As shown in fig. 3A, 3B, and 3C, at least one second platform 324 of a second platform 320 can extend horizontally outward from an adjacent wall of a second multi-storey building body 200.
As shown in fig. 3A-3D, the first platform 316 extends from the roof of the first multi-storey building 100 so that the outdoor channel 300 can be routed to the roof of the first multi-storey building 100.
Fig. 4A-4D are schematic views of a multi-storey building with one second platform on one side of a first platform and the remaining second platforms on the other side according to embodiments of the present application, where fig. 4A is an isometric view, fig. 4B is a front view, fig. 4C is a top view, and fig. 4D is a left side view.
As shown in fig. 4A-4D, in an embodiment according to the application as shown in fig. 4A-4D, the first multi-storey building 100 and the second multi-storey building 200 of the multi-storey building are both six storeys. The outdoor passage 300 includes four layers of first structural beams, i.e., first structural beams 333, 334, 335, and 336, which are arranged in parallel, as shown, the first structural beams 333, 334, 335, and 336 may be double beams, i.e., three layers of first structural beams 333(333a, 333b), four layers of first structural beams 334(334a, 334b), five layers of first structural beams 335(335a, 335b), and six layers of first structural beams 336(336a, 336b), which are arranged in parallel, and first platforms 313, 314, 315, and 316, which are respectively arranged on, extend along, and are connected to the first structural beams 333(333a, 333b), 334(334a, 334b), 335(335a, 335b), and 336(336a, 336b), wherein the first platform 313 extends to an outer wall of the second multi-layered building body 200. The outdoor channel 300 includes a layer of second structural beams 354. The second platform 324 is disposed on, extends along, and is connected to the second structural beam 354. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and some or all of the first structural beam 330 and the second structural beam 350 may be double beams arranged in parallel according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 4C and 4D, according to an embodiment of the present application, one second stage 325 of the second stages 320 may be located at one side of the first stage 310, i.e., an upper side in fig. 4C, in horizontal orthogonal projection, and the remaining second stages 322 and 324 may be located at the other side of the first stage 310 in horizontal orthogonal projection. In the embodiment described with reference to fig. 1A-3D, each layer of the second platform 320 may be the same distance from the first platform 310 in a horizontal orthographic projection. However, not limited thereto, but the respective layers of the second stages 320 may be different distances from the first stage 310 in the horizontal orthogonal projection. As shown in fig. 4C and 4D, according to an embodiment of the present application, the horizontal distance of the second platform 322 from the first platform 312 is different from the horizontal distance of the second platform 324 from the first platform 314.
As shown in fig. 4A, according to an embodiment of the present application, the first platform 310 of the outdoor channel 300 may include a single-sided or double-sided extension platform 360 extending along an outer wall of the first multi-storey building body 100 of the multi-storey building. The extension platform 360 may be disposed on one or both sides of each first platform 310, or may be selectively disposed on one or both sides of a first platform 310 of a certain layer. When the first platform 310 extends to the second multi-storey building along the first structural beam 330, the first platform 310 of the outdoor access may comprise a single-sided or double-sided extension platform extending along the outer wall of the second multi-storey building of the multi-storey building.
As shown in fig. 4A-4D, the opposing walls of the first multi-level building block 100 and the second multi-level building block 200 may not be planar, but may include localized misalignment. The first platform 310 and its expansion platform 360 may be provided with such a misalignment to increase its strength, although it may be used for other purposes.
Fig. 5A to 5D are schematic views of a multi-storey building in which a second multi-storey building is obliquely arranged with respect to a first multi-storey building and a partial floor plan shape has corners according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein fig. 5A is an isometric view, fig. 5B is a front view, fig. 5C is a plan view, and fig. 5D is a left side view.
As shown in fig. 5A to 5D, the second multi-storey building 200 of the multi-storey building of the present embodiment is obliquely arranged with respect to the first multi-storey building 100, compared to the multi-storey building shown in fig. 1A to 4D. The stairs and the platform are spaced apart from the second multi-storey building body 200, and the first structural beam 330 and the second structural beam 350 are connected to the second multi-storey building body 200.
As shown in fig. 5C and 5D, two second stages 323 and 326 are disposed at one side of the first stage 310, i.e., an upper side in fig. 5C, and the other two second stages 322 and 324 are disposed at the other side of the first stage 310, i.e., a lower side in fig. 5C.
In addition, the stair section 341 in the staircase 340 has a corner of about 90 degrees with respect to the other stair sections, and the second landing 322 is connected to the first landing 312. However, the present application is not limited thereto, but all stairs or part of stairs segments may be rotated by a certain angle, for example, 90 degrees. Although not shown, any of the stair steps 340 may be angled with respect to all or one of the stairs 340 depending on the positional relationship of the second landing with respect to the first landing and its extended landing. When all stairs or a part of stairs segment are rotated by 90 degrees, the stairs or the part of stairs segment are perpendicular to the adjacent outer wall of the first multi-layer building body. Furthermore, the stair section 341 from the lowest level to the first or second landing of the second level may be one stair section as shown, or may be two or three stair sections connecting two or three sides of the first or second landing of the second level.
And is otherwise substantially the same as the multi-storey building shown in figures 4A-4D.
Although not shown in the drawings, the multi-storey building according to the embodiments of the present application also has the following features:
according to an embodiment of the present application, the stairway of the outdoor passage may be spaced a predetermined distance from the outer wall of the first multi-storey building body. The stairs may have a predetermined distance between them in horizontal orthographic projection. The outdoor access may include a roof disposed along the first landing, the second landing, and the stairway. The outdoor access may include a tree tray disposed along the first landing, the second landing, and the stairway.
Fig. 6A is an isometric view of a multi-story building group according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 6B is a top view of a multi-story building group according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 6C is a front view of a multi-story building group according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6A, 6B and 6C, the multistory building group according to the embodiment of the present application includes a plurality of multistory buildings as described above arranged side by side. For example, the building complex may include a plurality of first multi-storey buildings 100a, 100b and 100c, a second multi-storey building 200, and a plurality of outdoor passageways 300a, 300b and 300 c. The number of the plurality of first multi-storey buildings is not limited to 3, and the number of the plurality of outdoor passages is not limited to 3.
It is to be noted that, in the embodiment as shown in fig. 6A, 6B and 6C, the first multi-storey building 100a, the first multi-storey building 100B and the outdoor channel 300a may form a multi-storey building as described above with reference to fig. 1A to 5D, and in this case, the first multi-storey building 100B may correspond to the second multi-storey building 200. Similarly, the first multi-storey building 100b, the first multi-storey building 100c and the outdoor channel 300b may form a multi-storey building as described above with reference to fig. 1A-5D, in which case the first multi-storey building 100b may correspond to the first multi-storey building 100 and the first multi-storey building 100c may correspond to the second multi-storey building 200. Similarly, the first multi-storey building 100c, the second multi-storey building 200 and the outdoor channel 300c may form a multi-storey building as described above with reference to fig. 1A-6B, in which case the first multi-storey building 100c may correspond to the first multi-storey building 100. The second multi-storey building body 200 has an opening to the outdoor channel 300 c. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the first multi-layered building body 100a, the first multi-layered building body 100b, and the first multi-layered building body 100c may be staggered from each other as needed to form building bodies arranged in a delta shape or a zigzag shape.
Advantageous effects of the present application
A multi-storey building provided according to embodiments of the present application includes a first multi-storey building, a second multi-storey building and an outdoor access, and the outdoor access includes a first landing, a second landing, at least one first structural beam and a staircase. The first platform of each floor of the outdoor passage extends horizontally outward from the same position in the vertical direction of the outer wall of the first multi-storey building body, at least three consecutive stairways are staggered in a horizontal orthographic projection without overlapping, and at least one first platform extends along and is connected to at least one first structural beam. Because each floor of the first multi-floor building body is connected and communicated with the outdoor channel at the same vertical position, the outdoor channel can completely replace the indoor evacuation channel to ensure the evacuation of people at the emergency moment, rescue or fire fighting personnel can conveniently enter any floor through the outdoor channel, and the opening is arranged in the elevator waiting room, so that pedestrians can conveniently and independently select to use the elevator or walk to go upstairs and downstairs through the outdoor channel. Because first multilayer building body and second multilayer building body are connected to at least one first structural beam to first platform can extend along at least one first structural beam and be connected with it, so can increase the support intensity to outdoor passageway with the help of the structural strength of two multilayer building bodies, enlarged the width of laying of outdoor passageway, realize that at least three continuous stair are not overlapped and the staggered arrangement on horizontal orthographic projection. The outdoor channel design arranged in staggered mode can be combined with the environment beautifying design, so that a three-dimensional courtyard beautifying landscape can be formed, and the flower and tree bonsai can be replaced conveniently at regular intervals according to seasons, so that the mental requirements of people on good environment are met. Claims (23)

1. A multi-storey building comprising:
a first multi-storey building body including openings provided in each storey leading to the outside through the outer walls;
a second multi-layered building body disposed to be opposite to the first multi-layered building body at a predetermined distance; and
outdoor passageway sets up between first multilayer building body and the second multilayer building body includes:
a first platform extending horizontally outwardly from an exterior wall of the first multi-storey building body below each of the openings,
a second platform located at one side or both sides of the first platform and having the same elevation as the corresponding first platform,
at least one first structural beam connecting the first multi-storey building body and the second multi-storey building body, and
a staircase connecting the first platform of the outdoor passage and the adjacent upper or lower second platform,
wherein the first platform of each floor of the outdoor passage extends horizontally outward from the outer wall of the first multi-storey building body at the same position in the vertical direction,
wherein, at least three continuous stairs are arranged in a staggered way without overlapping on the horizontal orthographic projection,
wherein at least one first platform extends along and is connected to the at least one first structural beam, and
wherein the second platform and the first platform at the same elevation are connected to each other.
2. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the second multi-storey building block and the first multi-storey building block have corresponding storey heights.
3. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the at least one first platform extends along and is connected to the at least one first structural beam to an exterior wall of the second multi-storey building.
4. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein at least one of the second platforms extends horizontally outwardly from an adjacent wall of the first multi-storey building.
5. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein at least one of the second platforms extends horizontally outwardly from an adjacent wall of the second multi-storey building.
6. The multi-storey building of claim 1 further comprising at least one second structural beam connecting the first multi-storey building body and the second multi-storey building body, and at least one second platform extending along and connected to the at least one second structural beam.
7. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein each storey opening of the first multi-storey building to the outdoor access is located to one side of an elevator lobby.
8. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein each level of second platforms is the same distance from the first platform in a horizontal orthographic projection.
9. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein each of the second platforms is located on the same side of the first platform in horizontal orthographic projection.
10. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein one of the second platforms is located on one side of the first platform in horizontal orthographic projection and the remaining second platforms are located on the other side of the first platform in horizontal orthographic projection.
11. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein two of the second platforms are located on one side of the first platform in horizontal orthographic projection and the remaining second platforms are located on the other side of the first platform in horizontal orthographic projection.
12. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the first platform of the bottommost storey and the second platform of the bottommost storey are ground surfaces or sub-floors of the multi-storey building.
13. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the uppermost stairs are open to a roof of the multi-storey building.
14. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the first platform of the outdoor access comprises a single or double sided expansion platform extending along an exterior wall of the first multi-storey building body of the multi-storey building.
15. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the stairway of the outdoor access is a predetermined distance from an exterior wall of the first or second multi-storey building.
16. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein there is a predetermined distance between stairs in a horizontal orthographic projection spaced apart from each other.
17. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the outdoor access comprises a roof disposed along the first landing, second landing and stairs.
18. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the outdoor access comprises a rosewood tray disposed along the first landing, second landing and stairs.
19. The multi-storey building of claim 3 wherein the storey of the second multi-storey building block to which the outdoor channel is connected is open to the outdoor channel through an opening in an exterior wall of the second multi-storey building block.
20. The multi-storey building of claim 3 wherein the first platform of the outdoor access comprises a single or double sided expansion platform extending along an exterior wall of the second multi-storey building body of the multi-storey building.
21. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein the stairs are disposed parallel to the exterior walls of the first multi-storey building.
22. The multi-storey building of claim 1 wherein at least one of the stairs is disposed perpendicular to the exterior wall of the first multi-storey building.
23. A building complex comprising a plurality of multi-storey buildings according to any one of claims 1 to 22 arranged side-by-side or staggered.
