The liquid storage tank 510 is installed on the upper surface of the vehicle body 100, the fire-fighting spray gun 520 is installed on the tail screw 220 through a slider in an articulated manner and can rotate in a vertical plane perpendicular to the tail screw 220, the liquid storage tank 510 is used for supplying fire-fighting water to the fire-fighting spray gun 520, and the fire-fighting spray gun 520 is used for extinguishing open fire in the area of the track A.
The control part is arranged on the vehicle body 100 and comprises a collecting unit 610, an early warning unit 620, a communication unit and a processing unit, wherein the processing unit comprises a processor and a memory, the memory is used for storing processing programs, and the processor is used for executing the processing programs.
The collection unit comprises a camera and a temperature sensor 614 which are arranged on the vehicle body 100, the camera comprises a first camera 611, a second camera 612 and a third camera 613, in the embodiment, the camera adopts an HD1080P high-definition camera, the lens original adopts a 5-layer glass lens, the pixels of the 5-layer glass lens reach 1920 x 1080dpi, and the two cameras are fixed through a rotating bracket.
In the present embodiment, the early warning unit 620 is an audible and visual alarm mounted on the upper surface of the vehicle body 100, and can perform early warning by sound and lighting at the same time, and the early warning sound intensity is 120 db.
The first camera 611 is installed at the front end of the vehicle body 100 for monitoring the lump garbage, and in this embodiment, the first camera 611 is installed on the mechanical arm 312.
The second camera 612 is mounted at the rear end of the vehicle body 100 for monitoring an open fire, and in the present embodiment, the second camera 612 is mounted on the upper surface of the rear end of the vehicle body 100.
The third camera 613 is mounted on the lower surface of the vehicle body 100 for monitoring the dust ratio of the surface of the rail a, and in the present embodiment, the third camera 613 is mounted on the lower surface of the side portion of the vehicle body 100.
The temperature sensor 614 is mounted on the fire lance 520.
The processing program comprises a traveling program, a first maintenance program, a second maintenance program, a pickup program, an early warning program, a parking program, a fire-fighting program, a reporting program and a re-maintenance program.
The working process of the processing program is as follows:
when the vehicle body 100 travels on the track A, the traveling program controls the vehicle body 100 to stay for a preset maintenance time after every preset traveling time, the preset maintenance time consists of a first maintenance time and a second maintenance time which are sequentially continuous, the first maintenance program controls the first driving motor to start and controls the track dust collector 351 to suck dust in the first maintenance time, and the second maintenance program controls the track oil sprayer 353 to spray the organic corrosion inhibitor in the second maintenance time.
Once the temperature sensor 614 senses that the temperature at a point in the area of the track a is greater than a predetermined temperature, the fire program controls the fire lance 520 to spray water to the point to cool, in this embodiment, the predetermined temperature is 45 ℃.
Once the first camera 611 monitors the massive garbage, the picking program controls the garbage picking assembly 310 to perform picking operation, once the second camera 612 monitors the open fire, the early warning program controls the early warning unit 620 to perform early warning, and simultaneously the fire protection program controls the fire-fighting spray gun 520 to perform fire extinguishing operation, the reporting program controls the communication unit to transmit an early warning signal outwards, and when the second maintenance program is completed and the third camera 613 monitors that the dust ratio on the surface of the track a exceeds a predetermined ratio, the re-maintenance program interrupts the traveling program and sequentially executes the first maintenance program and the second maintenance program.
Once the first camera 611 monitors the massive garbage and the length and the width of the massive garbage are both greater than the predetermined limit value, the parking program controls the vehicle body 100 to stop, the early warning program controls the early warning unit 620 to perform early warning, and the reporting program controls the communication unit to transmit an early warning signal outwards, where the predetermined limit value is 0.5 m in this embodiment.
The power unit 700 is provided on the vehicle body 100 to provide power required for the components of the rail maintenance vehicle 1000 having a fire fighting function, and includes a housing case 710, a booster pump (not shown), a traction motor (not shown), and a pantograph 720.
A receiving case 710 is installed on an upper surface of the vehicle body 100, a booster pump and a traction motor are installed in the receiving case 710, the fire fighting lance 520 is communicated with the liquid storage tank 510 through the booster pump, and a pantograph 720 is provided on an upper surface of the receiving case 710, the pantograph 720 being used for introducing electric power from the outside and being electrically connected with the traction motor.

the first drive motor is provided on the vehicle body,
the track dust collector is arranged on an output shaft of the first driving motor, the first driving motor is used for driving the track dust collector to rotate, the track dust collector is used for sucking dust on the surface of the track and is provided with a dust sweeping surface facing the surface of the track,
the track dust sweeping brush is arranged on the surface of the dust sweeping surface, and when the track dust collector rotates, the track dust sweeping brush rotates to sweep dust on the surface of the track,
the rail oil sprayer is arranged on the vehicle body and is positioned near the rail dust collector, the rail oil sprayer is used for spraying the organic corrosion inhibitor on the surface of the rail and is provided with an oil nozzle facing the rail,

the collection unit comprises a camera arranged on the vehicle body, the camera is used for monitoring the area where the track is located, once the camera monitors massive garbage, the pickup program controls the garbage pickup assembly to perform pickup operation, once the camera monitors open fire, the early warning program controls the early warning unit to perform early warning, the fire-fighting program controls the fire-fighting spray gun to perform fire extinguishing operation, the reporting program controls the communication unit to transmit early warning signals outwards, and when the second maintenance program is completed and the camera monitors that the dust ratio on the surface of the track exceeds a preset ratio, the re-maintenance program interrupts the traveling program and sequentially executes the first maintenance program and the second maintenance program.
