Through the clamping of two positioning plates 24, the paperboard is closer to the central position, so that the packaged product 9 to be packaged is positioned at the central position of the paperboard in the left and right directions, and the problem of packaging the product 9 partially is avoided. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the front splint may be provided in an arc-shaped structure; the alignment plate 24 may be omitted and may be guided so that the sheet is naturally centered when it falls over the support platform 21.

In use, the product 9 to be packaged enters the packaging machine from the feeding hole 25, the rotating shaft 26 is driven to rotate by the first rotary driving device 27, and the product 9 to be packaged is conveyed to the initial station of the product conveying mechanism 3. The product conveying mechanism 3 is also provided with a moving component 28 for driving the product 9 to be packaged to face a direction close to the paperboard, and the moving component 28 is driven by a driving belt to reciprocate and linearly move on the rack 1; the moving assembly 28 is provided with a hooking piece 29 for hooking and pulling the product 9 to be packaged and a clamping piece 31 for clamping the product 9 to be packaged, the hooking piece 29 firstly conveys the product 9 to be packaged at the initial station to the feeding platform, then returns to the initial station along with the moving assembly 28, and clamps the previous group of products 9 to be packaged while conveying the next group of products 9 to be packaged, and approaches towards the paperboard along with the moving assembly 28; the hook pulling piece 29 is provided with a hook plate 30 capable of swinging, the hook plate 30 is connected with a first power piece, and the hook plate 30 is driven to swing through the first power piece, so that the hook plate 30 is prevented from colliding with a product 9 to be packaged when the hook pulling piece returns to an initial station; the clamping piece 31 is connected with a second power piece, and the clamping piece 31 is driven by the second power piece to clamp the product 9 to be packaged. When the folding device is used, the conveying rotating wheel 8 conveys a paperboard to be packaged from a feeding station to a flanging station, the first swing arm 35 is driven by the driving device to swing from an initial station to the flanging station, the first bending piece 36 with a right-angle opening is attached to a corner of a product 9 to be packaged, the upper edge of the right-angle opening is in contact with and pressed against the upper side edge of the product 9 to be packaged, and the folding of the first side edge by the first folding assembly 33 is completed; the second swing arm 37 is driven by a second driving belt to swing from the bonding station to the edge folding station, the second bending piece 38 is in contact with a second side edge of the product 9 to be packaged, and the second folding component 34 finishes folding the second side edge; the first folding component 33 resets, the second folding component 34 swings from the edge folding station to the bonding station along with the rotation of the conveying rotating wheel 8, the product 9 to be packaged slides from one end of the arc-shaped second bending component 38 to the other end of the arc-shaped second bending component, the product continuously presses against the second side edge, and the side edge of the product 9 to be packaged is bent. Specifically, the second transmission belt may be a belt, a timing belt, a hinge, or the like. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the belt may also be another rotation driving device installed at the rotation connection of the second swing arm 37, such as: a wheel chain rotation drive or a worm and gear type rotary drive device, etc.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, a third belt is connected to a central shaft 39 of the conveying wheel 8, the conveying wheel 8 is driven to intermittently rotate by the third belt, a plurality of sets of gripping members 40 are uniformly arranged on the central shaft 39 in the circumferential direction, the gripping members 40 have a fixed portion 41 and a sliding portion 42, the sliding portion 42 is connected to a driving device, and the driving device drives the sliding portion 42 to move toward the fixed portion 41, so that the tape-packaged product 9 is gripped; when the product 9 to be packaged is sent to the clamping assembly 40 at the feeding station, the side edge of the product 9 to be packaged protrudes outside the clamping assembly 40, so that the side edge of the product 9 to be packaged can be conveniently folded and packaged at a subsequent station. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, instead of the delivery wheel 8, other linear delivery means 65 can be used which operate on the side of the product 9 to be packaged.

As shown in fig. 13, in the packaging machine provided in the present embodiment, the side edge sealing mechanism 5 includes: a cross beam 43 transversely arranged along the side direction of the paperboard; a first mounting seat 44 slidably connected to the cross beam 43; a first tape mounting post 46 attached to the first mounting base 44, the first tape mounting post 46 adapted to mount a roll of tape thereon; a first rotating wheel 45 connected with the first mounting seat 44 and positioned at one side of the adhesive tape mounting column close to the corner of the product 9 to be packaged, and the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape mounting column is pulled out by the first rotating wheel 45 and is adhered to one side of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged; a first cutting knife 47 movably connected with the first mounting seat 44, wherein the first cutting knife 47 is provided with a knife head for cutting off the pulled adhesive tape; a compacting roller 48 connected to the first mounting seat 44 and located behind the first rotating wheel 45, the compacting roller 48 being a flexible wheel, the compacting surface of the compacting roller 48 being opposite to the corner of the product 9 to be packaged; when the compacting surfaces of the compacting rollers 48 are in contact with the corners of the product 9 to be encapsulated, they are in contact with the two side edges of the corners of the product 9 to be encapsulated, respectively.
When the adhesive tape packaging machine is used, an adhesive tape roll is fixed on the first adhesive tape mounting column 46, the adhesive tape is pulled out through the first rotating wheel 45, when a product 9 to be packaged moves to an adhesive packaging station, the first mounting seat 44 moves downwards under the driving of the upper and lower driving devices, the side edge of the product 9 to be packaged is in contact with the first rotating wheel 45, the adhesive tape is adhered to one side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged, the compaction surface of the compaction roller 48 behind the first rotating wheel 45 contacts with the corner of the product 9 to be packaged, the compaction surface is in contact with two side edges of the corner of the product 9 to be corner-sealed, the adhesive tape continuously pulls out along with the forward sliding of the first mounting seat 44 on the cross beam 43 parallel to the corner to be packaged, the compaction roller 48 behind compacts the adhesive tape, and when the adhesive tape moves to the foremost end of the product 9 to be packaged, the cutter head on the first cutting knife 47 cuts the adhesive tape, and corner-sealed resets. The corners of the product 9 to be packaged are taped continuously and the tape is levelly compacted without wrinkles.
It should be noted that a second rotating wheel 49 is further disposed between the first rotating wheel 45 and the first tape mounting column 46, and the second rotating wheel 49 is a metal wheel contacted by the adhesive surface of the tape, so as to guide the tape to be pulled out and prevent the adhesive on the tape from adhering to the second rotating wheel 49. The first rotating wheel 45 is provided with an elastic buckling piece 53, the adhesive tape passes through a gap between the elastic buckling piece 53 and the first rotating wheel 45, the friction force between the adhesive tape and the first rotating wheel 45 is increased by the elastic force, and when the adhesive tape is cut off, the adhesive tape can be prevented from retracting or being stuck to other positions. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the elastic pressing member 53 is not provided, and another pressing structure for preventing the adhesive tape from retracting after being cut may be provided below the first rotating wheel 45.
As shown in fig. 14, the first tape mounting post 46 and the first rotating wheel 45 are connected to a first fixing plate 50, and the first fixing plate 50 can be driven by a moving device to move up and down, so that the first rotating wheel 45 contacts with one side edge of the product 9 to be packaged. The first cutting knife 47 is rotatably connected to the back of the first fixing plate 50, the first cutting knife cuts off the adhesive tape adhered to the side edge of the product 9 to be packaged through rotation, an elastic part is connected to the first cutting knife 47, and the elastic part is used for driving the first cutting knife 47 to deflect towards one side far away from the adhesive tape; specifically, a torsion spring is connected to the rotating shaft 26 of the first cutting blade 47, and the torsion spring is used for driving the first cutting blade 47 to rotate. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the torsion spring may be replaced with other elastic means, such as a tension spring connected to one side of the first cutting blade 47.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the first fixing plate 50 is connected to the second fixing plate 51 in a vertically movable manner, the second fixing plate 51 is connected to a first support post 52, and when the first fixing plate 50 and the second fixing plate 51 move relatively, the first support post 52 is engaged with the first cutting blade 47, and the first support post 52 drives the first cutting blade 47 to deflect toward the other side capable of cutting the adhesive tape against the elastic force of the elastic member by the relative movement of the first support post 52 and the first cutting blade 47. Specifically, when the first fixing plate 50 is driven by the moving device to move downward, the first cutting blade 47 is driven by the first fixing plate 50 to move downward, and meanwhile, the first cutting blade 47 is driven by the elastic member to rotate upward, so that the upper edge of the first cutting blade 47 always abuts against the first support 52. When the first fixing plate 50 is driven by the moving device to move upwards, the first cutting knife 47 is driven by the first fixing plate 50 to move upwards, and at this time, due to the blocking of the first supporting column 52, the first cutting knife 47 deflects downwards against the elastic force of the elastic member, so that the knife edge of the first cutting knife 47 presses the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape is cut off.
As shown in fig. 15, the compacting roller 48 is mounted on a second fixing plate 51, a forward-backward moving device is mounted on the second fixing plate 51, a driving end of the forward-backward moving device is connected with a connecting plate 55, a lower half portion of the connecting plate 55 has an inclined surface inclined toward the first mounting seat 44, an up-down moving device is mounted on the inclined surface, and a driving end of the up-down moving device is connected with the compacting roller 48; the up-and-down moving device is used for driving the compaction roller 48 to move back and forth along the direction parallel to the bisector of the angle of the product 9 to be packaged, so that the compaction surface of the compaction roller 48 is in contact with the angle of the product 9 to be subjected to angle forming. By means of which the distance between the compacting roller 48 and the presser 54 is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 15, the present embodiment provides the packaging machine in which the compacting roller 48 is previously provided with the presser 54, and the presser 54 can be driven by the up-and-down moving means to move up and down so as to be close to or away from the tape-packaged product 9. The prepressing piece 54 comprises a prepressing roller and a support frame 32, the prepressing roller is embedded in the support frame 32, the prepressing roller is provided with a rolling surface which is contacted with one side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged, the rolling surface forms the prepressing surface, and the prepressing roller is also provided with a flange which is protruded towards the other side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged; when the adhesive tape pre-pressing device is used, the rolling surface of the pre-pressing roller pre-presses the adhesive tape adhered to the upper side edge of the product 9, and the protruding flange on the pre-pressing roller supports against the part, which is not adhered, of the adhesive tape to prevent the adhesive tape from being warped. The support frame 32 has a lower surface for contacting one side edge of a corner of the product 9 to be packaged, the lower surface forming the pre-pressing surface, and the support frame 32 further has an extension plate protruding towards the other side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged, the extension plate forming the extension surface towards one side of the product 9 to be packaged. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the pre-pressing surface and the extending surface may be only provided on one set of the supporting frame 32 or the pre-pressing roller, or may be provided on one of the supporting frame 32 and the pre-pressing roller.
As shown in fig. 15, in the packing machine provided in this embodiment, the compacting roller 48 is mounted on a second fixing plate 51, a back-and-forth moving device is mounted on the second fixing plate 51, a driving end of the back-and-forth moving device is connected to a connecting plate 55, a lower half portion of the connecting plate 55 has an inclined surface inclined toward the first mounting seat 44, an up-and-down moving device is mounted on the inclined surface, and a driving end of the up-and-down moving device is connected to the compacting roller 48; the up-and-down moving device is used for driving the compaction roller 48 to move back and forth along the direction parallel to the bisector of the angle of the product 9 to be packaged, so that the compaction surface of the compaction roller 48 is in contact with the angle of the product 9 to be subjected to angle forming. By means of which the distance between the compacting roller 48 and the presser 54 is adjusted. Specifically, the up-down moving means and the forward-backward moving means may be electrically driven or air cylinder driven, or the like. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the up-down moving device and the back-and-forth moving device may be other linear driving devices such as an electric push rod or a pneumatic push rod.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the packaging machine according to this embodiment further includes: the first edge pressing device 56 is connected to the first mounting seat 44, and the first edge pressing device 56 is driven by the first driving device 16 to press against one side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged; and a second edge pressing device 57 connected to the cross beam 43, the second edge pressing device 57 being driven by the second driving device 17 to press against the other side of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged.
In use, as shown in fig. 13, the first edge pressing device 56 is rotatably connected to the second fixing plate 51 through a rotating plate, one end of the rotating plate is provided with an edge pressing wheel, and the rotating plate is further connected with an elastic member having an elastic force for driving the rotating plate to deflect in a direction away from the product 9 to be packaged. A second support 58 engaged with the rotating plate is attached to the first mounting seat 44, and the second support 58 is engaged with the rotating plate in a relatively movable manner by relatively moving the second fixed plate 51 and the first mounting seat 44. Specifically, a driving device is provided between second fixed plate 51 and first mounting seat 44, and second fixed plate 51 is moved up and down with respect to first mounting seat 44 by the driving of the driving device. When the second fixing plate 51 moves upwards, the rotating plate is driven by the elastic member to deflect upwards, so that the edge pressing wheel is separated from the product 9 to be packaged, and edge pressing is performed on the next product 9 to be packaged; when the second fixing plate 51 moves downwards, the rotating plate moves downwards along with the second fixing plate 51, and the second supporting column 58 does not move on the first mounting seat 44, at this time, the rotating plate is driven by the second supporting column 58 to deflect downwards against the elastic force of the elastic piece, so that the edge pressing wheel is contacted with the outer side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged.
As shown in fig. 16, in the packaging machine provided in the present embodiment, the second edge pressing device 57 is connected to the cross beam 43, and the second edge pressing device 57 is driven by a driving device to press against the other side edge of the corner of the product 9 to be packaged. In use, the product 9 is prevented from being scattered during taping. Specifically, the second edge pressing device 57 includes: the blank holder is arranged on a blank holder bracket, two ends of the blank holder bracket are respectively arranged on the cross beam 43 through vertical sliding tables, and a driving device is arranged between the blank holder bracket and the cross beam 43; the pressing plate is driven by the driving device to downwardly press the upper side edge of the product 9 to be packaged.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, in the packing machine according to the present embodiment, the end-folding mechanism 6 includes: a base 78; a conveyor 65 mounted on the base 78; the second mounting seat 59 is fixedly mounted on the base 78, the second mounting seat 59 has a first station and a second station which are sequentially arranged along the conveying device 65, and the second mounting seat 59 is connected with a first folding piece 60, a second folding piece 61, a third folding piece 62, a pressing piece 64 and a fourth folding piece 63; the first tab member 60, the second tab member 61 and the third tab member 62 are located at a first station, and the pressing member 64 and the fourth tab member 63 are located at a second station; the first tab piece 60 is used for folding a first tab part of the product 9 to be packaged, the second tab piece 61 is used for folding a second tab part of the product 9 to be folded, and the third tab piece 62 is used for folding the upper side edge of the product 9 to be packaged; the pressing part 64 is used for pressing the upper side edge of the product 9 to be packaged, and the fourth folding part 63 is used for folding the lower side edge of the product 9 to be packaged.
When in use, the first tab member 60 has a bending portion extending outward toward the incoming material direction of the product 9 to be packaged, and the bending portion contacts with and folds the first tab portion of the end portion of the product 9 to be packaged. In order to avoid more convenient movement and folding, the product 9 to be packaged has a certain distance with the end edge folding structure, and when the folding type packaging machine is used, after the upper side edge of the product 9 to be packaged is folded, the pressing piece 64 is moved towards the end part of the product 9 to be packaged, so that the upper side edge of the product 9 to be packaged is pressed tightly. The second flanging element is connected with a second horizontal driving device, the second horizontal driving device drives the second flanging element to move in the transverse direction, and when the second flanging element is used, after the lower side of the product 9 to be flanged is folded, the second flanging element is moved towards the end part of the product 9 to be flanged, so that the lower side of the product 9 to be packaged is compressed. So that the end folding of the paper box is realized through mechanization. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the first tab member 60 may also be a rotatable tab member disposed on the second mounting seat 59 at a position corresponding to the first tab portion of the product 9 to be packaged.
As shown in fig. 19, the packaging machine according to the present embodiment provides a step-type conveying device 65 having two sets arranged in bilateral symmetry. Each group of the conveying devices 65 is provided with two groups of conveying frames 66 which do reciprocating linear motion in the front-back direction, and the two groups of conveying frames 66 are connected in an adjustable interval manner through connecting rods, so that the front-back distance can be adjusted according to practical application while the two groups of conveying frames 66 are kept synchronous; the conveying frame 66 is driven by a driving belt to push the product 9 to be flanged to move from the initial position, the product passes through the first station and the second station of the end part flanging structure in sequence, and then the conveying frame 66 returns to the initial position and conveys the next product 9 to be packaged; in order to avoid that the flap 76 on the carriage 66 collides with the next product 9 to be encapsulated when returning, a carriage 69 is connected to the carriage 66, said carriage 69 being connected to an upper and lower drive by means of which the carriage 69 is driven to move up and down, said carriage 69 being intended to be in direct contact with the product 9 to be encapsulated. Specifically, the up-down driving device may be an electric driving device or a pneumatic driving device. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the conveying device 65 may adopt other modes that can realize horizontal linear conveying, such as a belt conveying device 65. It is also possible to provide only one carriage 66 per group of said conveying devices 65, so as to convey the products 9 to be packaged one by one.
