技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料。
背景技术
消防服是保护活跃在消防第一线的消防队员人身安全的重要装备品之一,它不仅是火灾救助现场不可或缺的必备品,也是保护消防队员身体免受伤害的防火用具。
消防员服装都比普通服装要重很多,而且消防员还要穿着厚重的防护服工作在高温高强度的工作岗位上,因此对于防护服的透气性要求非常高,现在传统的消防员的防护服,重量还比较重,面料的透气性不好,穿着非常闷热,厚重的消防服很容易导致消防人员体力消耗过快,负担过重,影响救援任务,也使自身身体受到影响。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对以上不足,提供一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,来解决消防员的防护服透气性不好,穿着闷热的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,包括阻燃舒适里料、隔热层、隔水层和防火表层,所述阻燃舒适里料位于所述隔热层一侧,所述隔热层且远离所述阻燃舒适里料的一侧为所述隔水层,所述隔水层且远离所述隔热层的一侧为所述防火表层,其中,所述阻燃舒适里料由第一经纱和第一纬纱编织而成,所述第一经纱为聚氨酯织物纤维,所述第一纬纱为阻燃聚酯纤维,所述防火表层由第二经纱和第二纬纱编织而成,所述第二经纱为对位芳香族聚酰胺,所述第二纬纱为腈纶络合铜纤维,所述阻燃舒适里料与所述隔热层之间设置有透气层,所述透气层包括若干个凸块与凹槽循环连接而成,所述凸块的一侧均设置有相匹配的所述凹槽,所述凹槽的顶部设置有若干个弹簧,所述凹槽的底部设置有卡槽,所述凸块与所述凹槽之间均设置有若干个通孔,所述隔热层内设置有夹层,所述夹层包括上夹层和下夹层,所述上夹层通过导热层与所述下夹层粘连,所述导热层内穿插有若干条导热支流,所述夹层且靠近所述隔水层的一侧设有陶瓷化硅胶层,所述夹层且靠近所述阻燃舒适里料的一侧设有隔氧泥。
优选的,膝盖处的所述阻燃舒适里料内侧均制有内衬阻燃隔热棉,所述内衬阻燃隔热棉与所述防火表层的重叠部分为250mm。
优选的,所述透气层为软性海绵体材质所制。
优选的,所述防火表层缝纫有若干条宽度为60mm的反光性标志带。
优选的,所述反光性标志带通过阻燃性缝纫线与所述防火表层相结合。
优选的,门襟处、衣领处、袖口和裤角处的所述防火表层外粘贴有主体胶布。
优选的,所述主体胶布采用经阻燃增粘处理的锦丝绸布,双面涂覆阻燃防化面胶制成。
优选的,所述第一经纱和所述第一纬纱以及所述第二经纱和所述第二纬纱均采用双股线编织技术。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料的制备方法。
该制备方法,包括以下步骤:
选取纺织纱:根据不同的功能和面料层,选择不同的纺织纱线;
加工胚布:将选择的纺织纱放在织布机上混纺制备成胚布;
压制:依次将每层胚布,即所述阻燃舒适里料、所述透气层、所述隔热层、所述隔水层、所述防火表层置入辊压机上涂抹布料粘胶制成面料;
浸轧:将面料放置在整理液中进行浸轧,对面料进行漂洗、使面料变得柔软、顺滑,并且去除有害物质;
烘干:将浸轧过后的柔软面料放入干燥机中进行烘干;
整理:对处理过后的面料进行切边、除躁和收卷,制成成品。
该方法优选的,所述整理液由阻燃剂、微纳米氧化物、丙烯酸酯粘合剂、天然抗菌剂、十二烷基羧酸钠、布料软化剂按比例配比。
本发明提供了一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,有益效果如下:
(1)、通过阻燃舒适里料的设置,使面料在安全防火的前提条件下,又有着吸水性强,舒适柔软的效果,用来制作贴近人的肌肤的内衬里料,增加了舒适性,并且阻燃舒适里料与隔热层之间设有特别的透气层,通过特殊的纤维结构组成,凸块和凹槽的卡接,使二者之间循环相接,弹簧的设置也使人体在穿上衣物时的活动,带动空气在面料上的循环流动,使面料达到透气效果,通孔的设计,使人体内的湿气通过通孔而排出,能快速排解掉人体内蒸发的水分,隔热层粘连在阻燃舒适里料外层,内部设置的夹层,上夹层靠近阻燃舒适里料,通过近侧的导热支流,把人体内通过透气层排出的汗液在中部的导热层内平行流动,而下夹层把外部的水分和湿气通过近侧的导热支流阻挡在导热层内流动,可以加强对人体的保护,使人体内的热量不因受到外部的冷空气而快速的排出体外,集聚人体热量,转化成能量,有助于保存体力,隔水层面料的好处是隔绝外界的水分透过防护服而进入人的身体里,从而保持正常体温,防火表层具有断裂强度高、耐温高、具有永久阻燃性的特性,可以对消防人员起到保护性作用,聚氨酯织物纤维和阻燃聚酯纤维的编织,使面料具有防燃烧性能、柔性好、防水性和透气性好,而且染色容易的特点,可以使防护服穿着更舒适,减轻防护服给消防员工作时带来的负担,也给消防员自身和人民的安全提高保障。
(2)、内衬阻燃隔热棉的加制使防护服的膝盖处,更加耐磨,重点保护易破损部位。
(3)、加宽的反光性标志带,增加了防护服的可见度,增加安全性。
(4)、双股线编织技术比单股编织更加强韧,柔韧性也更好,增加面料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。

对于阻燃舒适里料1来说,在不改变其纤维织物的结构组成情况下,用转移涂层工艺涂布,使织物涂层内部形成亲水性″分子梯级通道″,使面料变得保温、防水、透气。
实施例四
对于第一经纱7的聚氨酯织物纤维来说,可以在聚氨酯涂层剂中添加甲壳质,不但提高织物的透气性,而且还赋予织物杀虫、灭菌的功效,以及增加面料的柔软性,会对汗液、体液保持清洁,并具有一定医疗保健作用,使防护服的穿着更舒适,有益身体健康。
根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料的制备方法。
如图5所示,在实际生产过程中,该消防员灭火防护服透气面料的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,选取纺织纱:根据不同的功能和面料层,选择不同的纺织纱线。
步骤S102,加工胚布:将选择的纺织纱放在织布机上混纺制备成胚布。
步骤S103,压制:依次将每层胚布,即所述阻燃舒适里料1、所述透气层9、所述隔热层2、所述隔水层3、所述防火表层4置入辊压机上涂抹布料粘胶制成面料。
步骤S104,浸轧:将面料放置在整理液中进行浸轧,对面料进行漂洗、使面料变得柔软、顺滑,并且去除有害物质。
步骤S105,烘干:将浸轧过后的柔软面料放入干燥机中进行烘干。
步骤S106,整理:对处理过后的面料进行切边、除躁和收卷,制成成品。
通过上面具体实施方式,所述技术领域的技术人员可容易的实现本发明。但是应当理解,本发明并不限于上述的具体实施方式。在公开的实施方式的基础上,所述技术领域的技术人员可任意组合不同的技术特征,从而实现不同的技术方案。
Claims (10)
1.一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,包括阻燃舒适里料(1)、隔热层(2)、隔水层(3)和防火表层(4),所述阻燃舒适里料(1)位于所述隔热层(2)一侧,所述隔热层(2)且远离所述阻燃舒适里料(1)的一侧为所述隔水层(3),所述隔水层(3)且远离所述隔热层(2)的一侧为所述防火表层(4),其中,所述阻燃舒适里料(1)由第一经纱(5)和第一纬纱(6)编织而成,所述第一经纱(5)为聚氨酯织物纤维,所述第一纬纱(6)为阻燃聚酯纤维,所述防火表层(4)由第二经纱(7)和第二纬纱(8)编织而成,所述第二经纱(7)为对位芳香族聚酰胺,所述第二纬纱(8)为腈纶络合铜纤维,所述阻燃舒适里料与所述隔热层之间设置有透气层(9),所述透气层(9)包括若干个凸块(10)与凹槽(11)循环连接而成,所述凸块(10)的一侧均设置有相匹配的所述凹槽(11),所述凹槽(11)的顶部设置有若干个弹簧(12),所述凹槽(11)的底部设置有卡槽(13),所述凸块(10)与所述凹槽(11)之间均设置有若干个通孔(14),所述隔热层(2)内设置有夹层(15),所述夹层(15)包括上夹层(16)和下夹层(17),所述上夹层(16)通过导热层(18)与所述下夹层(17)粘连,所述导热层(18)内穿插有若干条导热支流(19),所述夹层(15)且靠近所述隔水层(3)的一侧设有陶瓷化硅胶层(20),所述夹层(15)且靠近所述阻燃舒适里料(1)的一侧设有隔氧泥(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,膝盖处的所述阻燃舒适里料(1)内侧均制有内衬阻燃隔热棉(22),所述内衬阻燃隔热棉(22)与所述防火表层(4)的重叠部分为250mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,所述透气层(9)为软性海绵体材质所制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,所述防火表层(4)缝纫有若干条宽度为60mm的反光性标志带(23)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,所述反光性标志带(23)通过阻燃性缝纫线与所述防火表层(4)相结合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,门襟处、衣领处、袖口和裤角处的所述防火表层(4)外粘贴有主体胶布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,所述主体胶布采用经阻燃增粘处理的锦丝绸布,双面涂覆阻燃防化面胶制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料,其特征在于,所述第一经纱(5)和所述第一纬纱(6)以及所述第二经纱(7)和所述第二纬纱(8)均采用双股线编织技术。
9.一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
选取纺织纱:根据不同的功能和面料层,选择不同的纺织纱线;
加工胚布:将选择的纺织纱放在织布机上混纺制备成胚布;
压制:依次将每层胚布,即所述阻燃舒适里料(1)、所述透气层(9)、所述隔热层(2)、所述隔水层(3)、所述防火表层(4)置入辊压机上涂抹布料粘胶制成面料;
浸轧:将面料放置在整理液中进行浸轧,对面料进行漂洗、使面料变得柔软、顺滑,并且去除有害物质;
烘干:将浸轧过后的柔软面料放入干燥机中进行烘干;
整理:对处理过后的面料进行切边、除躁和收卷,制成成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种消防员灭火防护服透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述整理液由阻燃剂、微纳米氧化物、丙烯酸酯粘合剂、天然抗菌剂、十二烷基羧酸钠、布料软化剂按比例配比。
