
5. The electrical side-wall coring system of claim 4, wherein the downhole instrument power supply further comprises: the direct current power supply part is used for providing direct current power supply for the underground;
the direct current supply section includes: the first direct current positive electrode lead, the first direct current negative electrode lead, the second direct current positive electrode lead and the second direct current negative electrode lead;
the first end of the first direct current positive wire is connected with the second center tap, and the second end of the first direct current positive wire is connected with a control driving circuit of the first underground motor;
the first end of the first direct current negative electrode lead is connected with the sheath of the cable, and the second end of the first direct current negative electrode lead is connected with a control driving circuit of the first underground motor;
the first end of the second direct-current positive electrode lead is connected with the bridle head, and the second end of the second direct-current positive electrode lead is connected with a control driving circuit of the underground second motor;
and the first end of the second direct-current negative electrode lead is connected with the sheath of the cable, and the second end of the second direct-current negative electrode lead is connected with a control driving circuit of the underground second motor.
6. The side-wall coring electrical control system of claim 5, wherein the downhole tool electrical control system further comprises: the underground communication system comprises a main control circuit module and an underground communication module;
the underground communication module is connected with the underground weak current power supply circuit module and the main control circuit module, and is used for converting a man code instruction transmitted from the ground into a TTL level instruction and transmitting the TTL level instruction to the main control circuit module; meanwhile, the data frame in the TTL level format transmitted by the main control circuit module is converted into a data frame in a Manchester code format and is transmitted to the ground electric control system by utilizing a third cable core and a fourth cable core in the cable;
and the main control circuit module is connected with the underground communication module and used for receiving the command instruction sent by the underground communication module and transmitting the command instruction to each node circuit module of the underground instrument through an RS485 bus.
7. The electrical side-wall coring system of claim 6, wherein the electrical downhole tool control system further comprises: the device comprises a natural gamma circuit module, an underground pressure measuring circuit module and a rock core length measuring circuit module;
the natural gamma circuit module is connected with the underground weak current power supply circuit module and the main control circuit module and is used for measuring depth position information of a stratum and transmitting the measured depth position information to the main control circuit module;
the underground pressure measurement circuit module is connected with the underground weak current power supply circuit module and the main control circuit module, and is used for acquiring signals of a pushing pressure sensor and a coring pressure sensor and transmitting the acquired signals to the main control circuit module;
the core length measuring circuit module is connected with the underground weak current power supply circuit module and the main control circuit module and is used for monitoring and determining well depth position data corresponding to the side-wall coring;
the main control circuit module is respectively connected with the natural gamma circuit module, the underground pressure measuring circuit module and the rock core length measuring circuit module, and is used for receiving data collected by the connected circuit modules, combining the data into a data frame and sending the data frame to the underground communication module as underground data.
8. The electrical side-wall coring system of claim 5, wherein the DC voltage comprises one or more of: +5V, + 12V, +18V and + -24V.
9. The electrical side-wall coring system of claim 1,
the cable core distribution panel is used for carrying out function distribution on the cable core of the cable and comprises the following steps: when the direct current power supply comprises a first direct current power supply and a second direct current power supply, the cable core distribution panel distributes the first cable core and the second cable core of the cable to transmit alternating current, and the first direct current power supply multiplexes the first cable core and the second cable core occupied by the alternating current power supply to transmit direct current of the first direct current power supply and supply direct current to the first motor; and the fifth cable core, the sixth cable core and the seventh cable core of the cable transmit direct current of a second direct current power supply and supply direct current to the second motor.
