The invention provides a clothes washing appointment control device for the clothes washing system. The apparatus may be implemented in a server.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a laundry reservation control device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the laundry reservation control device 100 includes a first receiving unit 110, a first distributing unit 120, a first determining unit 130, a second distributing unit 140, and a control unit 170.
The first receiving unit 110 is used for receiving a laundry reservation request of a current user.
The user can make a reservation for washing clothes through a mobile terminal (APP), a web-end user interactive interface or a user interactive interface of a wardrobe. The method comprises the steps of using personal information needing to be registered for the first time, wherein the personal information comprises information such as a nickname, a telephone, an address and the like, storing the registered information after receiving the registered information of a user through a user interaction interface of a mobile terminal (APP), a web terminal or a wardrobe, reserving the wardrobe by the user, and reserving a plurality of wardrobes by the user.
The first distribution unit 120 is configured to, when the first receiving unit receives the laundry reservation request, distribute a target wardrobe for a current user in response to the laundry reservation request.
Specifically, after receiving a clothes washing reservation request of a user, a free wardrobe, namely a target wardrobe, is allocated to the user, and the number of the allocated target wardrobe is returned to the user.
The first determination unit 130 is used to determine whether the user uses the detergent and/or the conditioner carried by the user.
For example, query information is displayed on a mobile terminal APP, a web-end user interactive interface or a user interactive interface of a wardrobe, whether the detergent and/or the softener are carried by the user is queried, for example, a yes option button and a no option button are displayed on the user interactive interface, and the user is selected, wherein the user selects the yes option button to determine to use the detergent and/or the softener carried by the user, and if the user selects the no option button, the user does not use the detergent and/or the softener carried by the user.
The second dispensing unit 140 is used for dispensing a target detergent container unit corresponding to the target clothes closet to the user if the first determination unit determines to use the detergent and/or softener carried by itself.
If it is determined that the detergent and/or conditioner carried by the user is used, the second dispensing unit 140 returns the number of the detergent container unit corresponding to the dispensed target wardrobe to the user, i.e., displays it on the user interface. If it is determined that the user's own detergent and/or softener is not to be used, the detergent and/or softener provided by the laundry system is used.
The control unit 170 is configured to control the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to open and the switch of the target detergent container unit to open, so that a user can put clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe and put detergent and/or softener carried by the user into the target detergent container unit to wash the clothes to be washed.
For example, the door of the wardrobe is controlled to be opened, the switch of the corresponding detergent container unit on the washing machine is controlled to be opened, and after the user puts clothes to be washed and detergent and/or softener in, the reservation is finished. Preferably, the user will be alerted if the wardrobe or the laundry care agent container unit is not closed. When the detergent and/or the softener carried by the user are not used, the detergent container unit is in a completely closed state without the need of manually adding the laundry agent product by the user. Preferably, the door of the target wardrobe is controlled to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit is controlled to be opened after the user pays the washing fee.
Further, the control unit 170 is further configured to: after the clothes of the user arranged in front of the current user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe and put the clothes into the washing device for washing; after the clothes to be washed of the current user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take out the washed clothes from the washing device and put back into the target wardrobe, and taking out the clothes to be washed for the user. Preferably, the washed laundry is dried first, and then put into a target wardrobe of the current user, and then taken out by the user.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of another embodiment of the laundry reservation control device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, based on the above-mentioned embodiment, the laundry reservation control device 100 further includes a second receiving unit 150, a second determining unit 152, and a first feedback unit 154.
The second receiving unit 150 is used for receiving the laundry information input by the user before the control unit 170 controls the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened; the second determining unit 152 is configured to determine an addition amount of detergent and/or softener to be added and/or a washing time required for the laundry according to the laundry information; the first feedback unit 154 is used for feeding back the addition amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added and/or the washing time required by the laundry to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, before the control unit 170 controls the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened, the second receiving unit 150 receives laundry information input by a user, and the laundry information may specifically include a kind, a material, an amount, and/or a degree of contamination of laundry. The second determining unit 152 estimates the weight of the laundry according to the laundry information provided by the user, thereby estimating the amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added, and estimating the required washing time, and then the first feedback unit 154 feeds back the addition amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added and the required washing time to the user, so that the user can add the detergent and/or the softener according to the addition amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added, and/or can know the required washing time of the laundry.
For example, the weight of the laundry is estimated according to the type, material and quantity of the laundry and the degree of contamination of the laundry fed back by the user, a preset laundry condition lookup table determines whether the laundry is to be washed weakly, moderately or permanently, and the laundry time (the maximum laundry time cannot exceed the damage time for washing a single piece of material). Meanwhile, the weight of the clothes and the degree of dirt of the clothes also correspond to a lookup table of the addition amount of the detergent, the corresponding relation between the weight of the clothes and the degree of dirt of the clothes and the addition amount of the detergent is recorded, and the rinsing times can be determined according to the addition amount of the detergent, for example, the addition amount is divided into three numerical value ranges of large, medium and small, the rinsing is carried out for 3 times in the range with large addition amount, the rinsing is carried out for 2 times in the range with small addition amount and the rinsing is carried out for 1 time in the range with small addition amount, and then the spin-drying, water draining and water adding time is counted, so that the washing time of the clothes can be estimated approximately.
When the user does not use the self-contained detergent and/or softener, the self-prepared detergent and/or softener of the washing machine can be used, so that the amount of the added detergent does not need to be fed back.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a laundry reservation control device according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, according to any of the above embodiments, the laundry reservation control device 100 further includes a third determination unit 160 and a second feedback unit 162.
The third determining unit 160 is configured to determine a queue waiting time and a time for completing laundry according to the current queuing condition of the laundry system and the washing time; the second feedback unit 162 is used for feeding back the waiting time and the washing completion time to the user.
Specifically, the third determining unit 160 determines a queue waiting time and a time for completing the washing according to the current queuing situation of the washing system and the washing time before the control unit 170 controls the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened. For example, according to the sum of the washing times of the users who are arranged in front of the current user, the waiting time required for the current user to start washing the laundry, that is, the queue waiting time, can be obtained, and the queue waiting time is added to the washing time of the current user to start washing, that is, the time for completing washing the laundry. The user can determine whether to continue washing clothes according to the waiting time, and can know when to take the washed clothes according to the time for finishing washing clothes, or reasonably arrange the time of the user according to the time for finishing washing clothes.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a third receiving unit, a fourth determining unit, and a third feedback unit (not shown).
A third receiving unit for receiving a time for taking out the laundry inputted by the user; a fourth determining unit, configured to determine a retention time of the laundry in the wardrobe after the laundry is completed according to the time for completing the laundry and the time for taking out the laundry, and calculate a corresponding retention cost according to the retention time; and the third feedback unit is used for feeding back the retention cost to the user.
For example, the residence time of the clothes in the wardrobe is calculated according to the time for taking out the clothes and the time for completing the washing selected by the user, for example, the residence time is more than 1 hour, the charge is charged according to x yuan/hour. And (4) the detention cost required to be paid is fed back to the user, and after the user pays, the opening of the cabinet door of the target wardrobe and the opening and closing of the target detergent container unit are controlled.
The present invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the laundry control method, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of any of the methods described above.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, a system combining the wardrobe, the conveying device and the washing device is adopted, so that when the washing device is in a busy state, the wardrobe can be used for storing clothes, waiting is not needed, and only the clothes are put in, and automatic queuing is realized. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the mode that the wardrobe is bound with the detergent container unit is adopted, and a user can automatically queue up the clothes by adding the washing reagent into the specified detergent container unit to match with the clothes washing process. The scheme provided by the invention can automatically estimate the washing time and the addition amount of the added detergent and/or softener according to the information of the clothes to be washed, such as the material, the type and the quantity of the clothes input by the user, so that the user can add the corresponding amount of the detergent and/or softener according to the addition amount of the detergent and/or softener. And after the clothes are washed, the clothes are put into the original wardrobe for storage, so that the secondary pollution condition of the clothes is reduced, and the charging is carried out according to the storage time.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Other examples and implementations are within the scope and spirit of the invention and the following claims. For example, due to the nature of software, the functions described above may be implemented using software executed by a processor, hardware, firmware, hardwired, or a combination of any of these. In addition, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts serving as the control device may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (11)

1. A laundry reservation control method of a laundry system, the laundry system comprising: a wardrobe, a conveyer, a washing device and a detergent container unit;
the clothes washing system comprises more than two clothes storage cabinets;
the conveying device is used for conveying clothes between the wardrobe and the washing device;
the detergent container unit is used for storing detergent and/or softener; the washing system comprises more than two detergent container units;
the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one;
the laundry appointment control method comprises the following steps:
receiving a laundry reservation request of a current user;
when the clothes washing reservation request is received, responding to the clothes washing reservation request to allocate a target wardrobe for the current user;
determining whether the user is using a self-contained detergent and/or softener;
if the use of the self-contained detergent and/or softener is determined, distributing a target detergent container unit corresponding to the target wardrobe to the user;
and controlling the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened, and putting clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe and putting the detergent and/or softener carried by the user into the target detergent container unit so as to wash the clothes to be washed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the door of the target wardrobe to open and the switch of the target detergent container unit to open further comprises:
receiving information of clothes to be washed input by a user;
determining the addition amount of a detergent and/or a softener to be added and/or the washing time required by the clothes to be washed according to the information of the clothes to be washed;
and feeding back the addition amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added and/or the washing time required by the clothes to be washed to a user.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
determining queuing waiting time and time for finishing washing according to the current queuing condition of the washing system and the washing time;
and feeding back the waiting time and the washing finishing time to the user.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving the time for taking out the clothes input by a user;
determining the residence time of the clothes in the wardrobe after the clothes are washed according to the time for completing the clothes washing and the time for taking out the clothes;
calculating corresponding detention cost according to the detention time;
feeding back the detention fee to the user.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
after the clothes of the user arranged in front of the current user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe and put the clothes into the washing device for washing;
after the clothes to be washed of the current user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take out the washed clothes from the washing device and put back into the target wardrobe, and taking out the clothes to be washed for the user.
6. A laundry reservation control device of a laundry system, characterized in that the laundry system comprises: a wardrobe, a conveyer, a washing device and a detergent container unit;
the clothes washing system comprises more than two clothes storage cabinets;
the conveying device is used for conveying clothes between the wardrobe and the washing device;
the detergent container unit is used for storing detergent and/or softener; the washing system comprises more than two detergent container units;
the more than two detergent container units correspond to the more than two wardrobe one by one;
the laundry reservation control device includes:
a first receiving unit for receiving a laundry reservation request of a current user;
a first distribution unit, configured to, when the first receiving unit receives the laundry reservation request, distribute a target wardrobe for a current user in response to the laundry reservation request;
a first determination unit for determining whether the user uses the detergent and/or the softener;
a second dispensing unit for dispensing a target detergent container unit corresponding to the target clothes closet to the user if the first determination unit determines to use the detergent and/or conditioner carried by itself;
and the control unit is used for controlling the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened, and a user puts clothes to be washed into the target wardrobe and puts the detergent and/or softener carried by the user into the target detergent container unit so as to wash the clothes to be washed.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the information of the clothes to be washed input by a user before the control unit controls the cabinet door of the target wardrobe to be opened and the switch of the target detergent container unit to be opened;
the second determining unit is used for determining the addition amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added and/or the washing time required by the clothes to be washed according to the information of the clothes to be washed;
and the first feedback unit is used for feeding back the addition amount of the detergent and/or the softener to be added and/or the washing time required by the clothes to be washed to a user.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a third determining unit, for determining queuing waiting time and time for completing washing according to the current queuing condition of the washing system and the washing time;
and the second feedback unit is used for feeding back the waiting time and the washing completion time to the user.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
a third receiving unit for receiving a time for taking out the laundry inputted by the user;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine a retention time of the laundry in the wardrobe after the laundry is completed according to the time for completing the laundry and the time for taking out the laundry, and calculate a corresponding retention cost according to the retention time;
and the third feedback unit is used for feeding back the retention cost to the user.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 6-9, wherein the control unit is further configured to:
after the clothes of the user arranged in front of the current user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take the clothes to be washed out of the target wardrobe and put the clothes into the washing device for washing;
after the clothes to be washed of the current user are washed, controlling the conveying device to take out the washed clothes from the washing device and put back into the target wardrobe, and taking out the clothes to be washed for the user.
11. A storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
