determining a temperature interval to which the environment temperature belongs according to the environment temperature and a preset environment temperature;
and taking the preset parameters corresponding to the temperature interval as the heating working parameters.
3. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein before determining the heating operation parameter of the cooking appliance according to the ambient temperature, the method further comprises:
acquiring a cooking mode of the cooking appliance;
and determining the corresponding relation between the temperature interval and the preset parameters according to the cooking mode.

the cooking mode includes: heating mode, turning over mode, thawing mode and fermentation mode.
5. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring the variety information of the food material;
and determining the corresponding relation between the temperature interval and the preset parameters according to the type information.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs according to the ambient temperature and a preset ambient temperature specifically comprises:
comparing the magnitude relation between the environment temperature and the preset environment temperature;
determining that the environment temperature is in a first temperature interval based on the environment temperature being greater than or equal to a first preset environment temperature;
determining that the environment temperature is in a second temperature interval based on the environment temperature being less than the first preset environment temperature and greater than a second preset environment temperature;
determining that the ambient temperature is in a third temperature interval based on the ambient temperature being less than or equal to the second preset ambient temperature;
the first preset environment temperature is greater than the second preset environment temperature, and the first temperature interval, the second temperature interval and the third temperature interval correspond to different preset parameters.
7. The control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
acquiring temperature data of the food material;
and controlling the cooking appliance to stop heating based on the temperature data being greater than or equal to the heating temperature in the heating working parameters.

the output mode comprises at least one of the following modes: image, voice, text, video.

10. The method of controlling the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cooking appliance is capable of information interaction with a server; the acquiring of the ambient temperature of the location of the cooking appliance specifically includes:
sending query information of the environment temperature;
and determining the ambient temperature according to the weather information of the location of the cooking appliance fed back by the server.
11. A cooking appliance, comprising: a memory storing a computer program and a processor executing the computer program to perform the method of controlling the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, further comprising:
an infrared sensor coupled to the processor, the infrared sensor configured to collect temperature data of food material within the cooking appliance; and/or
