Description
The present invention relates to a system for assisting in utilizing a laundry coin-operated (laundromat).
As is well known, a coin-operated laundry is a shop provided with a plurality of laundry machines which perform washing of clothes and cloth products according to payment of a fee. The user goes to a coin-operated laundry with laundry, pays for coins or the like to be inserted into an empty laundry device, and inserts the laundry into the laundry device to execute washing or the like. Then, the laundry apparatus 11 having the particular function is extracted from the laundry apparatuses 11 extracted in the second extraction step (third extraction step).
The laundry appliance suitable for washing is extracted through the above first to third extraction steps. As described above, the laundry information L may include at least one of the weight information La, the type information Lb, and the position information Lc, or may include information not included therein. In the case where there is information that is not included, the extraction step using the information is skipped. For example, in the case where the category information Lb is not included, the second extraction step is skipped.
Step S5: next, the washing time prediction unit 202 predicts the washing time based on the laundry information L acquired from the terminal device 3. Specifically, the washing time prediction unit 202 predicts the washing time based on the weight information La and the type information Lb included in the laundry information L. In predicting the washing time based on the weight and type of the laundry, a known method can be used.
Step S6: the laundry apparatus information notification unit 203 acquires the identification information of each laundry apparatus 11 extracted by the laundry apparatus extraction unit 201 in step S4 and the washing time predicted by the washing time prediction unit 202 in step S5. Further, the laundry apparatus information notification unit 203 refers to the laundry apparatus database DB to acquire the extracted operation schedule of each laundry apparatus 11 and the store information of the coin-operated laundry 1 in which each laundry apparatus 11 is installed. Then, laundry device information M including the acquired set of information is generated. Then, the terminal device 3 is notified of the generated laundry device information M.
Step S7: when the laundry apparatus information M is acquired from the server device 2, the following processing is started in the terminal device 3.
Step S8: first, the laundry apparatus information display unit 302 displays the laundry apparatus information display screen 6 (fig. 8) on which the laundry apparatus information M acquired from the server device 2 is displayed on the touch display panel 30. Each information included in the laundry apparatus information M is displayed on the laundry apparatus information display screen 6. That is, the laundry apparatus information display screen 6 displays the store information 61 of the coin-operated laundry 1 in which the laundry apparatus 11 suitable for washing is installed, the identification information 62 of the laundry apparatus 11, the current operating status 63 of the laundry apparatus 11, and the washing time 64. The user can see the laundry apparatus information display screen 6 to know which laundry apparatus 11 of which coin-operated laundry 1 is used, whether the laundry apparatus 11 can be used at present, how long the washing takes, and the like.
Step S9: the laundry apparatus information display screen 6 includes an end instruction icon 65 displayed as "end" and a reservation instruction icon 66 displayed as "reservation". When the end instruction icon 65 is operated by the user, the laundry apparatus information display unit 302 notifies the server device 2 of this fact, closes the laundry apparatus information display screen 6, and ends the process. When the notification indicating that the end instruction has been received from the user is acquired from the terminal apparatus 3, the server apparatus 2 also ends the processing.
Step S10: when the user operates the reservation instruction icon 66 displayed on the laundry apparatus information display screen 6 (yes at step S9), the reservation acceptance unit 303 accepts the reservation of the laundry apparatus 11. When accepting a reservation from a user, the reservation accepting unit 303 first displays a reservation accepting screen 7 (fig. 9) for accepting the reservation on the touch display panel 30.
On the reservation acceptance screen 7, an operation schedule 71 indicating an operation schedule of each laundry apparatus 11 extracted as a laundry apparatus suitable for washing is displayed. The operating time table 71 shows the state per unit time of each laundry apparatus 11. That is, the laundry apparatus 11 is indicated by a mark or the like as to whether it is "available", "reserved", "operating", or "unavailable" for each unit time. Further, a date input box 72 for accepting input of a date is displayed on the reservation acceptance screen 7.
When a user inputs an arbitrary date into the date input box 72, the reservation accepting unit 303 refers to the laundry apparatus information M to generate the operation schedule 71 of each laundry apparatus 11 on the input date, and displays the operation schedule on the reservation accepting screen 7.
In the operation schedule 71 displayed on the reservation acceptance screen 7, the mark corresponding to "available" is an icon for accepting a reservation operation. That is, when the user operates the indicator corresponding to "available" displayed in an arbitrary time zone of an arbitrary laundry apparatus 11, the reservation accepting unit 303 accepts the reservation for using the designated laundry apparatus 11 in the designated time zone.
Step S11: when the reservation accepting unit 303 accepts the reservation, the reservation accepting unit generates reservation information R including identification information of the reserved laundry apparatus 11, identification information of the reserved user, a reservation start time, and a washing time included in the laundry apparatus information M, and notifies the server apparatus 2 of the reservation information R.
Step S12: when the reservation information R is acquired from the terminal apparatus 3, the following processing is started in the server apparatus 2.
Step S13: first, the server device 2 updates the laundry apparatus database DB, specifically, the operation schedule of the reserved laundry apparatus 11, based on each information included in the reservation information R acquired from the terminal device 3. That is, the server device 2 sets the time obtained by adding the washing time to the reservation start time as the scheduled end time, and sets the state of the laundry apparatus 11 in the time period from the reservation start time to the scheduled end time as "reserved". Further, the server device 2 notifies the reserved laundry apparatus 11 of the acquired reservation information R.
Step S14: when the reservation information R is acquired from the server device 2, the following processing is started in the laundry apparatus 11.
Step S15: first, the reservation management unit 101 manages so that users other than the user who has reserved in the reserved time zone cannot use the laundry apparatus 11. Specifically, the reservation management unit 101 locks the door of the laundry apparatus 11 at the reservation start time, and is set to a state in which it cannot be used unless the user who has reserved confirms himself (for example, inputs of identification information and a password). According to this configuration, when the user inputs the laundry information L about his or her own laundry into the terminal device 3, the laundry device 11 suitable for washing and the coin-operated laundry 1 in which the laundry device 11 is installed are notified to the terminal device 3. Therefore, the user can appropriately select the laundry apparatus 11 suitable for his/her laundry from the various laundry apparatuses 11 provided in each of the plurality of coin-operated laundry facilities 1. Thus, the user can sufficiently and effectively use the coin-operated laundry 1, and the convenience of the user is improved.
In the above-described slot machine utilization support system SY of the embodiment, the laundry information acquisition unit 301 displays the plurality of images 421 corresponding to the respective laundry with different weights on the touch display 30 as the display unit of the terminal device 3, and receives a selection of any one of the plurality of images 421 from the user to acquire the weight of the laundry corresponding to the selected image 421 as the laundry information L. Then, the laundry device extracting unit 201 extracts the laundry device 11 having a capacity corresponding to the weight of the laundry.
Since it is not easy for many users to accurately grasp the weight of their own laundry, a laundry device 11 having a capacity not appropriate for the weight of their own laundry may be used. However, according to the above configuration, the user is notified of the appropriate laundry device 11 having the capacity corresponding to the weight of the laundry by merely selecting the image close to his/her own laundry from the plurality of images 421 displayed on the terminal device 3. Therefore, it is possible to avoid wasting washing time, expenses, or failing to perform sufficient washing by using the notified laundry device 11.
The coin-operated laundry facility management support system SY according to the above embodiment includes: the washing time prediction unit 202 predicts the washing time based on the laundry information L. Then, the laundry apparatus information notification unit 203 notifies the terminal device 3 of the predicted washing time.
According to this configuration, when the user inputs the laundry information L about his or her own laundry into the terminal device 3, the terminal device 3 is notified of the washing time. Since the washing time can be grasped without going to the coin-operated laundry 1, the convenience of the user is further improved.
In the coin-operated laundry facility management support system SY according to the above-described embodiment, the laundry equipment database DB includes the operation schedules of the laundry equipment 11 installed in each of the plurality of coin-operated laundry facilities 1, and the laundry equipment information notification unit 203 notifies the extracted operation schedules of the laundry equipment 11 to the terminal device 3.
According to this configuration, when the user inputs the laundry information L about his or her own laundry into the terminal device 3, the operation schedule is notified to the terminal device 3 in addition to the appropriate laundry apparatus 11. If the operation schedule can be grasped, the waiting time of the target laundry device 11 in use when the user carries the laundry to the coin-operated laundry can be avoided, and the convenience of the user can be further improved.
In the slot machine laundry assistant system SY according to the above-described embodiment, the terminal device 3 includes a reservation accepting unit 303 that accepts a reservation of the extracted laundry device 11.
According to this configuration, when the user inputs the laundry information L relating to his or her own laundry into the terminal device 3, the appropriate laundry device 11 is notified to the terminal device 3, and as a result, the user can reserve the notified laundry device 11 from the terminal device 3. If the laundry apparatus 11 is reserved in advance, the user can surely use the target laundry apparatus 11 at the time of his/her reservation, thereby further improving the convenience of the user.
Second embodiment
In the above-described embodiment, the operation schedule of each laundry device 11 is registered in the laundry device database DB stored in the storage unit 20 of the server device 2, and the current operation status 63 and the operation schedule 71 (fig. 8 and 9) of the laundry device 11 specified based on the laundry device database DB are displayed on the touch display panel 30 of the user's terminal device 3.
Here, the operation schedule registered in the laundry device database DB is updated, for example, as follows. That is, when each laundry device 11 starts washing, the control unit of the laundry device 11 predicts the scheduled end time of the washing by adding the reference required time predetermined in the program of the control unit to the start time of the washing. Then, the start time and the scheduled end time are notified to the server device 2. When the server device 2 acquires the notification, the state of the laundry apparatus 11 is set to "operating" during a period from the start time to the predetermined end time. Thereby, the laundry device database DB is updated.
In such a configuration, although it is possible to ensure that the laundry device database DB stores a sufficiently accurate operation schedule, according to the second embodiment described below, it is possible to further improve the accuracy of the operation schedule stored in the laundry device database DB.
A coin-operated laundry machine assistant system SYa according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 10 and 11. Fig. 10 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration realized in a coin-operated laundry machine assistant system SYa according to a second embodiment. Fig. 11 is a diagram showing a flow of processing executed in the slot machine utilization assist system SYa. In the following description, a configuration different from that of the first embodiment will be described, and the same configuration as that of the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numeral, and the description thereof will be omitted.
In the coin-operated laundry assistant system SYa, each laundry apparatus 11 includes, in addition to the reservation management unit 101, an end time prediction unit 102 that predicts an end time of washing performed by the laundry apparatus 11. Like the reservation management unit 101, the end time prediction unit 102 is realized by a microcomputer constituting a control unit of the laundry apparatus 11 executing a program stored in a memory.
A process flow of updating the operation schedule registered in the laundry device database DB in the slot machine utilization support system SYa will be described with reference to fig. 11.
Step S101: when the washing is started by the laundry apparatus 11, the end time prediction unit 102 of the laundry apparatus 11 predicts the scheduled end time of the washing by adding the reference required time predetermined in the program of the laundry apparatus to the start time of the washing.
Step S102: when acquiring the scheduled termination time, the termination time prediction unit 102 notifies the server device 2 of the start time and the scheduled termination time together with the identification information of the device itself.
When the server device 2 acquires the start time and the scheduled end time of washing from the laundry apparatus 11, the laundry apparatus database DB is updated based on the acquired information. That is, the server device 2 sets the state of the laundry apparatus 11 to "operating" in a time period from the start time acquired by the laundry apparatus 11 to the scheduled end time.
Step S103: on the other hand, in the laundry apparatus 11 that starts washing, the end time prediction unit 102 determines whether or not a predetermined process is completed. The prescribed course means a course optional from a series of courses of washing. In the following description, it is assumed that: the series of washing processes consists of two washing processes, and the specified process is the first washing process.
Step S104: when a predetermined course (i.e., a first washing course) is completed, the end time prediction unit 102 predicts a time required for the remaining course (i.e., a second washing course) based on a required time required from the start of washing until the predetermined course is completed, and predicts a scheduled end time of washing based on the predicted time.
Specifically, the end time prediction unit 102 obtains a value obtained by dividing the time required for the first washing process by the reference required time for the first washing process as the rate of change. Then, a value obtained by multiplying the reference required time of the second washing course by the change rate is predicted as the time required for the second washing course. Then, a time obtained by adding the predicted required time to the start time of the second washing process is acquired as the scheduled end time.
In order to obtain a more accurate scheduled end time, the end time predicting part 102 may calculate a change rate for each process included in the first washing process, that is, each process such as the water supply process, the water discharge process, and the intermediate dehydration balance process, and predict a value obtained by multiplying a reference required time of each process included in the second washing process by the change rate of the process as a time required for the second washing process.
Step S105: when acquiring the scheduled termination time, the scheduled termination time prediction unit 102 notifies the server device 2 of the scheduled termination time together with the identification information of the device.
When a re-notification of the predetermined time for the end of washing is acquired from the laundry device 11, the server device 2 updates the laundry device database DB again based on the re-notification information. That is, the server device 2 updates the laundry device database DB so that the state of the laundry device 11 is "in operation" in a time period until the end scheduled time of the re-notification. Thus, the scheduled end time predicted by the end time prediction unit 102 is reflected in the operation schedule of the laundry apparatus 11 in the laundry apparatus database DB.
In this way, in the coin-operated laundry machine assistant system SYa according to the above-described embodiment, the end time prediction unit 102 predicts the time required for the remaining process based on the time actually required for the partial process in the middle stage from the start of washing by the laundry apparatus 11 to the completion of the partial process, and predicts the scheduled end time of the washing. Then, the end scheduled time is reflected in the operation schedule of the laundry apparatus 11 in the laundry apparatus database DB.
According to this configuration, the time required for the remaining process is predicted based on the time actually required for the partial process that has ended in the middle stage of washing, and therefore the time at which washing ends can be predicted accurately. Accordingly, an accurate operation schedule of the laundry device 11 is stored in the laundry device database DB. Further, the accuracy of the current operating conditions 63 and the operating schedule 71 of the laundry apparatus 11 determined based on the laundry apparatus database DB is improved. This further improves the convenience of the user.
Modifications of the examples
Sometimes the user gives an instruction to extend the treatment after the laundry apparatus 11 starts washing. Typically, it is assumed that the drying operation is additionally performed by an extension process in the case of insufficient drying. In consideration of the possibility of such extension processing, it is possible to display a message such as "delay of washing start time due to extension of use by the previous user, please forgive" on the reservation acceptance screen 7 for accepting the reservation.
In addition, when the extension processing occupies the reserved time, the terminal device 3 of the user who has reserved the extended processing may be notified of the occupied time. Specifically, when receiving a notification of ending the scheduled time change due to the occurrence of the extension process from the laundry device 11 and updating the laundry device database DB, the server device 2 determines whether or not the time zone to be changed to "running" according to the notification is currently "reserved". When the time zone to be changed is "reserved", the server device 2 may notify the terminal device 3 of the reserved user of the time zone to display "the washing start time is delayed by o minutes due to the extended use of the previous user" on the touch display 30 of the terminal device 3. "this message. Further, the following configuration may be adopted: in the terminal device 3 that receives the notification, the reservation accepting unit 303 causes the touch display 30 to display the reservation accepting screen 7, and the reservation accepting screen 7 displays the operation schedule 71 indicating the latest operation status of the laundry apparatus 11, and accepts a change of the reservation from the user.
In each of the above embodiments, the washing time predicting unit 202 may consider the specification information of the laundry apparatus 11 extracted in step S4 when predicting the washing time. In this case, the washing time is calculated for each laundry device 11 extracted in step S4, and the washing time of each laundry device 11 is displayed on the laundry device information display screen 6. Therefore, the user can select the laundry device 11 in consideration of the washing time.
In the above embodiments, the terminal device 3 is assumed to be a communication terminal device carried by a user of the coin-operated laundry 1, but the terminal device 3 may be a communication terminal device installed in the coin-operated laundry 1 or the like.
In each of the above embodiments, the washing time predicting unit 202, the reservation accepting unit 303, and the reservation managing unit 101 are not essential elements, and at least one of them may be omitted.
In each of the above embodiments, at least one of the functional units 201 to 203 as the functional units included in the server device 2 may be implemented in the laundry machine 11 or the terminal device 3. At least one of the functional units 301 to 303, which are the functional units included in the terminal device 3, may be implemented in the server device 2 or the laundry machine 11.
In the second embodiment, the scheme in which the end time prediction unit 102 predicts the time required for the remaining process based on the time actually required from the start of washing to the completion of the predetermined process is not limited to the above-described exemplary scheme. For example, the end time prediction unit 102 may determine the degree of drying of the laundry based on information acquired from a sensor or the like provided in the laundry device 11 at the stage when the drying process for a predetermined time is ended, and predict the time required to completely dry the laundry.
Various modifications may be made to the other configurations without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is needless to say that the components illustrated in the embodiments may be partially combined with each other.
Claims (6)
- A coin-operated laundry utilization support system is provided with:a storage part for storing a laundry device database including information of a plurality of coin-operated laundry stores and laundry devices provided in the respective coin-operated laundry stores;a laundry information acquisition unit for acquiring laundry information, which is information relating to laundry, from a user terminal device;a laundry device extracting unit that extracts laundry devices suitable for washing the laundry from the laundry device database based on the laundry information; andand a laundry device information notifying unit configured to notify the terminal device of the extracted laundry device and a coin-operated laundry in which the laundry device is installed.
- The laundry slot utilization assisting system according to claim 1, wherein,the laundry information acquiring unit causes a display unit of the terminal device to display a plurality of images respectively corresponding to laundry having different weights, receives a selection of any one of the plurality of images from the user, and acquires the weight of the laundry corresponding to the selected image as the laundry information,the laundry device extracting part extracts laundry devices having a capacity corresponding to the weight of the laundry.
- The laundry slot utilization assisting system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,the disclosed device is provided with: a washing time predicting part for predicting washing time based on the washing information,the laundry device information notifying unit notifies the predicted washing time to the terminal device.
- The laundry slot utilization assisting system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,the laundry device database comprises operation time tables of the laundry devices respectively arranged in the plurality of coin-operated laundry stores,the laundry device information notifying unit notifies the extracted operation schedule of the laundry device to the terminal device.
- The laundry slot utilization assisting system according to claim 4, wherein,the terminal device is provided with a reservation accepting part for accepting the reservation of the extracted laundry equipment.
- The laundry slot utilization assisting system according to claim 5, wherein,the laundry device is provided with an end time prediction unit which predicts a time required for a remaining process based on a time actually required for a part of the process in a middle stage from a start of washing to a completion of the part of the process, thereby predicting a scheduled end time of washing,the end scheduled time is reflected in an operation schedule of the laundry device in the laundry device database.
