本发明涉及到医用防护面料技术领域,特别涉及一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
20世纪80年代以后,随着HBV(肝炎B病毒)、HCV(肝炎C病毒)和HIV(艾滋病毒)等血载病原体的传播,医护人员在手术中因为要面对可能含有病毒的病人血液、体液和分泌物,随时存在受感染的危险。而且,近年来,世界范围内发生的发现和确认的新发传染病几乎每年都在递增,据统计,在日常医疗环境中,约7.5%的医护人员暴露于各种血液和体液危险中。现有的医用防护服面料一般在基布的外表面涂覆一层聚氨酯防水层以达到拒液和阻隔的效果,但是这种面料的透气性很差,医护人员长时间穿着有强烈的不适感,且不具备抗菌除螨的功能。
发明内容
发明的目的在于提供一种具有很好的耐洗性和可靠的广谱抗菌效果,抑菌在效果95%左右,减少面料内部细菌和有效去除内部螨虫,提高使用安全性,耐磨层提高面料的耐磨性能,增加其使用寿命,阻燃层提高了整个复合层的连接度,同时由于连接构成的间隙较小,在不影响透气度的同时,将阻燃效果发挥到最大程度,手感柔软亲肤,提高穿戴舒适度的抗菌除螨的医用防护面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料,包括基层,所述基层的内部设置贴身层;
所述贴身层包括防静电层、耐磨层和抗菌层,耐磨层下方连接抗菌层,抗菌层下方连接防静电层,基层的上方设置透气层,透气层外部均包覆有阻燃层,阻燃层与身体不贴合的一面上覆盖有复合层;
所述复合层由第一经纱、第一纬纱、第二经纱和第二纬纱组成,第一经纱、第一纬纱、第二经纱和第二纬纱交错编织,且所述的第一经纱和第一纬纱相互垂直,第二经纱和第二纬纱相互垂直,所述复合层的上方连接防水层。
进一步地,防静电层中混纺的纱线分别由高强度的抗电纤维和真丝制成,且防静电层内的真丝经过静电预处理过。
进一步地,抗菌层内设抗菌助剂,抗菌助剂通过高温迁移到基层与肌肤连接处的小孔间隙内。

步骤一:选择高强度的抗电纤维和真丝混纺成纱线,将纱线编织成防静电层,且防静电层内的真丝纺织前经过静电预处理过;
步骤二:选择弹性涤纶、羊毛和棉织物混合纺织后在混织物内加入碳素制成耐磨层;
步骤三:通过将纤维通过机器压制,将其表面压出多个凹槽,将抗菌助剂填缝在凹槽内得到抗菌层;
步骤四:将防静电层、抗菌层和耐磨层按照从下到上的顺序排列,将三层压制成贴身层;
步骤五:选择基层的纱线后,编织成一层平摊的面料后,将贴身层缝制在基层的内部的夹层内,贴身层上覆盖基层;
步骤六:将羊毛、聚芳噁二唑纤维和导电纤维按质量百分比7:2:1混纺,得到的混织物由阻燃剂浸染后成阻燃层且阻燃层通过纤维交织的方式与复合层内的经纱和纬纱连接。
进一步地,针对步骤六,阻燃层内羊毛所占比例为20-80%,聚芳噁二唑纤维所占比例为79-19%,导电纤维占1%,羊毛和聚芳噁二唑纤维并列与导电纤维缠绕连接。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述防静电层(21)中混纺的纱线分别由高强度的抗电纤维和真丝制成,且防静电层(21)内的真丝经过静电预处理过。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(23)内设抗菌助剂,抗菌助剂通过高温迁移到基层(1)与肌肤连接处的小孔间隙内。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(22)中的弹性涤纶、羊毛和棉织物混纺后加入碳素制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述第一经纱(51)和第一纬纱(52)与第二经纱(53)和第二纬纱(54)相交点重合,第一经纱(51)与第二经纱(53)之间的夹角为45°。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(4)由羊毛、聚芳噁二唑纤维和导电纤维按质量百分比7:2:1混纺,并且由阻燃剂浸染后交错纺织而成的构件。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的抗菌除螨的医用防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选择高强度的抗电纤维和真丝混纺成纱线,将纱线编织成防静电层(21),且防静电层(21)内的真丝纺织前经过静电预处理过;
步骤二:选择弹性涤纶、羊毛和棉织物混合纺织后在混织物内加入碳素制成耐磨层(22);
步骤三:通过将纤维通过机器压制,将其表面压出多个凹槽,将抗菌助剂填缝在凹槽内得到抗菌层(23);
步骤四:将防静电层(21)、抗菌层(23)和耐磨层(22)按照从下到上的顺序排列,将三层压制成贴身层(2);
步骤五:选择基层(1)的纱线后,编织成一层平摊的面料后,将贴身层(2)缝制在基层(1)的内部的夹层内,贴身层(2)上覆盖基层(1);
步骤六:将羊毛、聚芳噁二唑纤维和导电纤维按质量百分比7:2:1混纺,得到的混织物由阻燃剂浸染后成阻燃层(4),且阻燃层(4)通过纤维交织的方式与复合层(5)内的经纱和纬纱连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗菌除螨的医用防护面料的制备方法,其特征在于:针对步骤六,阻燃层(4)内羊毛所占比例为20-80%,聚芳噁二唑纤维所占比例为79-19%,导电纤维占1%,羊毛和聚芳噁二唑纤维并列与导电纤维缠绕连接。
