Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided an oven temperature control method, which is described by taking a control unit of an oven as an example, and comprises the following steps:
step 102, acquiring an oven starting signal, heating the cavity of the oven to be controlled to a preset baking temperature according to the oven starting signal, and starting timing.
The oven start signal refers to a signal for turning on an oven to be controlled, specifically, a control button for turning on and turning off the oven is included on an oven control panel of the oven to be controlled, and when a user presses the button for turning on the oven, it can be considered that a baking operation has started, and at this time, the oven to be controlled generates a corresponding oven start signal. In addition, for the oven controlled automatically, the oven starting signal can also be a starting instruction of an industrial personal computer of the oven. The control unit of the oven can receive the oven starting signal, and then can start the baking control process according to the oven starting signal. The control unit of the oven is specifically used for controlling the working process of the whole oven, including starting baking, stopping baking, controlling the baking temperature, adjusting the target temperature of the cavity and the like. The control unit of the oven can control the heating tube used for heating the cavity of the oven inside the oven to be controlled, namely, the heating power of the cavity of the oven can be adjusted by controlling the on-off of the heating tube. In addition, the control unit of the oven also comprises a timing related component, in the baking process of the oven to be controlled, if the interval of the baking tasks is long, if the temperature of the oven cavity is always maintained at a high baking temperature, the energy consumption is overlarge, in order to solve the problem of energy consumption, the interval timing can be started through the timing component, if a new baking task is received within the interval timing time, the interval timing can be reset, if the new baking task is not received, a corresponding signal is directly sent to the oven control module, and the oven temperature is further controlled by the oven control module.
Specifically, when the oven starts, the control unit of the oven can directly control the cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled at the preset baking temperature of the baked food, the preset baking temperature can be determined according to the type of the food to be baked and the technological characteristics of the baking process, and different preset baking temperatures are set for different foods to be baked. In one embodiment, the control unit of the oven is connected with a control key panel on the oven to be controlled, a user can input corresponding numbers through the control key panel, and then the setting of the preset baking temperature is completed through the control unit of the oven. In another embodiment, the control unit of the oven is connected with the management system, and the user configures parameters such as the preset baking temperature, the preset preparation temperature and the preset preparation temperature by logging in the background page. After receiving the oven start signal, the control unit of the oven can control the cavity of the oven to be controlled to be heated to a preset baking temperature, and the baking temperature is maintained in the baking process. In one embodiment, the oven to be controlled generates heat through the heating tube to bake, and the control unit of the oven can control the on-off of the heating tube, so as to control the temperature of the oven. At the same time, when the temperature control is started to perform the baking operation, the timing module in the control unit of the oven can also start timing the baking process at the same time.
And 104, resetting the timing time when the baking task is received within the preset first timing time, and reducing the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to the preset preparation temperature when the baking task is not received within the preset first timing time.
The preset first timing time is a reference data for maintaining the baking process of the oven, and in one embodiment, the preset first timing time may be specifically determined according to the baking time required for the food to be baked, and the preset first timing time is slightly longer than the baking time required for the food to be baked. In another embodiment, the user can set the preset first timing time according to the average order receiving frequency of the current food to be roasted. For the baked food with higher order-receiving frequency, the more corresponding baking tasks are, the shorter the corresponding preset first timing time is. The specific value of the preset first timing can be configured according to actual needs.
Specifically, when the control unit of the oven receives the toasting task, it may be regarded as starting a toasting process, and at this time, the control unit of the oven may directly restart a toasting interval timer. In the stage of controlling the temperature of the oven at the preset baking temperature, the input power and the heat loss power (mainly loss is heat convection loss and heat radiation loss) of the power supply of the oven to be controlled are basically kept equal, and the oven to be controlled has the maximum energy consumption and the highest efficiency (can bake food at any time without preheating). When the baking task is not received within the preset first timing time, the current food order receiving amount to be baked is judged to be small, at the moment, the control unit of the oven can perform down-regulation treatment on the target temperature of the cavity of the oven to be controlled, and the temperature of the oven is kept at a lower preset preparation temperature, so that the energy consumption of the oven is reduced. In one embodiment, when the target temperature of the cavity is adjusted downward, the control unit of the oven automatically switches according to preset parameters, and controls the on/off of the heating tube or the heating power to achieve the target temperature, for example, when the actual temperature of the cavity is higher than the target temperature, the heating tube is controlled to be closed, the cavity is naturally cooled, and when the actual temperature of the cavity is lower than the target temperature, the heating tube is controlled to be opened, the cavity is heated to the target temperature with lower power and maintained at the target temperature, and the like. In the stage of maintaining the cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled at the preset preparation temperature, because the heating tube of the oven is closed or the power does not reach the full power, the temperature of the cavity in the oven is lower than that in the baking stage, and the energy consumption in the stage is lower than that in the baking stage according to a heat convection rate equation and a heat radiation equation. The cavity temperature needs to be heated to a preset baking temperature value from a preset preparation temperature so as to bake, but the temperature difference between the cavity temperature and the preset baking temperature value is small, and after food to be baked is detected from an oven inlet, the baking stage can be quickly started. Thereby ensuring the baking efficiency of the oven under the condition of reducing energy consumption.
And 106, when the baking task is received within the preset second timing time, increasing the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to the preset baking temperature, resetting the timing time, and when the baking task is not received within the preset second timing time, decreasing the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to the preset heat preservation temperature.
In one embodiment, the preset insulation temperature is lower than the preset preparation temperature, when the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is adjusted to the preset preparation temperature for a period of time, that is, when the oven still does not receive the baking task within the preset second timing time, the temperature of the oven cavity can be further reduced to the preset insulation temperature, so as to further reduce energy consumption, and if a new baking task is received at this stage, the oven to be controlled can be directly controlled to increase the heating power, so that the temperature of the oven cavity enters the preset baking temperature, the baking task is executed, and timing is restarted. Further, more gradients can be provided to ensure a balance between energy consumption and efficiency of the baking process.
According to the oven temperature control method, the oven starting signal is obtained, the cavity of the oven to be controlled is heated to the preset baking temperature according to the oven starting signal, and timing is started; resetting the timing time when the baking task is received within the preset first timing time, and reducing the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to the preset preparation temperature when the baking task is not received within the preset first timing time; when the baking task is received within the preset second timing time, the cavity target temperature of the oven to be controlled is adjusted to be the preset baking temperature, the timing time is reset, and when the baking task is not received within the preset second timing time, the cavity target temperature of the oven to be controlled is adjusted to be the preset heat preservation temperature. According to the method and the device, the cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is controlled according to whether the baking task is received within the preset time, and the timing time is directly reset when the baking task is received, so that the temperature of the cavity of the oven is maintained. When a baking task is not received, the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is reduced to a preset preparation temperature or a preset heat preservation temperature, instead of directly closing the oven, so that when baking is carried out again, heating can be carried out on the basis of the preset preparation temperature or the preset heat preservation temperature, the baking preparation time is shortened, and the baking efficiency is improved; and simultaneously, the energy consumption is reduced.
In one embodiment, after step 106, the method further includes:
and when a baking task is received within the preset third timing time, the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is adjusted up and maintained to the preset baking temperature, the timing time is reset, and when the baking task is not received, the oven to be controlled is closed.
Specifically, if the baking task is received within the third timing time, the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled may be first adjusted up and maintained to the preset baking temperature, and then the baking task is started, and the timing time may be reset after the target cavity temperature is adjusted up to the preset baking temperature. If the baking task is not received within the third timing time, the temperature of the cavity of the oven to be controlled can be reduced to normal temperature, namely, the heating tube in the oven is completely closed. In addition, after the user finishes baking the food to be baked, an oven closing signal can be sent through a corresponding button on the oven to be controlled or an industrial personal computer sends an instruction to close all baking processes. By setting the third timing time, the oven can be conveniently closed, the energy utilization rate of the oven is improved, and the resource waste is avoided.
In one embodiment, the preset third timing time is greater than the preset second timing time, and the preset second timing time is greater than the preset first timing time.
Specifically, the preset third timing time is greater than the preset second timing time, and the preset second timing time is greater than the preset first timing time. In the control process of the oven cavity temperature, the oven cavity temperature is maintained at the highest preset baking temperature within the complete preset first timing time, the energy consumption is also the highest at the moment, when the preset first timing time is up, the oven cavity temperature is reduced to the preset preparation temperature, the temperature is reduced at the moment, the energy consumption is correspondingly reduced, if the preset second timing time is up, the baking task is not received, the oven cavity temperature can be further reduced to the preset preparation temperature at the moment, and the energy consumption is further reduced. In addition, the cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is maintained at the preset preparation temperature for a longer time than the preset baking temperature in the temperature control process, and is maintained at the preset heat preservation temperature for a longer time than the preset baking temperature, and the energy consumption and the baking efficiency of the oven can be effectively balanced by maintaining the longer temperature control time in the range with relatively lower energy consumption.
In one embodiment, step 104 includes:
and when the baking task issued by the equipment scheduling center is not received within the preset first timing time, the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is reduced to the preset preparation temperature.
The remote control system specifically comprises an equipment scheduling center, wherein the equipment scheduling center is a scheduling center used for controlling an oven to be controlled to work, the equipment scheduling center is specifically used for baking management of a large batch of ovens to be controlled, when food to be baked needs to be baked through the ovens to be controlled is required to be baked, workers can place the food to be baked into a cavity of the ovens to be controlled, then baking tasks are issued to a control unit of the ovens in the ovens to be controlled through the equipment scheduling center, timing is restarted when the control unit of the ovens receives the baking tasks issued by the equipment scheduling center, the ovens to be controlled are controlled to maintain the existing preset baking temperature, and when the baking tasks issued by the equipment scheduling center are not received within the preset first timing time, the target temperature of the cavity of the ovens to be controlled can be reduced to the preset preparation temperature. In the embodiment, the baking task is remotely issued to the control unit of the oven to control the operation of the oven, so that the temperature control effectiveness of the oven is improved.
In one embodiment, step 104 includes:
and when the baking task triggered by the local sensor is received within the preset first timing time, timing is restarted, and when the baking task issued by the detection sensor at the entrance of the oven to be controlled is not received within the preset first timing time, the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled is reduced to the preset preparation temperature.
The sensing triggering specifically refers to sensing triggering through a detection sensor arranged at an oven inlet of an oven to be controlled. The detection sensor is particularly used for detecting articles at the entrance of the oven. When food to be baked needs to be baked through the oven to be controlled, a worker can place the food to be baked into the oven inlet of the oven to be controlled and then the detection sensor can issue a baking task to the control unit of the oven in the oven to be controlled according to the detected food to be baked, when the control unit of the oven receives the baking task issued by the detection sensor, timing is restarted, the oven to be controlled is controlled to maintain the existing preset baking temperature, and when the baking task triggered by the sensing sensor is not received within the preset first timing time, the cavity target temperature of the oven to be controlled can be adjusted to the preset preparation temperature. In this embodiment, a detection sensor is used to issue a baking task to a control unit of the oven, so as to control the operation of the oven and improve the effectiveness of the temperature control of the oven.
In one embodiment, the oven temperature control method further comprises: receiving a cavity temperature signal of an oven to be controlled, as shown in fig. 2, step 102 specifically includes:
step 201, acquiring an oven starting signal, and heating a cavity of an oven to be controlled according to the oven starting signal.
And step 203, acquiring the real-time temperature of the oven according to the cavity temperature signal.
Step 205, obtaining a temperature deviation value between the real-time temperature of the oven and the preset baking temperature.
And step 207, performing PID control calculation according to the temperature deviation value to generate a temperature adjusting signal.
And 209, adjusting the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled up and maintaining the target cavity temperature to a preset baking temperature through the temperature adjusting signal.
Among them, the PID control calculation is PID control by a PID controller, and a PID controller (also called PID controller) which controls according to the proportion (P), the integral (I) and the derivative (D) of the deviation in the process control is one of the most widely used automatic controllers. The method has the advantages of simple principle, easy realization, wide application range, mutually independent control parameters, simpler parameter selection and the like; it can also be shown in theory that a PID controller is an optimal control for the typical objects of process control-the "first order lag + pure lag" and the "second order lag + pure lag" objects of control. The PID regulation rule is an effective method for correcting the dynamic quality of the continuous system, and the parameter setting mode is simple and convenient, and the structure is flexible to change. Specifically, the control unit of the oven can compare with the oven temperature detection device, obtain a temperature deviation value between the detected temperature and the preset baking temperature, and then control the temperature of the oven cavity through PID control calculation according to the temperature deviation value, so that the temperature of the oven cavity can be maintained at the preset baking temperature or the preset preparation temperature. The temperature of the cavity of the oven to be controlled can be more effectively maintained through PID control, and the working efficiency of the oven to be controlled is improved.
In one embodiment, step 303 specifically includes: carrying out window filtering processing on the cavity temperature signal to obtain a temperature filtering signal; and carrying out mean value analysis processing on the temperature filtering signal to obtain the real-time temperature of the oven.
The oven temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the oven cavity. Specifically, the oven temperature detecting device may include a thermocouple, which is a commonly used temperature measuring element in a temperature measuring instrument, and directly measures the temperature, converts a temperature signal into a thermal electromotive force signal, and converts the thermal electromotive force signal into the temperature of the medium to be measured through an electrical instrument (secondary instrument). The appearance of various thermocouples is very different according to needs, but the basic structures of the thermocouples are almost the same, and the thermocouples are generally composed of main parts such as a thermode, an insulating sleeve protection tube, a junction box and the like, and are generally matched with a display instrument, a recording instrument and an electronic regulator for use. In addition, window filtering processing can be carried out on the temperature data obtained by the oven temperature detection device, and then mean value analysis is carried out on the temperature data after window filtering, so that stable cavity temperature data of the oven to be controlled can be obtained.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 1-2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1-2 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided an oven control system comprising: an oven heating module 302, a first control module 304, and a second control module 306, wherein:
the oven heating module 302 is configured to obtain an oven starting signal, heat the cavity of the oven to be controlled to a preset baking temperature according to the oven starting signal, and start timing;
the first control module 304 is configured to reset the timing time when the baking task is received within a preset first timing time, and to lower the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to a preset preparation temperature when the baking task is not received within the preset first timing time;
the second control module 306 is configured to, when the baking task is received within the preset second timing time, increase the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to the preset baking temperature, reset the timing time, and when the baking task is not received within the preset second timing time, decrease the target cavity temperature of the oven to be controlled to the preset heat preservation temperature.
