本发明提供络合镁铝胶结剂,其技术特征是(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉5%‑20%,重烧镁砂粉10%‑20%,轻烧镁粉15%‑20%,铝酸镁10%‑30%,氧化铝粉5%‑10%,柠檬酸5%‑15%,硼矸2%‑10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的3%‑4%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上2%‑4%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。其优点是不仅可以生产碱性不烧砖,还可以生产酸性的和中性的不烧砖和各种含碳量的镁碳砖和铝镁碳砖,还可以应用到耐火材料不定型的领域,扩大了技术应用范围。达到节能环保的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝酸镁胶结剂,特别是络合镁铝胶结剂。
技术背景
中国专利号ZL 2007 10157602.8铝酸镁胶结剂公开了一种胶结剂,虽然能实现产品的功能,但是,存在应用范围小,只应用于生产碱性不烧砖,低碳镁碳砖,生产的制品中温和高温强度低,大批量生产时,物料固化时间短,影响大批量生产时的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的缺陷,提供络合镁铝胶结剂。是一种生产碱性、酸性、中性耐火不烧砖及各种含碳量的镁碳砖、铝镁碳砖,可应用到耐火不定型产品领域,不仅可以生产碱性不烧砖,还可以生产酸性的和中性的不烧砖和各种含碳量的镁碳砖和铝镁碳砖,还可以应用到耐火材料不定型的领域,扩大了技术应用范围。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,包括电熔镁砂粉、重烧镁砂粉、轻烧镁粉、铝酸镁、氧化铝粉、柠檬酸、硼矸,其特征是(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉5%-20%,重烧镁砂粉10%-20%,轻烧镁粉15%-20%,铝酸镁10%-30%,氧化铝粉5%-10%,柠檬酸5%-15%,硼矸2%-10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的3%-4%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上2%-4%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。
本发明的有益效果是,工艺简单、操作方便,用本发明生产的不烧砖可替代烧成砖,是一种生产碱性、酸性、中性耐火不烧砖及各种含碳量的铝镁碳砖,不仅可以生产碱性不烧砖,还可以生产酸性的和中性的不烧砖和各种含碳量的镁碳砖和铝镁碳砖,还可以应用到耐火材料不定型的领域,扩大了技术应用范围。达到节能环保的作用。

实施例1::(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉5%-20%,重烧镁砂粉10%-20%,轻烧镁粉15%-20%,铝酸镁10%-30%,氧化铝粉5%-10%,柠檬酸5%-15%,硼矸2%-10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的3%-4%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上2%-4%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。

实施例3:(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉20%,重烧镁砂粉20%,轻烧镁粉10%,铝酸镁30%,氧化铝粉7%,柠檬酸10%,硼矸3%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上2%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。

1.络合镁铝胶结剂,包括电熔镁砂粉、重烧镁砂粉、轻烧镁粉、铝酸镁、氧化铝粉、柠檬酸、硼矸,其特征是(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉5%-20%,重烧镁砂粉10%-20%,轻烧镁粉15%-20%,铝酸镁10%-30%,氧化铝粉5%-10%,柠檬酸5%-15%,硼矸2%-10%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的3%-4%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上2%-4%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的络合镁铝胶结剂,(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉10%,重烧镁砂粉10%,轻烧镁粉10%,铝酸镁15%,氧化铝粉5%,柠檬酸8%,硼矸5%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的3%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上3%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的络合镁铝胶结剂,(按重量%比)电熔镁砂粉20%,重烧镁砂粉20%,轻烧镁粉10%,铝酸镁30%,氧化铝粉7%,柠檬酸10%,硼矸3%,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的4%掺到耐火砖的骨料中搅拌均匀后加上2%的水再次搅拌,然后放入压力机的模具中成型后进入干燥窑经过200度以下干燥后成品。
