a controller electrically connected to the multipoint temperature sensor and the heater respectively, for receiving a plurality of temperature values monitored by the multipoint temperature sensor and controlling the heater to heat the food in the accommodating cavity, wherein the controller comprises a memory and a control device, the memory stores instructions, and the control device implements the control method of the oven according to any one of claims 1 to 10 when executing the instructions.
12. An oven as claimed in claim 11, wherein said control means comprises:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain a cooking mode of food in the oven and a preset temperature value corresponding to the cooking mode,
the temperature control device is used for acquiring a plurality of temperature values monitored by a multipoint temperature sensor inserted into food in the oven;
the determining module is used for determining a central temperature value of food in the oven according to the temperature values and determining the working mode of the oven according to a comparison result of the central temperature value and the preset temperature value;
and the comparison module is used for comparing the central temperature value with a preset temperature value.
