A dust filtration and collection apparatus for a mine according to claim 1, wherein: the horizontal height of the water gate (4) is slightly lower than the bottom end of the water supply pipe (12), and the bottom end of the water supply pipe (12) is opposite to the middle position of the water gate (4).
10. A method of collecting the dust filtration and collection apparatus for mines according to claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:

step two: after charging and water supply are finished, a switch is turned on to start a motor (16), the dust removal vehicle (2) is driven away from a water sump (11), then two groups of water pumps (18) are started, the rotating pipe (25) is driven to rotate by impact of water flow, and the first atomizing valve (29) and the second atomizing valve (34) break up and atomize the water flow in turn through impact of gravity and the water flow;
step three: the atomized water flow drops dust in the air to the ground, and then the dust on the ground is cleaned and collected.
