The invention discloses a quilting line cutting device, which comprises a push plate and a cutter, wherein the push plate and the cutter are arranged near a needle plate, a first line passing hole is formed in the push plate, a second line passing hole is formed in the cutter, a blade is arranged on the second line passing hole, and the first line passing hole and the second line passing hole are arranged corresponding to a third line passing hole in the needle plate; the push plate is connected with the first driving unit, the cutter is connected with the second driving unit, and an included angle between the displacement direction of the push plate driven by the first driving unit and the displacement direction of the cutter driven by the second driving unit is between 0 degree and 180 degrees. When the quilting line needs to be cut off, the push plate pushes the quilting line for a certain distance, and then the quilting line is cut off by the cutter. The quilting thread end after being cut off, no matter to quilting needle, line hook, fabric, all leave sufficient length, the quilting thread end can not break away from line hook or quilting needle or fabric. The quilting seam bottom line cutting device can smoothly cut quilting seam bottom lines and can prevent cut bottom line ends from being separated from a line hook or textile fabrics.

Quilting machines quilt the textile fabric with quilting lines (including upper and lower lines) that need to be cut off when necessary, for example, the quilting is completed, the quilting machine is out of order, the quilting lines are changed in color. The prior art adopts the plectrum to cut off quilting line, but, the plectrum effect of cutting off the facial line is better, and the effect of cutting off the bottom line is not good. When the quilting line needs to be cut off, the first driving unit drives the push plate, the push plate pulls the upper thread and the bottom thread which are interwoven together, the upper thread and the bottom thread are stretched for a distance, then the second driving unit drives the cutter to move, and as the included angle between the direction in which the first driving unit drives the push plate to move and the direction in which the second driving unit drives the cutter to move is between 0 degree and 180 degrees, the quilting line can be cut off by the blade in the second thread passing hole. The quilting thread end after being cut off, no matter to quilting needle, line hook, fabric, all leave sufficient length, the quilting thread end can not break away from line hook or quilting needle or fabric.
The quilting seam bottom line cutting device can smoothly cut quilting seam bottom lines and can prevent cut bottom line ends from being separated from a line hook or textile fabrics.

referring to fig. 1 and 2, the quilting line cutting device comprises a push plate 20 and a cutter 30 which are arranged near a needle plate 10, wherein a first line passing hole 21 is arranged on the push plate, a second line passing hole 31 is arranged on the cutter, a blade is arranged on the second line passing hole, and the first line passing hole and the second line passing hole are arranged corresponding to a third line passing hole 11 on the needle plate; the push plate is connected with the first driving unit 22, the cutter is connected with the second driving unit 32, and the included angle between the displacement direction of the push plate driven by the first driving unit and the displacement direction of the cutter driven by the second driving unit is between 0 degree and 180 degrees. Alternatively, the direction of the first driving unit driving the push plate to displace is perpendicular to the direction of the second driving unit driving the cutting knife to displace.
The quilting line cutting apparatus of the present invention is installed near the needle plate 10, and may be near the upper thread running track of the quilting line, near the lower thread running track of the quilting line, or near the running tracks of the upper thread and the lower thread interlaced together. After the quilting line is pulled out by the push plate 20 for a certain distance, the quilting line is cut off by the cutter 30, so that the cut quilting line head has enough length. Alternatively, the displacement of the push plate 20 is 30mm, and the quilting thread end can be left 60mm long.
As an option for the running tracks of the push plate 20 and the cutter 30, the quilting line is pulled out by the push plate under the driving of the first driving unit 22, and the first thread through hole 21 and the third thread through hole 11 are staggered back and forth; then, the second thread through hole 31 and the third thread through hole are laterally displaced under the driving of the second driving unit 32, and the quilting is cut by the blade in the second thread through hole.
With reference to fig. 2-4, as an alternative to the running position of the quilting line cutting apparatus on the quilting machine, the cutter 30 is positioned above the pusher plate 20 and the needle plate 10 is positioned above the cutter. So designed, the quilting line cutting device can effectively pull the bobbin thread and cut the bobbin thread.
As a structural design of the push plate 20, as shown in fig. 7, the first through-hole 21 includes a first circular hole portion 210 and a strip-shaped groove portion 211, the direction in which the push plate 20 is displaced by the first driving unit 22 is parallel to the length direction of the strip-shaped groove portion, and the first circular hole portion is aligned with the third through-hole 11 up and down during normal operation of the quilting machine. As the push plate pushes the quilting line, the quilting line is guided into the slot portion 211, which is advantageous for the tidy arrangement of the quilting line passing through the first passing hole 21 and also for the subsequent cutter 30 to smoothly cut the quilting line.
As a structural design of the cutter 30, as shown in fig. 6, the second through-hole 31 includes a second circular hole portion 310 and a strip-shaped hole portion 311, the blade is disposed in the strip-shaped hole portion, and when the quilting machine is normally operated, the second circular hole portion is vertically aligned with the third through-hole 11, and the second circular hole portion is not disposed with the blade, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the quilting machine. When the quilted thread needs to be cut, the cutter is traversed, the quilted thread is guided into the bar hole portion 311, and the knife edge cuts the quilted thread. The blade may be provided at either edge of the strip-shaped hole portion 311. Alternatively, the second driving unit 32 drives the cutter 30 to be displaced in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped hole portion 311.
The quilting thread passes through the thread clamp 40 and then passes through the thread hook 50 and the quilting needle, and specifically comprises that the bottom thread passes through the thread hook after passing through the corresponding thread clamp, and the upper thread passes through the quilting needle after passing through the corresponding thread clamp. With reference to fig. 2 and 8, the wire clamp includes a pair of pressing pieces movably fitted on the guide post 41, the pair of pressing pieces includes a first pressing piece 45 and a second pressing piece 46, the first pressing piece abuts against the spring 42, the second pressing piece abuts against the driving rod 43, and the driving rod abuts against the third driving unit 44. The spring is sleeved on the guide post 41, the guide post is hollow, an axial strip-shaped hole is formed in the side wall of the guide post, the driving rod 43 is movably matched in the guide post, one end of the driving rod abuts against the third driving unit 44, a radial convex part is arranged at the other end of the driving rod, and the radial convex part abuts against the second pressing sheet 46.
In operation, as shown in fig. 1, the bobbin 71 has a bobbin 72, a guide 73, a wire clamp 40, and a hook 50. With respect to the thread clamp, referring to fig. 8, under the action of the spring 42, the pair of pressing pieces clamp the quilting thread, and at this time, the quilting thread can be displaced relative to the pair of pressing pieces, and the pair of pressing pieces plays a role of guiding the quilting thread. When the quilting line needs to be cut off, the push plate 20 pushes the quilting line from the lateral direction of the quilting line, the quilting line is stretched, then, the third driving unit 44 acts on the driving rod 43, the driving rod acts on the second pressing piece 46 through the radial convex part, the second pressing piece acts on the first pressing piece 45, the spring 42 is compressed, and the pair of pressing pieces exerts enough clamping force on the quilting line therein, so that the quilting line cannot move and bounce. Thereafter, the cutter 30 is displaced to cut the quilted thread.
The first, second and third driving units 22, 32 and 44 may be cylinders, but are not limited to the cylinders, and any device may be used as long as it can linearly displace the push plate 20, the cutting knife 30 and the driving rod 43.
