本发明提供一种中间包干式料用环保结合剂,其特征是,(按重量%比)轻烧镁粉1%‑5%,糖粉20%‑28%,纤维素15%‑20%,硫酸镁15%‑20%,柠檬酸18%‑20%,硼矸3%‑10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%‑5%掺到中间包干式料的骨料中搅拌均匀,即为成品。其优点是,节约成本,不易塌包。残碳量是树脂粉的五分之一,所以大大降低了对钢水的增碳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料用结合剂。特别是一种中间包干式料用环保结合剂。
技术背景:
目前耐火材料领域,中间包干式料用的结合剂是树脂粉,这种用树脂粉做结合剂制备的产品,在烘烤时会有刺激性的有毒气味,不但达不到环保要求,还对人身带来极大的伤害,这种产品中温强度基本为零,导致在线烘烤时,有塌包的危险,另外用树脂粉制备的中间包干式料的残碳高,不适合低碳钢的冶炼,而且不容易翻包,导致生产效率下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种中间包干式料用环保结合剂,用这种结合剂制备的中间包干式料在烘烤时不会产生刺激性的有毒气味,从而达到环保要求,而且不易塌包,节约成本。本结合剂的残碳量只相当于树脂粉的五分之一,所以大大降低了对钢水的增碳。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,包括轻烧镁粉,糖粉,纤维素,硫酸镁,柠檬酸,硼矸,其特征是,(按重量%比)轻烧镁粉1%-5%,糖粉20%-28%,纤维素15%-20%,硫酸镁15%-20%,柠檬酸18%-20%,硼矸3%-10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%-5%掺到中间包干式料的骨料中搅拌均匀,即为成品。
本发明的优点是,环保,节约成本,不易塌包。残碳量是树脂粉的五分之一,所以大大降低了对钢水的增碳。

1.中间包干式料用环保结合剂,,包括轻烧镁粉,糖粉,纤维素,硫酸镁,柠檬酸,硼矸,其特征是,(按重量%比)轻烧镁粉1%-5%,糖粉20%-28%,纤维素15%-20%,硫酸镁15%-20%,柠檬酸18%-20%,硼矸3%-10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%-5%掺到中间包干式料的骨料中搅拌均匀,即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中间包干式料用环保结合剂,其特征是,轻烧镁粉1%,糖粉20%,纤维素15%,硫酸镁15%,柠檬酸18%,硼矸3%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%掺到中间包干式料的骨料中搅拌均匀,即为成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中间包干式料用环保结合剂,其特征是,轻烧镁粉5%,糖粉20%,纤维素20%,硫酸镁20%,柠檬酸20%,硼矸10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的5%掺到中间包干式料的骨料中搅拌均匀,即为成品。
