The holding and conveying device 4 is used for compressing and conveying the packed box 22 after being packed into a box and folded, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, and comprises a box outlet mechanism 82, a guide rail 83 and a guide rod 84, wherein the guide rod 84 is arranged on the frame 1, the box outlet mechanism 82 and the guide rail 83 are both arranged on the guide rod 84 in a sliding manner, the guide rail 83 is arranged on the inner side of the box outlet mechanism 82, the box outlet mechanism 82 comprises a third driving motor 85, a mounting fixing plate 86, a driving roller 87, a first driven roller 88, a second driven roller 91, a supporting plate 90 and a conveying belt 92, the third driving motor 85 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the mounting fixing plate 86, the driving roller 87 is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting fixing plate 86 and connected with an output shaft of the third driving motor 85, the supporting plate 90 is arranged on the inner side of the mounting fixing plate 86, the first driven roller 88 and the second driven roller 91 are rotatably arranged on the, a first driven roller 88 and a second driven roller 91 are respectively located at both ends of the pallet 90, and a conveying belt 92 is provided around the driving roller 87, the first driven roller 88, the pallet 90, and the second driven roller 91. Then, the second link rod 11 moves downwards, the second link rod 21 is pulled by the second link rod 11 to further drive the second rotating shaft 8 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the second connecting frame 12 moves anticlockwise downwards, and along with the movement of the second connecting frame 12, the second box suction cups 13 open the packaging box 22, and the opened packaging box 22 is placed in the fixing clamping block 30 on the conveying belt 29 in the conveying and folding device 3.
