(2) adding the natural astaxanthin extracting solution into a mixed solution of gelatin and sodium alginate, and mixing and homogenizing to obtain an astaxanthin mixed suspension;
(3) then the astaxanthin mixed suspension is added into calcium chloride solution drop by drop to be subjected to complex coacervation to form microcapsules, and then microcapsule powder is prepared.
8. The method for preparing the feed rich in natural astaxanthin according to claim 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) drying the chicken manure subjected to fermentation, deodorization, sterilization and disinfection treatment at 50-60 ℃ for later use;
(2) mixing natural astaxanthin microcapsule powder, soybean flour, corn flour, fermented soybean meal and bran, stirring for 10-15min, heating to 30-50 deg.C, and stirring for 20-30 min;
(3) mixing the chicken manure obtained in the step (1) with the material obtained in the step (2), adding high-gluten flour and salt, continuously stirring, adding Chinese herbal medicines, bacillus licheniformis powder and spirulina powder, and uniformly mixing;
(4) and (3) adding vitamin D and mineral substances into the mixture obtained in the step (3), taking out, putting the mixture into a ring mode bulking machine for bulking at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 1-2 hours, controlling the dryness of the bulked substance to be 85% -95%, taking out, transferring the bulked substance into a ring mode hard granulator to produce precipitated hard granulated feed, sieving the feed by using a 80-mesh sieve, and sealing and packaging the feed according to the required weight to obtain the finished product of the feed rich in natural astaxanthin.
