Specifically, a new washing reservation request is received within a second preset time, and when the new washing reservation request is received, judging whether the user selects to use the washing machine to provide the washing and protecting agent, if the user selects to use the washing machine to provide the washing and protecting agent, the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are allocated to the user (namely, a second user) for use, if the user is judged to select to use the self-contained detergent, the user is assigned a free wardrobe and corresponding detergent container unit from the storage queue, and continuing to judge the next new clothes washing reservation request until judging that the user selects to use the washing machine to provide the washing care agent, if the second preset time is exceeded, not receiving the clothes washing reservation request of the second user using the washing machine to provide the washing care agent, and adding the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit into a waiting queue to queue for washing treatment.
Further, the method further comprises: after the washing tasks of other users arranged in front of the first user in the current washing queue are finished, controlling the conveying device to take out the clothes to be washed from the target wardrobe and put the clothes into the washing device for washing; after the clothes to be washed of the first user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take out the washed clothes from the washing device and put the washed clothes back into the target wardrobe to wait for the first user to take out the washed clothes.
Specifically, after the clothes of the user before the first user are washed, the conveying device is controlled to take the clothes to be washed out of the target clothes storage cabinet of the first user and put the clothes into the washing device for washing. Before washing, the switch of the detergent container unit is controlled to be opened, and detergent is put into the washing device to wash clothes.
Preferably, each of the detergent container units comprises: a detergent container unit and a softener container unit for controlling the washing device to wash the laundry, including: and firstly, controlling a switch of the detergent container unit to open and put in detergent for washing clothes, and then controlling the switch of the softener container unit to open and put in softener for further softening the clothes.
Furthermore, after the clothes to be washed of the current user are washed, the conveying device is controlled to take out the washed clothes from the washing device, put the washed clothes into the target wardrobe and the like for the user to take out the washed clothes. That is, after the clothes of the user who is arranged in front of the user in the current washing queue are washed, the conveying device is controlled to take the clothes to be washed out of the target clothes storage cabinet and put into the washing device for washing, and after the clothes to be washed of the current user are washed, the conveying device is controlled to take the washed clothes out of the washing device and put back into the target clothes storage cabinet for taking out of the user, namely, the user takes the washed clothes out of the clothes storage cabinet originally stored with the clothes to be washed. After the clothes to be washed are washed and the user takes out the washed clothes from the target clothes storage cabinet, adding the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit (number) into a storage queue to wait for distribution.
Fig. 3a and 3b are schematic views of a user waiting for selection of a washing machine to automatically add detergent in case of early ending of washing according to the present invention.
A. B, C represent three cases of early termination of the laundry task:
A. when judging that the detergent exists in the detergent container unit of the user who finishes washing in advance, and in the time T (second preset time), other users need the washing machine to automatically add the detergent (namely, the washing machine is used for providing the detergent);
B. when judging that the detergent exists in the detergent container unit of the user who finishes washing in advance, waiting for T time (second preset time), and avoiding the condition that other users need the washing machine to automatically add the detergent;
C. and judging whether the detergent exists in the detergent container unit of the user who finishes the washing in advance.
As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, it is assumed that three cases occur in the form of three users canceling orders (a case of ending a laundry task in advance), and similar users occur again, and so on. The direction from left to right in the figure represents time degrees, the cancel sequence is represented from top to bottom, and the server executes commands in sequence according to the order cancel time sequence under the condition that orders are not canceled at the same time. A. B may occur arbitrarily within the time period T shown in the figure, and when a laundry reservation request for selecting the washing machine to automatically add the laundry detergent is received at a certain time within the time period T, the wardrobe of the user who cancels the order and the corresponding laundry detergent container unit are assigned to the user, where a in fig. 3a and 3B represents an extreme case, and a laundry reservation request for selecting the washing machine to automatically add the laundry detergent is received at the last time of the time period T (second preset time). C may also occur at any time within the T period, which is not specifically shown in the figure, T1, T2 and T3 in fig. 3a are dotted lines to indicate the time period in which the C case may occur, T1 and T5 in fig. 3b are dotted lines to indicate the time period in which the C case may occur, and the number of users in the C case is not constant and the time period is not constant within the time period.
Fig. 3a shows the situation that A, B times do not overlap during the waiting time T. Setting the time periods to A1 and A2 when two search T time periods are all A-type users, respectively waiting for two T time periods, respectively finding and selecting D1 and D2 for automatically adding the washing and protecting agent in the two T time periods, respectively, allocating the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of A1 to a D1 user in a washing queue, quitting the washing queue by the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of the A1 user, sequentially moving the elements behind the original A1 position forward for sorting, and adding the corresponding wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit to the tail of the washing queue after the D1 user puts clothes; and after the D2 user puts clothes in, the corresponding wardrobe and detergent container unit is added to the tail of the washing queue.
When two search T time periods are set as B1 and B2 when a certain user of class B is found, the two search T time periods need to be waited for respectively, and users who select the washing machine to automatically add the washing and protecting agent are not waited for in the two search T time periods respectively, the server puts A1 and A2 into a waiting queue in sequence, after the current washing is finished, the washing machine flushes the B1 and B2 washing and protecting agent container units, and the washing machine is added into a storage queue after the flushing.
When the first search T time period is a certain user of class A, the second search T time period is a certain user of class B, and when a user D who selects the washing machine to automatically add the washing and protecting agent is waited for in the first search T time period, the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user A in the washing queue are distributed to the user D, the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user A quit the washing queue, elements after the original position A sequentially move forwards for sequencing, and when the user D puts clothes in, the corresponding wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit are added to the tail of the washing queue; and (3) the user cancels the order at the later time B, if the user does not wait for selecting the washing machine to automatically add the washing and protecting agent in the second T time period, the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user B are put into a waiting queue, after the current washing task is finished, the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user B is flushed by water, and the flushing is added into the storage queue after the flushing.
When the first search T time period is a certain user of class B, the second search T time period is a certain user of class A, and the server does not find a user who selects the washing machine to automatically add the washing and protecting agent in the first search T time period, the server puts the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user B into a waiting queue, after the current washing task is completed, water is discharged to wash the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user B, and the washed washing and protecting agent container unit is added into the storing queue. And after the order is cancelled at the later time A, the server finds out and selects the washing machine to automatically add the detergent to be put into the user D in the second time T period, the wardrobe and the detergent container unit of the user A in the washing queue are distributed to the user D, the wardrobe and the detergent container unit of the user A quit the current position of the washing queue, elements behind the original position A sequentially move forwards for sequencing, and after the user D puts clothes, the corresponding wardrobe and the detergent container unit are added to the tail of the washing queue.
Since there may be A, B classes of users that cancel orders sequentially during time T, there may be overlaps in the search time A, B as shown in FIG. 3 b.
When two search T time periods are both of A-type users, setting the search time periods to be A1 and A2, the server needs to search the two T time periods, the two search time periods are overlapped in the T3 time period, a user D1 for selecting a washing machine to automatically add washing and protecting agents is found in the first T (T2+ T3) time period, a wardrobe and a washing and protecting agent container unit of A1 in a washing queue are allocated to a D1 user, a wardrobe and a washing and protecting agent container unit of the A1 user quit the washing queue, elements behind the original A1 position move forwards in sequence and are sorted, and after the D1 user puts clothes, the corresponding wardrobe and washing and protecting agent container unit are added to the tail of the washing queue; finding a self-service detergent adding user D2 in a T4 segment of a second T time period, then distributing a wardrobe and a kit of A2 in a washing queue to a D2 user, enabling the wardrobe and the detergent container unit of the A2 user to quit the washing queue, sequentially moving and sequencing elements at the original A2 position forwards, and adding the corresponding wardrobe and the detergent container unit to the tail of the washing queue after the D1 user puts clothes; when D1 and D2 users are found in sequence in a time period of t3, a wardrobe and a detergent container unit of A1 in a washing queue are allocated to a D1 user, a wardrobe and a detergent container unit of A1 user quit the washing queue, elements at the original A1 position move forward in sequence for sorting, after a D1 user puts clothes, the corresponding wardrobe and detergent container unit are added to the tail of the washing queue, the wardrobe and detergent container unit of A2 in the washing queue are allocated to a D2 user, the wardrobe and detergent container unit of A2 user quit the washing queue, and the elements at the original A2 position move forward in sequence for sorting, and after the D2 user puts clothes, the corresponding wardrobe and detergent container unit are added to the tail of the washing queue.
When two search T time periods are set as B1 and B2 when a certain user of class B is found, the server needs to search the two T time periods, and no self-help user for adding the washing and protecting agent is found in the two T time periods, the server puts A1 and A2 into a waiting queue in sequence, after the current washing is finished, the B1 and B2 washing and protecting agent container units are flushed by water, and the flushed water is added into a storage queue.
When the first search T time period is a certain user of class A, the second search T time period is a certain user of class B, the server finds a user D for self-help adding the washing and protecting agent in the first T (T2+ T3), a wardrobe and a kit of the A in the washing queue are distributed to the user D, the wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit of the user A quit the washing queue, elements after the original position of the A move forwards in sequence for sequencing, and after the user D puts clothes in, the corresponding wardrobe and the washing and protecting agent container unit are added to the tail of the washing queue; and the server cancels the order at the later time B, does not find the user for self-help adding the washing and protecting agent in the period T4 of the second time T period, puts the B into a waiting queue, flushes the B washing and protecting agent container unit after the current washing is finished, and adds the B washing and protecting agent container unit into a storage queue after the flushing.
When the first search T time period is a certain user of class B, the second search T time period is a certain user of class A, and the server does not find the user for self-help adding the washing and protecting agent in the first T (T2+ T3), the server puts B into a waiting queue, after the current washing is finished, the server flushes the washing and protecting agent container unit of B by water, and the washing and protecting agent container unit of B is added into a storage queue after the washing. And (3) canceling the order at the later time A, finding a self-help detergent adding user D in a period T4 of a second time T by the server, distributing the wardrobe and the kit of the user A in the washing queue to the user D, withdrawing the wardrobe and the detergent container unit of the user A from the washing queue, sequentially moving and sequencing the elements at the original position A forwards, and adding the corresponding wardrobe and the detergent container unit to the tail of the washing queue after the user D puts clothes.
When the class C user in fig. 3a and 3b cancels the order, it may occur before the time period T, during the time period T, or after the time period T, at this time, the server puts the wardrobe and detergent container unit of the class C user into the storage queue, and the users after the class C user move forward in sequence, the sequence is not changed, and the length of the washing queue is reduced by 1.
Further, after the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are distributed to the second user for use, the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are quitted from the washing queue, and the current washing queue is re-queued. That is, after the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are withdrawn from the washing queue, the queuing sequence of the wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit which are originally arranged behind the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit in the washing queue is sequentially advanced.
Preferably, after the current washing task in the current washing queue is completed, the target detergent container unit is flushed, that is, the detergent container units in the waiting queue are flushed according to the queuing sequence of the waiting queue. And after the target detergent container unit is washed, adding the target wardrobe and the target detergent container unit (number of the target wardrobe and the target detergent container unit) into a storage queue to queue for distribution. Preferably, in order not to affect the laundry experience of the laundry user, the length of the waiting queue and/or the waiting time is/are limited, when the number of the wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit in the waiting queue reaches a preset number and/or when the waiting time of the currently foremost wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit in the waiting queue reaches a preset time, the washing container units in the waiting queue are sequentially washed according to the queuing sequence, and then the washed detergent container units (the numbers of the washed wardrobe and detergent container units) and the corresponding wardrobe (the numbers of the wardrobe) are added into the storing queue to be queued for distribution.
Further, the method further comprises: if the request of the first user for finishing washing in advance is received within a first preset time, after the clothes of the user arranged in front of the first user are washed, controlling a conveying device to take the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe and put the clothes into a washing device for washing; after the clothes to be washed of the first user are washed, the conveying device is controlled to take out the washed clothes from the washing device and put back into the target wardrobe to wait for the first user to take out the washed clothes.
Specifically, before controlling the conveying device to convey the laundry in the target clothes storage cabinet to the washing device and controlling the washing device to wash the laundry, the user's request for early laundry termination is not received, and after the laundry of the user arranged before the user is completely washed, the conveying device is controlled to take the laundry out of the target clothes storage cabinet and put the laundry into the washing device for washing. Before washing, the switch of the detergent container unit is controlled to be opened, and detergent is put into the washing device to wash clothes.

After the clothes to be washed are washed and the user takes out the washed clothes from the target clothes storage cabinet, adding the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit (number) into a storage queue to wait for distribution.
Preferably, after the target clothes storage cabinet and the corresponding target detergent container unit exit the washing queue, the clothes storage cabinet in the current washing queue and the clothes taking time of the user corresponding to the corresponding detergent container unit are notified again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic method diagram of another embodiment of a laundry reservation control method provided by the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control method further includes step S120, step S130, and step S140.
And step S120, receiving the information of the clothes to be washed input by the user.
And S130, determining the addition amount of the detergent to be added according to the information of the clothes to be washed.
And step S140, feeding back the addition amount of the washing and caring agent to be added to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the laundry information input by the user is received before the cabinet door of the target wardrobe is controlled to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit is controlled to be opened, and the laundry information may specifically include the type, material, quantity and/or the degree of contamination of the laundry. The method comprises the steps of estimating the weight of the clothes to be washed according to information of the clothes to be washed provided by a user, thereby estimating the addition amount of a detergent (detergent and/or softener) to be added, and then feeding back the addition amount of the detergent to be added to the user so that the user can add the detergent according to the addition amount of the detergent to be added.
For example, the weight of the laundry is estimated according to the type, material and quantity of the laundry and the degree of contamination of the laundry fed back by the user, a preset laundry condition lookup table determines whether the laundry is to be washed weakly, moderately or permanently, and the laundry time (the maximum laundry time cannot exceed the damage time for washing a single piece of material). Meanwhile, the weight of the clothes and the degree of dirt of the clothes also correspond to a lookup table of the addition amount of the detergent, the corresponding relation between the weight of the clothes and the degree of dirt of the clothes and the addition amount of the detergent is recorded, and the rinsing times can be determined according to the addition amount of the detergent, for example, the addition amount is divided into three numerical value ranges of large, medium and small, the rinsing is carried out for 3 times in the range with large addition amount, the rinsing is carried out for 2 times in the range with small addition amount and the rinsing is carried out for 1 time in the range with small addition amount, and then the spin-drying, water draining and water adding time is counted, so that the washing time of the clothes can be estimated approximately. When the user does not use the self-contained detergent, the self-prepared detergent of the washing machine can be used without feeding back the amount of the detergent to be added to the user.
In order to clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following describes an execution flow of the laundry control method provided by the present invention with an embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a laundry control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment shown in fig. 5 includes steps S201 to S214.
Step S201: filling the washing requirement by a user, reserving a wardrobe and distributing a washing and protecting agent container unit corresponding to the wardrobe;
step S202: generating a washing order according to the requirements of the user and the order of reservation, and adding the reserved wardrobe and detergent container units into a washing queue after the user puts clothes;
step S203: when a user cancels an order, the server marks the serial numbers and the sequencing positions of the wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container units in the order;
step S204: and immediately canceling the wardrobe of the user within the time range which can be cancelled by the current user, and marking the corresponding detergent container unit with cancellation marks.
Step S205: recording whether the user selects an option of automatically adding a washing and protecting agent (namely, the washing agent provided by the washing machine) to the washing machine or not in the order, if the user does not select the option, adding the washing agent by himself, if the user does not select the option, after the previous user arranged in front of the user finishes washing, the user clothes are conveyed into the washing machine, and the washing agent is added by himself, wherein whether the washing agent is added in a washing and protecting agent container unit of the user or not can be judged according to the washing order information, if the option of automatically adding the washing agent to the washing machine is 'no', the washing agent is contained in the washing and protecting agent container unit, entering step S206, and if the option of automatically adding the washing agent to the washing machine is 'yes' and the user clothes corresponding to the order do not enter the washing machine, no washing agent is contained in the washing and protecting agent container unit, entering step S207;
step S206: judging whether a new user who selects the washing machine to automatically add the washing agent (namely the washing agent provided by the washing machine) exists in the next T time period, if not, entering the step S208, and if so, entering the step S209;
step S207: releasing the detergent container units which are marked for canceling immediately, adding the detergent container units into a storage queue, and reordering the washing queue; the flow advances to step S214;
step S208: if no user who automatically adds the washing agent into the washing queue of the next T time period selects the washing machine, adding the washing and protecting agent container unit which is subjected to the cancellation mark into the tail of the waiting queue for washing, and entering the step S211;

step S210: deleting the clothes storage cabinet and detergent container unit which are marked for canceling from the washing queue, moving the clothes storage cabinet and the detergent container unit behind the clothes storage cabinet and the detergent container unit forwards in sequence, rearranging the washing queue, and entering step S212;
step S211: after the current laundry task is finished, the washing and protecting agent container unit preset by the user is flushed by water, and the step S214 is executed;
step S212: re-informing the user of the clothes pickup time;
step S213: a user takes clothes away from the wardrobe;
step S214: and adding the wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit into a storage queue, and queuing for the next use of the user.
The invention provides a clothes washing control device of a clothes washing system. The apparatus may be implemented in a server. The laundry system includes: a wardrobe, a conveyer, a washing device and a detergent container unit; the clothes washing system comprises more than two clothes storage cabinets. The washing device is used for washing clothes, and particularly can be a washing machine. The conveying device is used for conveying clothes between the clothes storage cabinet and the clothes washing device, and comprises a step of taking the clothes to be washed out of the clothes storage cabinet and putting the clothes into the clothes washing device for washing, a step of taking the washed clothes out of the clothes washing device and putting the clothes into an original clothes storage cabinet, and the like for a user to take out. The conveying device is for example a robot arm; the detergent container unit is used for storing detergent, and the detergent comprises detergent and/or softener. The washing system comprises more than two detergent container units; the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one. The number of the detergent container units is equal to that of the wardrobe. The more than two detergent container units and the more than two wardrobe are logically in one-to-one correspondence, for example, the same numbers are adopted, or the numbers of the detergent container units and the wardrobe which correspond to each other are associated.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a detergent container unit according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in figure 2, each detergent container unit is provided with a switch which can be controlled to open and close. Preferably, the detergent container unit comprises a detergent container unit and a softener container unit. As shown in fig. 2, two or more detergent container units may be disposed in one detergent box, and two or more conditioner container units may be disposed in one conditioner box; the cleaning and protecting agent container unit can be constructed by adopting a siphon principle and is respectively flushed by related water paths, namely the whole cleaning and protecting agent container unit is correspondingly provided with two water paths. For example, the detergent box and the softener box each have a water path (which can reduce the cost) for flushing the detergent in the detergent container unit and the softener in the softener container unit, respectively. Each detergent container unit is respectively provided with a switch, when one detergent container unit is controlled to be opened, other detergent container units are closed, and the detergent/softener is respectively sent into the washing device through related water paths by the siphon principle, so that other detergent container units are not influenced due to the closing of the switches. The detergents/softeners of different users do not contaminate each other. When the washing device is in a busy state, the clothes can be stored by using the wardrobe without waiting, and the clothes can be put in, automatically queued and taken out after the washing is finished.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a laundry control device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the laundry control device 100 includes a receiving unit 110, a dispensing unit 120, a control unit 160, and a judging unit 170.
The receiving unit 110 is configured to receive a laundry reservation request of a first user; the distribution unit 120 is configured to, when receiving a laundry reservation request from a first user, distribute a target wardrobe and a corresponding target detergent container unit for the first user, and return the number of the distributed target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit to the first user.
The first user can make a laundry reservation through a user interaction interface of a mobile terminal (APP), a web side or a wardrobe. The method comprises the steps that personal information needing to be registered for the first time, including information such as nicknames, telephones and addresses, is used, a server receives the registered information of a user through a user interaction interface of a mobile terminal (APP), a web terminal or a wardrobe and then stores the registered information, the user can reserve the wardrobe, and the user can reserve a plurality of wardrobes.
When the receiving unit 110 receives a laundry reservation request from the first user, the allocating unit 120 allocates an idle wardrobe and a corresponding laundry care agent container unit, that is, a target wardrobe and a target wardrobe corresponding thereto, to the first user, and returns the numbers of the allocated target wardrobe and the corresponding target laundry care agent container unit to the first user.
The control unit 160 is configured to control the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to open, so that the first user can put the clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe, and when the first user selects to use the self-contained detergent, control the switch of the target detergent container unit to open, so that the first user can put the self-contained detergent into the target detergent container unit.
In a specific embodiment, a first user may select to use a self-contained detergent or a detergent provided by a washing machine, determine whether the first user uses the self-contained detergent, and if the first user selects to use the self-contained detergent, return the number of a target wardrobe and a corresponding target detergent container unit to the first user, and then control a cabinet door of the target wardrobe to open, so that the first user puts clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe, and open a switch of the target detergent container unit, so that the first user puts the self-contained detergent into the target detergent container unit.
For example, query information is displayed on a user interactive interface of a mobile terminal, a web terminal or a wardrobe, the user is queried whether to take the detergent and/or the softener, for example, a yes option button and a no option button are displayed on the user interactive interface, and the selection of the first user is received, and the first user selects the yes option button to determine to use the detergent and/or the softener taken by the user. And if the washing and protecting agent carried by the user is determined to be used, the number of the washing and protecting agent container unit corresponding to the distributed target wardrobe is returned to the first user, namely, is displayed on the user interaction interface. Meanwhile, the door of the wardrobe is controlled to be opened, the switch of the corresponding detergent container unit on the washing machine is controlled to be opened, and after the first user puts clothes to be washed and detergent into the washing machine, the reservation is finished. If the washing and protecting agent carried by the user is determined not to be used, the washing and protecting agent provided by the washing system is used, namely, the washing and protecting agent is automatically added into the washing machine when the clothes are washed.
Preferably, the user will be alerted if the wardrobe or the laundry care agent container unit is not closed. When the washing and protecting agent (detergent and/or softener) carried by the user is not used, the washing and protecting agent container unit is in a completely closed state without the need of manually adding the washing and protecting agent product by the user.
Preferably, the device further comprises a sequencing unit (not shown) for adding the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit (numbers thereof) into a washing queue to wait for washing after the first user puts clothes to be washed into the target clothes storage cabinet or when the first user selects to use the self-contained detergent and after the first user puts the self-contained detergent into the target detergent container unit. The washing queue is a logic queue used for storing the queuing sequence of the wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit, namely the washing sequence of the washing tasks.
Further, the control unit 160 is further configured to: after the washing tasks of other users arranged in front of the user in the current washing queue are finished, controlling the conveying device to take the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe and put the clothes into the washing device for washing; after the clothes to be washed of the first user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take out the washed clothes from the washing device and put the washed clothes back into the target wardrobe to wait for the first user to take out the washed clothes.

Within a first preset time after the first user puts the clothes to be washed into the target clothes storage cabinet, if a clothes washing request of the first user is received, the clothes washing task of the first user is ended in advance, and meanwhile, the cabinet door of the target clothes storage cabinet is controlled to be opened, so that the user can take the clothes to be washed out of the target clothes storage cabinet.
The judging unit 170 is configured to judge whether a detergent is added to the target detergent container unit after the first user takes the laundry out of the target wardrobe, and if it is judged that the detergent is added to the target detergent container unit, judge whether a laundry reservation request of a second user who selects to use the washing machine to provide the detergent is received within a second preset time; the allocation unit 120 is further configured to: if the judgment unit 170 judges that a laundry reservation request of a second user who selects to use the washing machine to provide detergent is received within a second preset time, the target clothes storage cabinet and the corresponding target detergent container unit are allocated to the second user for use.
In a specific embodiment, when the washing task of the user is ended in advance, after the first user takes out the laundry from the target clothes storage cabinet, the determining unit 170 determines whether a detergent is added to the target detergent container unit, and if it is determined that no detergent is added to the target detergent container unit, (numbers of) the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit are removed from the washing queue and added to the storage queue for queuing for distribution.
The storage queue is a logic queue, the vacant wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit are in the storage queue, and the storage queue is the sequence of the vacant wardrobe and the corresponding detergent container unit. Alternatively, when a laundry reservation request of any user is received, an empty wardrobe and a detergent container unit corresponding to the wardrobe can be taken out from the storage queue according to the queuing sequence and distributed to the user.
If the judgment unit 170 judges that the detergent is added to the target detergent container unit, it is judged whether a laundry reservation request of a second user who selects to use the washing machine to provide the detergent is received within a second preset time. That is, whether a laundry reservation request of a second user is received within a second preset time is judged, and whether the user selects to use the laundry machine to provide a detergent.

When a new laundry reservation request is received within a second preset time, the determination unit 170 determines whether the user is requested to select to provide the detergent using the washing machine, if the user selects to provide the detergent using the washing machine, the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are allocated to the user (namely, a second user) for use, if the user is judged to select to use the self-contained detergent, the user is assigned a free wardrobe and corresponding detergent container unit from the storage queue, and continuing to judge the next new clothes washing reservation request until judging that the user selects to use the washing machine to provide the washing care agent, if the second preset time is exceeded, not receiving the clothes washing reservation request of the second user using the washing machine to provide the washing care agent, and adding the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit into a waiting queue to queue for washing treatment.
Further, the control unit 160 is further configured to: after the clothes of the users, which are arranged in front of the first user in the current washing queue, are washed, controlling a conveying device to take the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe and put the clothes into a washing device for washing; after the clothes to be washed of the first user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take out the washed clothes from the washing device, putting the washed clothes back into the target wardrobe and taking the washed clothes out for the user.
Specifically, after the clothes of the user arranged in front of the first user are washed, the conveying device is controlled to take the clothes to be washed out of the target clothes storage cabinet of the first user and put the clothes into the washing device for washing. Before washing, the switch of the detergent container unit is controlled to be opened, and detergent is put into the washing device to wash clothes.
Preferably, each of the detergent container units comprises: a detergent container unit and a softener container unit, and the control unit 160 controls the washing apparatus to wash the laundry, including: and firstly, controlling a switch of the detergent container unit to open and put in detergent for washing clothes, and then controlling the switch of the softener container unit to open and put in softener for further softening the clothes.
Further, after the laundry of the first user is completely washed, the control unit 160 controls the transferring device to take out the washed laundry from the washing apparatus and put it back into the target clothes cabinet to wait for the first user to take out. That is, after the clothes of the user who is in the current washing queue before the first user are washed, the conveyor is controlled to take the clothes to be washed out of the target clothes storage cabinet and put into the washing device for washing, and after the clothes to be washed of the first user are washed, the conveyor is controlled to take the washed clothes out of the washing device and put back into the target clothes storage cabinet for taking out of the user, namely, the first user takes the washed clothes out of the clothes storage cabinet which is originally stored with the clothes to be washed. After the clothes to be washed are washed and the first user takes out the washed clothes from the target clothes storage cabinet, adding the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit (number of the target detergent container unit) into a storage queue to be queued for distribution.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of another embodiment of the laundry control device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the laundry control device 100 further includes an information receiving unit 130, a determining unit 140, and a feedback unit 150.
The information receiving unit 110 is used for receiving the laundry information input by the user before the control unit 160 controls the switch of the target detergent container unit to be turned on; the determining unit 130 is configured to determine an addition amount of the detergent to be added according to the information of the laundry; the feedback unit 140 is used for feeding back the addition amount of the detergent to be added to the user.
Specifically, before the control unit 160 controls the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened, the information receiving unit 110 receives the laundry information input by the user, and the laundry information may specifically include the type, material, quantity and/or the degree of contamination of the laundry. The determination unit 130 estimates the weight of the laundry according to the information of the laundry provided by the user, thereby estimating the addition amount of the detergent (detergent and/or softener) to be added, and then the feedback unit 140 feeds back the addition amount of the detergent to be added to the user (mobile terminal), so that the user can add the detergent according to the addition amount of the detergent to be added.
For example, the weight of the laundry is estimated according to the type, material and quantity of the laundry and the degree of contamination of the laundry fed back by the user, a preset laundry condition lookup table determines whether the laundry is to be washed weakly, moderately or permanently, and the laundry time (the maximum laundry time cannot exceed the damage time for washing a single piece of material). Meanwhile, the weight of the clothes and the degree of dirt of the clothes also correspond to a lookup table of the addition amount of the detergent, the corresponding relation between the weight of the clothes and the degree of dirt of the clothes and the addition amount of the detergent is recorded, and the rinsing times can be determined according to the addition amount of the detergent, for example, the addition amount is divided into three numerical value ranges of large, medium and small, the rinsing is carried out for 3 times in the range with large addition amount, the rinsing is carried out for 2 times in the range with small addition amount and the rinsing is carried out for 1 time in the range with small addition amount, and then the spin-drying, water draining and water adding time is counted, so that the washing time of the clothes can be estimated approximately. When the user does not use the self-contained detergent, the self-prepared detergent of the washing machine can be used without feeding back the amount of the detergent to be added to the user.
The present invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the laundry control method, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of any of the methods described above.
The present invention also provides a laundry system corresponding to the laundry control method, comprising: the washing machine comprises a washing device, more than two wardrobe cabinets for storing clothes, more than two detergent container units for storing detergent and a conveying device for conveying the clothes between the wardrobe cabinets and the washing device; the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one; further comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of any of the methods described above when executing the program.
The present invention also provides a laundry system corresponding to the laundry control method, comprising: the washing machine comprises a washing device, more than two wardrobe cabinets for storing clothes, more than two detergent container units for storing detergent and a conveying device for conveying the clothes between the wardrobe cabinets and the washing device; the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one; the washing control device further comprises any one of the washing control devices.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, the mode that the wardrobe is bound with the detergent container unit is adopted, and a user can automatically queue up the detergent only by adding the detergent into the specified detergent container unit to be matched with a washing process. The scheme provided by the invention can realize that a user finishes a laundry task halfway, and can redistribute and utilize the detergent in the detergent container unit corresponding to the laundry task which is finished halfway, so as to avoid waste.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Other examples and implementations are within the scope and spirit of the invention and the following claims. For example, due to the nature of software, the functions described above may be implemented using software executed by a processor, hardware, firmware, hardwired, or a combination of any of these. In addition, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts serving as the control device may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

1. A laundry control method of a laundry system, characterized in that the laundry system comprises: the washing machine comprises a washing device, more than two wardrobe cabinets for storing clothes, more than two detergent container units for storing detergent and a conveying device for conveying the clothes between the wardrobe cabinets and the washing device; the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one;
the laundry control method includes:
when a clothes washing reservation request of a first user is received, distributing a target clothes storage cabinet and a corresponding target detergent container unit for the first user, and returning the numbers of the distributed target clothes storage cabinet and the corresponding target detergent container unit to the first user;
controlling a cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened so that the first user can put clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe, and controlling a switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened when the first user selects to use the self-contained detergent so that the first user can put the self-contained detergent into the target detergent container unit;
after the first user puts clothes to be washed into the target clothes storage cabinet, receiving a request for finishing washing clothes in advance of the first user within a first preset time;
if the clothes washing request of the first user is received within a first preset time, the clothes washing task of the first user is ended in advance, and a cabinet door of the target wardrobe is controlled to be opened, so that the first user can take out the clothes to be washed from the target wardrobe;
after the first user takes the clothes to be washed out of the target clothes storage cabinet, if the target detergent container unit is judged to be added with the detergent, whether a washing reservation request of a second user selecting to use the washing machine to provide the detergent is received within second preset time is judged;
and if a clothes washing reservation request of a second user who selects to use the washing machine to provide the detergent is received within a second preset time, distributing the target clothes storage cabinet and the corresponding target detergent container unit to the second user for use.
2. A laundry control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
after the first user puts clothes to be washed into the target clothes storage cabinet or when the first user selects to use the self-contained washing and protecting agent, after the first user puts the self-contained washing and protecting agent into the target washing and protecting agent container unit, adding the target clothes storage cabinet and the target washing and protecting agent container unit into a washing queue to be queued for washing;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the clothes to be washed are washed and the first user takes the washed clothes out of the target clothes storage cabinet, adding the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit into a storage queue to wait for distribution;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
under the condition that the washing task of the first user is ended in advance, after the first user takes out the clothes to be washed from the target clothes storage cabinet, if the target detergent container unit is judged not to be added with a detergent, the target clothes storage cabinet and the target detergent container unit are withdrawn from a washing queue and added into a storage queue for queuing for processing;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the clothes washing reservation request of a second user selecting to use the washing machine to provide the washing agent is not received within second preset time, the target clothes storage cabinet and the target washing agent container unit are quitted from the washing queue and added into the waiting queue to queue for processing;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the current washing task in the current washing queue is finished, the target washing and protecting agent container unit is washed, and then the target wardrobe and the target washing and protecting agent container unit are added into a storage queue to be queued for distribution;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are distributed to the second user for use, the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are withdrawn from the washing queue, and the current washing queue is re-queued;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and after the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are withdrawn from the washing queue, the wardrobe in the current washing queue and the clothes taking time of the user corresponding to the corresponding detergent container unit are notified again.
3. The laundry control method according to claim 1 or 2,
the detergent container unit includes: a detergent container unit and a softener container unit for controlling the washing device to wash the laundry, including:
and firstly, controlling a switch of the detergent container unit to open and put in detergent for washing clothes, and then controlling the switch of the softener container unit to open and put in softener for further softening the clothes.
4. A laundry control method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the switch controlling the target detergent container unit is opened, further comprising:
receiving information of clothes to be washed input by a user;
determining the addition amount of the washing and protecting agent to be added according to the information of the clothes to be washed;
and feeding back the addition amount of the washing and caring agent to be added to the mobile terminal.

A laundry control device of a laundry system, characterized in that the laundry system comprises: the washing machine comprises a washing device, more than two wardrobe cabinets for storing clothes, more than two detergent container units for storing detergent and a conveying device for conveying the clothes between the wardrobe cabinets and the washing device; the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one;
the laundry control device includes:
a receiving unit for receiving a laundry reservation request of a first user;
the device comprises a distribution unit, a storage unit and a control unit, wherein the distribution unit is used for distributing a target wardrobe and a corresponding target detergent container unit for a first user when receiving a clothes washing reservation request of the first user, and returning the numbers of the distributed target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit to the first user;
the control unit is used for controlling the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened so that the first user can put clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe and controlling the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened when the first user selects to use the self-contained detergent so that the first user can put the self-contained detergent into the target detergent container unit;
the receiving unit is further configured to: after the first user puts clothes to be washed into the target clothes storage cabinet, receiving a clothes-washing-ending request of the first user in advance within a first preset time;
the control unit is further configured to: if the receiving unit receives a request for finishing washing clothes in advance from the first user within a first preset time, finishing the washing task of the first user in advance, and controlling a cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened so that the first user can take out the clothes to be washed from the target wardrobe;
the judging unit is used for judging whether a detergent is added into the target detergent container unit after the first user takes the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe, and judging whether a washing reservation request of a second user selecting to use the washing machine to provide the detergent is received within second preset time if the target detergent container unit is judged to be added with the detergent;
the allocation unit is further configured to: and if the judging unit judges that a washing reservation request of a second user selecting to use the washing machine to provide the washing care agent is received within a second preset time, the target clothes storage cabinet and the corresponding target washing care agent container unit are distributed to the second user for use.

and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the clothes washing reservation request of a second user selecting to use the washing machine to provide the washing agent is not received within second preset time, the target clothes storage cabinet and the target washing agent container unit are quitted from the washing queue and added into the waiting queue to queue for processing;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the current washing task in the current washing queue is finished, the target washing and protecting agent container unit is washed, and then the target wardrobe and the target washing and protecting agent container unit are added into a storage queue to be queued for distribution;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are distributed to the second user for use, the target wardrobe and the corresponding target detergent container unit are withdrawn from the washing queue, and the current washing queue is re-queued;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
