本发明提供的一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,包括盖体、独立料仓、密封垫片;所述盖体上部设有环形阶梯状弹力结构,瓶盖顶部中间部分为锥形结构,方便按压后将料仓中的固体片剂弹入瓶内,或锥形就够挤压独立料仓刺破料仓底部铝箔;独立料仓为铝塑泡罩材质,可内容固体片剂、粉末,独立料底部为铝箔,受到外界压力后可被刺破,将内容固体弹出;所述密封垫片中间有料体通过孔和瓶口密封牙,可确保瓶内液体不渗漏。本发明还提供了包括上述瓶盖的饮料瓶。该瓶盖结构简单、成本低廉、成品率高、使用方便,在运输时可将料仓中的固体成分与液体分离,保持固体中的活性成分,实现即溶即饮,提高了饮料的保质期。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,特别涉及到一种可将固体液体分离存放,并可在饮用时即溶即饮的饮料瓶盖。
背景技术
在食品和保健品领域,经常用到预混合液体形态,比如饮料和口服液,但是预混合液体形式的食品和保健品中,存在的最大问题是容易受外界因素影响而失去活性变质,如光、热、氧、紫外线等,为此,需要加入一些防腐剂、保鲜剂、稳定剂,即使这样,预混合液体的保质期还是低于固体的,另外液体制剂存放过程中,口味因时间和环境影响而改变,也制约了多种食品的开发,如花青素类、维生素类、益生菌类饮料,与水混合后活性保持期大大缩短。
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们越来越追求健康型的瓶装饮料。如果能设计成一种可储存固体配料并可随用随配的饮料瓶盖,饮用者使用之前,营养配料与水处于隔离状态,保持原料活性,即用即配,这样,生产商既可以避免使用防腐剂、稳定剂等,使用者亦可得到放心的产品,这种设计思想得到了许多人的认可,也申请了很多专利,如中国发明专利 CN201410709657.5公开了一种固液体分装的饮料瓶,采用正反向螺杆结构,通过旋转的刀头划开内壁,达到固液混合谜底,但其零部件较多且制作复杂,生产成本较高,不易于推广;又如CN201110087873.7、CN2199152Y分别公开了一种容器,使用顶杆推挤易开口结构,但由于运输和使用时存在随意性,受到误挤压时,开口容易造成偏移的现象,这样会造成易开口不能完全被推顶出去,小容器内的料体无法完全与液体混合,影响客户体验;这些专利普遍存在设计复杂、生产难度大、成本高、成品率低的情况,造成人力与资源的浪费。所以,市场上并未见有这方面的成功应用。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖的设计,其设计新颖、构思精巧,结构简单、成本低、使用方便,可以克服以上问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的技术问题,提供一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,目的是为了延长食品和保健品中活性成分的保质期,杜绝预混合液体中添加防腐剂、稳定剂等对人体有害的添加,并保持饮料风味,拟解决现有技术存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其包括上盖整体、环形阶梯状弹力结构、独立料仓、内容物和密封垫片,其特征在于:所述的上盖与瓶口螺口密封配合设置;所述的上盖的上端设置为环形阶梯状弹力结构;所述的上盖的上端面的内壁为锥形刺破装置;所述盖体中安放独立料仓,设置于弹力上盖内的锥形刺破装置与密封垫片之间;所述的独立料仓内设置有固体物料的压片或固体粉末;所述独立料仓的顶面与盖体上端面的环形阶梯状弹力结构接触;所述独立料仓的底面为食品级铝箔,通过高温压合,可起到密封作用;所述上盖与瓶体旋紧后,独立料仓底部通过密封垫片和瓶口呈相互挤压的密封状态;所述上盖的环形阶梯状弹力结构受到外力挤压后,形成垂直变形的反弹行程,独立料仓内的固形物受上盖压力挤压后,挤破铝箔落入瓶体,铝箔与泡罩呈连接状态,不会落入瓶体,完成即用即配的过程。

本发明的原理是:本发明是在普通饮料瓶盖结构基础上的一种改进结构,盖体中的独立料仓具有储料功能,独立料仓采用市面上普遍使用的铝箔泡罩结构与材料,独立料仓设置于上盖上端面的圆环环形阶梯状弹力结构盖体上,独立料仓的顶凸圆弧面接触于弹力上盖中间的锥形刺破装置的下端面,独立料仓的底面采用普通铝箔结构,独立料仓的铝箔底面与密封垫片和瓶口旋紧后处密封式联接。消费者使用之前,营养配料的固体料储存于独立料仓内,独立料仓的铝箔底面将固体料片与水隔离,且独立料仓自身就是密闭状态,饮用时,手指下压环形阶梯状弹力结构顶面,圆环形阶梯状弹力结构受压反弹形成垂直行程的椎体,独立料仓内的固体料和仓内密闭的空气受挤压将独立料仓底部铝箔破裂开,固体料即通过密封垫片中间的圆孔掉入下侧瓶体的液体中,达到了固液分离即用即配的效果,避免了预混饮料所使用的添加剂。独立料仓的底面铝箔比独立料仓的顶面的材料薄而脆,既能保障分隔固液和密封效果,又易于受压裂开与底面保持半连接状态,不会随固体料片进入瓶内。独立料仓的顶面的材料具有弹力,保障在下压中不会破裂,上盖的边缘采用凸起设置,保护上盖的环形阶梯状弹力结构不被外力误碰。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明有固液分离即用即配的效果,有效避免了预配置饮料防腐剂的使用。由于独立料仓的底面是铝箔膜片结构,可将固体料和瓶中的水隔离,饮用时,手指下压环形阶梯状弹力结构中间部分,独立料仓受环形阶梯状弹力结构的锥形垂直行程的压力使铝箔底面受压裂开,固体料随即掉入下侧瓶体的水中,由此达到即用即配、免用防腐剂的效果。
2、储运过程中,营养素的固体料片与水分离,延长了保质期。
3、其独立料仓与盖体的分体结构,构造简单、设计巧妙、生产成本低、改变品种与口味仅需要改变独立料仓内的物料,无需改变瓶盖,所以易于推广实施。
4、上盖的边缘采用凸起设置,保护上盖的环形阶梯状弹力结构不被外力误碰。

其原理是:本发明是在普通饮料或矿泉水瓶盖结构基础上的一种改进结构,上盖1与锥形刺破装置1.1、环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2、防误压保护环1.3为一体式结构,环形阶梯状弹力结构1.3是一种与盖体同材质的pet、pe、pvc等,只需在瓶盖模具制作中将瓶盖顶面压制成圆环环形阶梯状即可成为弹力结构,受压后形成垂直行程,适合消费者按压的力量。独立料仓2具有储料功能,其顶面接触于上盖1上端面的环形阶梯状弹力结构1.3中间的锥形刺破装置1.1的底面,独立料仓2的顶面采用软性材质,独立料仓2的底面采用铝箔封膜结构,其底面与密封垫片3的上端面处挤压密封式联接,密封垫片3的两面设有密封凹环,上盖1旋紧后在独立料仓2通过密封垫片3和瓶口之间起到相互挤压的密封状态,也具有固定独立料仓2的作用。在生产之前,固体内容物2.1储存于独立料仓2内,其独立料仓2铝箔封膜的底面将固体内容物2.1与水隔离,饮用时,用手下压上盖环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2的顶面,环形阶梯状弹力结构拉伸形成垂直行程,将锥形刺破装置挤压独立料仓2内的固体内容物2.1,仓内密闭的空气受挤压将独立料仓2底部铝箔封膜破裂开,固体内容物2.1即通过密封垫片3中间的圆孔掉入下侧瓶体的液体中,达到了固液分离即用即配的效果,避免了预混饮料所使用的添加剂。独立料仓2的底面材料采用铝箔封膜,比独立料仓2的顶面的材料薄且脆,既保障了分隔和密封效果,又要易于受压裂开。
其中,所述盖体的密封垫片3设有通过口,所述密封垫片3包括上凸式和下凹式密封凹环设计,保证既能在旋紧后与瓶口挤压住独立料仓2的边缘达到密封作用,又能保证在独立料仓2受压后能让压力垂直作用于仓内的固体内容物2.1使铝箔封膜呈半连接破裂。这种结构,独立料仓2与上盖1是分体式结构,可提前将固体内容物2.1封装入独立料仓2内,然后再与上盖1组配,密封垫片3再通过上盖1螺旋口挤压住独立料仓2的边缘。
在本实施例中,还包括设置于独立料仓2内的一个固体内容物2.1作为破壁件,所述固体内容物2.1为圆柱形,与独立料仓2的形状和尺寸相匹配的。这种结构,是针对独立料仓2的铝箔封膜底面不易受震动或惯性冲击力开裂的情况的一种破壁结构,固体内容物2.1作为破壁件装入独立料仓2内,下压上盖环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2,中间的锥形刺破装置1.1带动独立料仓2的顶面变形时,固体内容物2.1将压力传导至铝箔封膜底面破开,固体内容物2.1的设置与独立料仓2适配的尺寸和形状,目的在于固体内容物2.1挤压独立料仓2底部铝箔封膜破开后,铝箔封膜与独立料仓2底部保持半连接状态,不会掉入瓶口内,而是继续保持与独立料仓2的连接。
所述固体内容物2.1作为破壁件是圆柱形结构,所述固体内容物2.1作为破壁件受外界压力 后挤破平面铝箔弹入瓶体,这种固体内容物2.1即为普通压片机压制的片剂,结构简单,成本低,易于破壁,且不均匀的压力破开独立料仓2底部的铝箔封膜时,不会将铝箔掉入瓶内;所述独立料仓2与上盖1是分体式结构。这种结构,生产更简便,成本更低,将上盖1翻转,直接将独立料仓2装入上盖1内,再装入密封垫片3将独立料仓2下端面固定于上盖1内即可,与瓶口旋紧后既能密封又能更好的固定独立料仓2。还包括一个与盖体一体结构的环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2,所述这种环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2为一种与盖体同材质的pet、pe、pvc等,只需在瓶盖模具制作中将瓶盖顶面压制成环形阶梯状弹力结构,具备压下的垂直行程,适合消费者按压的力量。采用这种结构,通过外力按压上盖1的环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2,环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2受压变形后传递给独立料仓的顶面,从而将固体料片破开独立料仓底部铝箔,其受力与传导力效果更好,也更易于保护独立料仓的顶面,上盖1边缘凸起防误压保护环1.3设计,可保护环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2不被外力误碰,使其在储运过程中,不易破损,采用这种结构使上盖与一般的平顶饮料瓶盖一样,使其在储运过程中,不易破损且美观。

1.一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:上盖1、锥形刺破装置1.1、环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2、防误压保护环1.3,独立料仓2、固体内容物2.1、密封垫片3、瓶口4。
2.一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:所述的上盖1带有环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2,其中间设计有锥形刺破装置1.1,上盖1的顶部边缘设置有防误压保护环1.3,用来保护环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2在运输过程中不被外力误碰撞;所述的上盖1内安装独立料仓2,其顶端与锥形刺破装置1.1的底面接触,固体内容物2.1密封于独立料仓2内,独立料仓2的底面为食品级铝箔;所述密封垫片3置于独立料仓2与瓶口4之间,上盖1与瓶口4旋紧后,独立料仓2底部与密封垫片3和瓶口4呈相互挤压的密封状态;所述上盖1顶部的环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2受到外力挤压中间部分后,其中间设计的锥形刺破装置1.1形成垂直、变形的弹力行程,独立料仓2内的固体内容物2.1受压力挤破独立料仓2底部铝箔后落入瓶体,铝箔与独立料仓2底部呈连接状态,不会落入瓶体,完成固体、液体的混合过程。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:所述的上盖1的上端面为环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2;所述的环形阶梯状弹力结构1.2中间部分设置锥形刺破装置1.1;所述固体料仓2为凸式泡罩型;所述的固体料仓2下铝箔面与固体料仓2为一个整体,通过高温压合密封式连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:所述的固体内容物2.1可为固体物料压片或固体粉末颗粒,预先密封设置在独立料仓2中。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:所述的固体料仓2的顶面与上盖1的锥形刺破装置1.1底面可以是接触式结构,独立料仓2的底部平面与密封垫片3是接触式结构,且与瓶口4旋紧后呈互相挤压的密封结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:所述密封垫片3与独立料仓2之间设有凸式密封圈,密封垫片3与固体内容物2.1的对应位置设有通过口。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种按压式带有独立料仓的固液分离饮料瓶盖,其特征在于:上盖1与独立料仓2和密封垫片3采用分体式结构。
