Abstract
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a natural plant moisture absorption material and a sanitary towel comprising the same. The natural plant moisture absorption material comprises a natural plant composition and an absorbent, wherein the natural plant composition is selected from the group consisting of bay leaves, evodia lepta and angelica dahurica; the absorbent is rhizoma bletilla gum. The natural plant moisture absorption material is prepared from natural plants, the natural plant composition has certain moisture absorption performance after being processed, and is uniformly mixed with bletilla gum which has the moisture absorption performance and serves as an absorbent, so that the obtained natural plant moisture absorption material has good absorption performance, does not contain acrylonitrile and acrylic ester with certain toxicity, and avoids adverse reactions of chemical materials on human bodies. The sanitary towel containing the composition has good absorption capacity, is safe to use and has no toxic or side effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a natural plant moisture absorption material and a sanitary towel comprising the same.
Background
The sanitary napkin is a material with absorption capacity, the main material is cotton, non-woven fabric, paper pulp or a high molecular polymer and high molecular polymer composite paper formed by the materials, the sanitary napkin is generally used for absorbing menstrual secretion during female menstruation and keeping cleanness of underpants and dryness of pudendum, and the sanitary napkin is a necessity in daily life.
The absorption capacity of the sanitary towel is derived from the absorbent core as an absorbent material, and the menstrual blood flowing out from the vagina when women have a wet menstrual flow is retained in the sanitary towel by the absorbent core. The absorption core of the sanitary towel in the market is mostly made of chemical materials, is high water absorption resin, is generally made of starch mixed with acrylonitrile or acrylic ester, and the acrylonitrile and the acrylic ester have certain toxicity. A natural plant hygroscopic material comprises a natural plant composition and an absorbent, wherein the natural plant composition is selected from the group consisting of bay leaves, evodia lepta and angelica dahurica; the absorbent is rhizoma bletilla gum.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, the absorbent refers to bletilla gum. Common bletilla gum is used as excipient and thickener. The inventor finds that the bletilla striata gum has good moisture absorption capacity and can be used as an absorbent to absorb liquid.

Example 1
A natural plant moisture absorption material comprises the following components in a weight ratio of 1: 1 and an absorbent, wherein the natural botanical composition is selected from the group consisting of a combination of bay leaves, evodia lepta, and angelica dahurica; the absorbent is bletilla striata gum; wherein in the natural plant composition, the weight ratio of the lindera fragrans leaves, the evodia lepta and the angelica dahurica is 1: 0.1: 1;
the preparation method of the natural plant moisture absorption material comprises the following steps:
(1) processing the natural plant composition to obtain a processed natural plant composition;
(2) pulverizing the processed natural plant composition and absorbent, sieving with 150 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain natural plant hygroscopic material;
the preparation method of the absorbent comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the weight ratio of water to bletilla striata of 1.5: 1, decocting bletilla striata with water for 3 hours to obtain a decoction;
(2) filtering the decoction, centrifuging, and concentrating to obtain concentrated solution;
(3) dehydrating and decoloring the concentrated solution by using absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain floccules;
(4) drying the floccule to obtain the absorbent.

A natural plant moisture absorption material comprises the following components in a weight ratio of 4: 1 and an absorbent, wherein the natural botanical composition is selected from the group consisting of a combination of bay leaves, evodia lepta, and angelica dahurica; the absorbent is bletilla striata gum; wherein in the natural plant composition, the weight ratio of the lindera fragrans leaves, the evodia lepta and the angelica dahurica is 4: 2: 1;
the preparation method of the natural plant moisture absorption material comprises the following steps:
(1) processing the natural plant composition to obtain a processed natural plant composition;
(2) pulverizing the processed natural plant composition and absorbent, sieving with 100 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain natural plant hygroscopic material;
wherein the preparation scheme of the absorbent is as described in example 1.
Example 3
A natural plant moisture absorption material comprises the following components in a weight ratio of 3.1: 1 and an absorbent, wherein the natural botanical composition is selected from the group consisting of a combination of bay leaves, evodia lepta, and angelica dahurica; the absorbent is bletilla striata gum; wherein in the natural plant composition, the weight ratio of the lindera fragrans leaves, the evodia lepta and the angelica dahurica is 1.5: 0.6: 1;
the preparation method of the natural plant moisture absorption material comprises the following steps:
(1) processing the natural plant composition to obtain a processed natural plant composition;
(2) pulverizing the processed natural plant composition and absorbent, sieving with 100 mesh sieve, and mixing to obtain natural plant hygroscopic material;
wherein the preparation scheme of the absorbent is as described in example 1.
Through tests, the natural plant moisture absorption material has good moisture absorption performance.
Example 4
The natural plant moisture absorption material of the present invention is applied to sanitary napkins according to the sanitary napkin manufacturing process in the art.
Through tests, the obtained sanitary towel has good moisture absorption performance compared with the sanitary towel containing the traditional absorption core, but the sanitary towel does not contain the absorption core of acrylonitrile and acrylic ester with certain toxicity, so the sanitary towel is safe to use and has no toxic or side effect.
Claims (10)
1. A natural plant hygroscopic material, comprising a natural plant composition and an absorbent, wherein the natural plant composition is selected from the group consisting of bay leaves, evodia lepta and angelica dahurica; the absorbent is rhizoma bletilla gum.
2. The natural plant hygroscopic material of claim 1 wherein said natural plant composition and said absorbent are present in a weight ratio of 1-4: 1.
3. the natural plant hygroscopic material as claimed in claim 2, wherein said natural plant composition and said absorbent are mixed in a weight ratio of 2 to 3.5: 1.
4. the natural plant moisture absorbent material of claim 1 wherein the weight ratio of bay leaves, evodia lepta and angelica dahurica in the natural plant composition is 1-4: 0.1-2: 1.
5. the natural plant moisture absorbent material of claim 4 wherein the weight ratio of bay leaves, evodia lepta and angelica dahurica in the natural plant composition is 1-2: 0.5-1.5: 1.
6. a process for the preparation of a natural plant moisture absorbent material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) processing the natural plant composition to obtain a processed natural plant composition;
(2) pulverizing the processed natural plant composition and absorbent, and mixing to obtain natural plant hygroscopic material.
7. The method for preparing natural plant moisture absorption material as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method for preparing the absorbent comprises the following steps:
(1) decocting rhizoma Bletillae with water to obtain decoction;
(2) filtering the decoction, centrifuging, and concentrating to obtain concentrated solution;
(3) dehydrating and decoloring the concentrated solution to obtain floccules;
(4) drying the floccule to obtain the absorbent.
8. The method for preparing a natural plant moisture absorption material as claimed in claim 6, wherein the natural plant moisture absorption material is pulverized and passed through a 100-150 mesh sieve.
9. Use of a natural plant moisture-absorbing material according to any of claims 1 to 5 in hygiene products.
10. A sanitary napkin comprising the natural plant moisture-absorbing material of any one of claims 1 to 5.
