试验例
选择20位男性与20位女性,年龄在20-40岁,将40位受试者随机分成4组,分别为试验组1、试验组2与试验组3以及对照组1,试验组1-3对应注射本发明实施例1、实施例2与实施例3的护肤品,其注射位置为面颊以及额头皮肤,注射量为每一平方厘米皮肤给药0.1mL,每天一次,对照组1采用市售产品,由广州爱肤宜生物科技有限公司生产的爱肤宜水光针涂抹式,每天一次,其具体结果如下。

在同一条件下,使用皮肤水分检测仪测试受试者两侧面颊以及额头的皮肤含水量,然后计算平均值,试验结果如下表1所示:

比较治疗前后皮肤的颜色深浅。皮肤颜色深浅测定采用测色仪器(美能达CR-400色差计),分别在每位受试者的前额,左颊、右颊各选取一点测量,取三点测量的明度的平均值,要求测量点无毛发、黑斑、痣等影响测量结果的因素。
与注射前(涂抹前)的明度相比,分别计算出注射(涂抹)1周后的肤色明度变化值和注射1个月后的肤色明度变化值,如下表2所示:

本发明产品在祛除皱纹的效果优于市售产品,使用本发明产品其皱纹减少率大于市售产品皱纹减少率,使受试者皮肤更具有光泽,说明本发明产品对于皱纹的祛除具有显著的效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种美白嫩肤祛皱护肤品,其特征在于,其原料包括玻尿酸1-3mL、谷胱甘肽5-8mL、肉毒素20-50U、血清0.1-0.3mL、外泌体生物细胞悬液0.02-0.05mL、氨甲环酸4-6mL与生理盐水8-10mL。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种美白嫩肤祛皱护肤品,其特征在于,其原料包括玻尿酸2mL、谷胱甘肽6mL、肉毒素34U、血清0.2mL、外泌体生物细胞悬液0.03mL、氨甲环酸5mL与生理盐水9mL。
3.一种美白嫩肤祛皱护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将原料玻尿酸1-3mL、谷胱甘肽5-8mL、肉毒素20-50U、血清0.1-0.3mL、外泌体生物细胞悬液0.02-0.05mL、氨甲环酸4-6mL与生理盐水8-10mL混合,即得本发明产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种美白嫩肤祛皱护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,各原料在无菌条件下混合,混合温度控制在20-24℃,混合后进行无菌保存。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种美白嫩肤祛皱护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述血清通过抽取目标人体的血液,将血液进行离心分离而提取得到的。
