第三臂部57连接至第二臂部56以能够相对于第二臂部移动。如图3和图4所示,第三臂部57被构造为在长轴方向(X方向)上伸长。如图3所示,第三臂部57可以包括被构造为刚性部件的管部57A和被构造为容易变形的柔性臂57B。以这样的方式,第三臂部57具有柔性臂57B,并且因此能够通过使用柔性臂57B而调整固定部60的位置。因此,能够调整管30通过固定部60所固定的位置。
固定部60固定管30,如图1所示。如图5所示,固定部60可以包括:突出部61,其被构造为球状;放置部62,管30要放置在该放置部62中;以及连接部63,突出部61与放置部62通过连接部63互相连接。
如图3和图4所示,突出部61被稍后将描述的转动部70的保持部79夹持。
如图5所示,放置部62被构造为大致U形形状,并且管30能够利用弹力而放置在该部分中。放置部62具有两段构造(附图标记62A和62B),使得具有不同尺寸的两个管30能够放置在该部分中。根据该构造,具有不同尺寸的用于成年人的管30和/或用于儿童的管30能够放置在放置部中。
防止管30滑出的防滑部62C形成在放置部62内部。防滑部62C布置为朝着径向内侧而向内突出。防滑部62C的宽度具有使防滑部能够配合至形成为波节状形状的管30的槽部内的尺寸。
在实施例中,流量传感器管T2可以放置在放置部62中的被参考标号62A标记的位置处,并且管30能够放置在放置部62中的被参考标号62B标记的位置处。
如图6所示,转动部70可以从柔性臂57B侧依次包括:锥形垫圈(金属板)71、第一椭圆垫圈72、第一POM垫圈(第一板状部件)73、软管与转动接收器74、第二POM垫圈(第二板状部件)75、第二椭圆垫圈76、六角螺母77、软管接收转动部78、保持部79和调整部80。
锥形垫圈71包括碟式垫圈。锥形垫圈71具有弹性特性,并且向软管与转动接收器74提供适当的弹力,以使得软管与转动接收器具有足够的转动力。锥形垫圈71套在柔性臂57B的阳螺纹57E上,使得锥形垫圈71的凸部(左侧)位于柔性臂57B侧。在上述实施例中,锥形垫圈71为金属板,但是锥形垫圈71可以具有包括倾斜板状或者圆锥状的其他形状。
第一椭圆垫圈72将锥形垫圈71的弹力传递至第一POM垫圈73。设置第一椭圆垫圈72以抑制锥形垫圈71的转动。发挥这两个功能的部件不限于第一POM垫圈,并且可以使用例如金属部件,只要其能够发挥相同或者相似的功能即可。
设置第一POM垫圈73以减小在软管与转动接收器74转动时产生的摩擦力。
软管与转动接收器74与软管接收转动部78同步地转动。通孔74a形成在软管与转动接收器74的侧表面中。软管与转动接收器74具有在轴向上延伸的中空形状。
设置第二POM垫圈75以减小在软管与转动接收器74转动时产生的摩擦力。
第二椭圆垫圈76保护第二POM垫圈75免受六角螺母77施加的力。
将六角螺母77固定为向柔性臂57B的阳螺纹57E施加足够的扭矩。
软管接收转动部78和软管与转动接收器74同步地转动。阴螺纹78a形成于软管接收转动部78的侧表面。软管接收转动部78和软管与转动接收器74通过未示出的螺栓而紧固至一起,从而将软管与转动接收器74连结至软管接收转动部78。
保持部79被构造为能够将软管接收转动部78的凸部78b和突出部61一起夹持。当保持部79的宽度通过调整部80而减少时,产生凸部78b和突出部61被一起夹持的状态,并且当保持部79的宽度通过调整部80而增大时,产生夹持被取消的状态。
根据由此构造的转动部70,六角螺母77被固定为向柔性臂57B的阳螺纹57E施加足够的扭矩,并且因此能够在防止固定部60意外地转动的同时微调管30的方向。
当使用如此构造的固定装置50时,首先,适当地调整柔性臂57B的角度、突出部61相对于转动部70的角度以及固定部60固定管30的位置,并且将管30放置于预定的大概位置。其后,足够的扭矩施加于转动部70以使固定部60绕着X方向转动,从而微调管30的位置。
如上所述,实施例的固定装置50固定医疗设备的管30。固定装置50具有:臂部51,其在长轴方向(X方向)上伸长;固定部60,其用于固定管30;以及转动部70,其布置在臂部51与固定部60之间,并且使固定部60绕长轴方向转动。由此构造的固定装置50具有使固定部60绕长轴方向转动的转动部70,并且因此能够容易地微调管30的方向。此外,固定部60在固定部60固定管30的状态下转动,并且因此能够防止管30被损坏。结果,能够提供一种固定装置50,其中能够在防止管30被损坏的同时微调管30的方向。
转动部70具有:保持部79,其能够夹持固定部60;软管接收转动部78,其由保持部79夹持;软管与转动接收器74,其布置于软管接收转动部78与臂部51之间,并且与软管接收转动部78同步地转动;锥形垫圈71,该锥形垫圈71布置在软管与转动接收器74与臂部51之间,其向软管与转动接收器74提供适当的弹力,并且在该锥形垫圈71中,形成了在臂部51的长轴方向上贯穿锥形垫圈的通孔;第一POM垫圈73,其布置于锥形垫圈71和软管与转动接收器74之间,降低大当软管与转动接收器74转动时产生的摩擦力,并且在该第一POM垫圈73中,形成了在臂部51的长轴方向上贯穿第一POM垫圈的通孔;以及第二POM垫圈75,其布置于软管与转动接收器74和软管接收转动部78之间,其降低在软管与转动接收器74转动时产生的摩擦力,并且在该第二POM垫圈75中,形成了在臂部51的长轴方向上贯穿第二POM垫圈的通孔。根据由此构造的固定装置50,当作业人员向转动部70施加足够的扭矩时,固定部60绕X方向转动。因此,能够在防止固定部60意外地转动的同时微调管30的方向。
此外,固定部60具有被构造为球状的突出部61,并且保持部79夹持突出部61。根据由此构造的固定装置50,容许固定部60在任意方向上移动,并且因此容易地调整固定部60相对于转动部70的位置。
固定部60包括其中待放置管30的放置部62。根据由此构造的固定装置50,管30能够优选地放置于固定部60中。
此外,放置部62具有两段构造,使得具有不同的尺寸的两个管30能够放置在该部分中。根据由此构造的固定装置50,具有不同尺寸的用于成年人的管30或者用于儿童的管30能够放置在放置部中。
朝着径向内侧向内突出的防滑部62C形成在放置部62的内部。根据由此构造的固定装置50,能够优选地防止管30滑出。
固定装置50固定呼吸器的管30。由此构造的固定装置50能够优选地使用在呼吸器1中。
如上所述,实施例的呼吸器1具有上述固定装置50以及呼吸器本体10。根据由此构造的呼吸器1,能够在防止管30被损坏的同时微调管30的方向。
发明不限于上述实施例,而能够在附随的权利要求的范围内进行各种修改。
例如,在实施例中,固定部60具有在宽度方向(Y方向)上的数量为一个的放置部62,如图5所示。然而,如图7所示,固定部160可以包括布置在宽度方向上的两个放置部162。该构造也能够应对包括分别用于呼气和吸气回路的两个管的呼吸器。在此情况下,防滑部162a可以分别形成在两个放置部162中。固定部160可以进一步包括载置部164,流量传感器管T2待分别放置在该载置部164中。根据该构造,流量传感器管T2可以优选地捆束到一起,并且能够防止流量传感器管T2妨碍操作。
在实施例中,如图5所示,放置部62具有两段构造(参考标号62A和62B),使得具有不同的尺寸的两个管30能够放置在该部分中。然而,放置部可以具有一段构造,使得一个管放置在放置部中。
在实施例中,朝着径向内侧向内突出的防滑部62C形成在放置部62的内部。然而,防滑部可以不形成在放置部内部。
工业实用性
本发明能够用于提供一种固定装置和呼吸器,其中,能够在防止管损坏的同时微调管的方向。

Claims (10)

1.一种固定装置,用于固定医疗设备的管,该固定装置包括:
臂部,该臂部在该臂部的长轴方向上延伸;
固定部,该固定部要固定所述管;以及
转动部,该转动部布置在所述臂部与所述固定部之间,并且使所述固定部能够绕所述长轴方向转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其中,所述转动部包括:
保持部,该保持部能够保持所述固定部;
软管接收转动部,该软管接收转动部由所述保持部保持;
软管与转动接收器,该软管与转动接收器布置于所述软管接收转动部与所述臂部之间,并且与所述软管接收转动部同步地转动;
金属板,该金属板布置在所述软管与转动接收器与所述臂部之间,对所述软管与转动接收器提供弹力,并且在该金属板中,形成有在所述臂部的所述长轴方向上贯穿该金属板的通孔;
第一板状部件,该第一板状部件布置于所述金属板和所述软管与转动接收器之间,减小当所述软管与转动接收器转动时产生的摩擦力,并且在该第一板状部件中,形成有在所述臂部的所述长轴方向上贯穿所述第一板状部件的通孔;以及
第二板状部件,该第二板状部件布置于所述软管与转动接收器和所述软管接收转动部之间,减小当所述软管与转动接收器转动时产生的摩擦力,并且在该第二板状部件中,形成有在所述臂部的所述长轴方向上贯通所述第二板状部件的通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定部具有被构造为球状的突出部,并且
所述保持部保持所述突出部。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定部包括放置部,所述管待放置于该放置部中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的固定装置,其中,所述放置部具有两段构造,使得具有不同的尺寸的两个管能够放置在该放置部中。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的固定装置,其中,设置为朝着径向内侧向内突出的防滑部形成在所述放置部的内部。
7.根据权利要求4至6中的任一项所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定部包括在宽度方向排列的两个放置部。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定部还包括载置部,用于测量所述管中的空气或者氧气的流量的流量传感器管待放置在该载置部中。
9.根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定装置用于固定呼吸器的所述管。
10.一种呼吸器,包括:
根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的固定装置;以及
呼吸器本体。
