本发明公开了一种钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法,属于管道焊接领域,钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法包括如下步骤:S1、使用热熔焊机对管材进行热熔对焊;S2、将进行热熔对焊的管材在电熔套筒内进行焊接。本发明公开的钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法,在电熔套筒焊接的基础上,增加管材热熔对焊工序,增强连接的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道焊接领域,尤其涉及一种钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法。
背景技术
如图1所示,在电熔焊套内进行焊接时,钢骨架塑料复合管材在超高压力等级情况下,如果连接电熔套焊接工艺没有控制好,电熔丝的铜线暴露在连接管端面的时候,介质偶尔会沿着电熔丝出现渗漏。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法,在电熔套筒焊接的基础上,增加管材热熔对焊工序,增强连接的可靠性。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供的一种钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、使用热熔焊机对管材进行热熔对焊;
S2、将进行热熔对焊的管材在电熔套筒内进行焊接。
优选地,步骤S2中,管材在电熔套筒内焊接时,电熔套筒的两端与管材外圈表面之间通过热熔焊枪进行热熔封塑,以提高焊接面的密封性。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过以上三道工序,提升了钢骨架塑料复合管电熔套焊接质量,杜绝了在高压力下管材焊接时因电熔铜丝暴露在介质下发生轻微渗漏的现象;
2、通过电熔焊套采用电焊接的方式,管道在电熔焊套内进行焊接,避免了外部的温度环境与杂质对焊接质量的影响;
3、焊接时对焊接装置进行密封,保证焊接质量。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图2所示,本实施例中提供的一种钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、使用热熔焊机对管材进行热熔对焊;
S2、将进行热熔对焊的管材在电熔套筒内进行焊接;
通过在原有焊接工序的基础上增加对焊工序,提升了钢骨架塑料复合管电熔套焊接质量,杜绝了在高压力下管材焊接时因电熔铜丝暴露在介质下发生轻微渗漏的现象。
为了保证焊接时的密封性,进一步地,步骤S2中,管材在电熔套筒内焊接时,电熔套筒的两端与管材外圈表面之间通过热熔焊枪进行热熔封塑。

S1、使用热熔焊机对管材进行热熔对焊;
S2、将进行热熔对焊的管材在电熔套筒内进行焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢骨架塑料复合管对焊连接及施工方法,其特征在于:
步骤S2中,管材在电熔套筒内焊接时,电熔套筒的两端与管材外圈表面之间通过热熔焊枪进行热熔封塑,以提高焊接面的密封性。
