Description
本发明涉及具有改进的紫外线(UV)和红外线(IR)吸收以及低的遮挡系数的蓝色玻璃组合物。更确切地说,它是一种着色剂为氧化铁、氧化钴、氧化锰或任选的氧化钛的钠-钙-硅玻璃。优选该蓝色玻璃是通过例如使用无烟煤作为还原剂的无硝酸盐方法制备的。参考同时申请和共同转让的名称为“制备蓝色玻璃的无硝酸盐方法”(A NITRATE-FREE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ABLUE GLASS)的相关美国专利申请08/891689。
已经发现蓝色玻璃特别适合于在建筑中应用,例如作为建筑玻璃,并且认为可用于汽车玻璃。业已使用氧化铁、钴和硒作为着色剂来制备蓝色玻璃,其中钴赋予玻璃蓝颜色,正如在Boulos等的US专利RE 34,639中公开的一样。在Boulos等US专利RE 34,760中公开了使用氧化铁、钴和镍的蓝色玻璃,并且在另一实施方案中,蓝色玻璃进一步包括硒,这二个专利同属于本申请人。然而,硒是一种昂贵的着色剂,易于从玻璃中挥发,而镍易于在玻璃中形成所不希望的亚硫酸镍“石头”。在美国专利5,344,798中公开了另一蓝色玻璃组合物,该玻璃包括氧化铁和氧化铈,以及任选的有限量的氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化锰和氧化钴,并且该玻璃具有一定的Fe+2/Fe+3重量比。已知用于改进UV吸收的氧化铈的使用在商业上是不太希望的,因为氧化铈非常昂贵。
在玻璃中氧化铁以二种形式存在,还原(Fe+2)型和氧化(Fe+3)型。在US 3,779,733中公开了另一蓝色玻璃组合物,其中加入氧化锡以形成更多的具有IR吸收性能的蓝色还原型(Fe+2)铁,然而,这降低了具有UV吸收性能的黄色氧化铁的含量。如在US专利5,013,487中,使用锌和锡氧化物的组合类似地还原铁而形成浅蓝色玻璃,同时导致UV吸收降低。在美国专利4,792,536中获得的另一浅蓝色玻璃使用专门的熔窑而不是使用锡或锌氧化物来还原氧化铁,其也降低UV吸收。
正如所意识到的一样,当玻璃用于建筑业时,氧化铁的UV和IR光吸收性能是非常有用的。当热量被玻璃吸收时,房屋中空调的负荷降低,且当紫外线吸收率提高时,在一段时间内对房屋内物品的颜色的损害降低,附加地获得更好的舒适性。因此,控制玻璃的这些光谱性能是非常重要的。在正常的窑炉条件下在玻璃中加入氧化铁可以改善玻璃的紫外线和红外线吸收这二者,因为二种形态铁的浓度相应提高,但是这种改善是以可见光透光率为代价的,因为还原型铁使颜色加深。也就是说,加入氧化铁时,玻璃的颜色加深,这样可见光透光率相应降低,这限制了玻璃的用途。
令人惊奇地发现,通过在玻璃中使用特定的着色剂组合物即氧化铁、氧化钴和氧化锰,本发明的蓝色玻璃可以包括相当多的氧化铁,并仍然具有好的可见光透光率和优良的UV吸收性能,而无一些现有技术中蓝色玻璃的不利方面。例如,本发明的蓝色玻璃在不使用昂贵的UV吸收剂例如氧化铈的情况下具有优良的UV吸收率。在已被共同转让的1996年12月9日申请的美国专利申请08/762,474和1996年12月17日申请的CIP申请08/767,768中,本发明人公开了一种具有改进UV吸收率的高透光率的绿色玻璃,其着色剂是氧化铁和氧化锰和任选的氧化钛、氧化铈、氧化钒和氧化铬。
本发明提供一种在4.0毫米的厚度下主波长是477至494和色纯度是6至40%的钠-钙-硅玻璃组合物。该玻璃组合物具有基本玻璃组成和着色剂,基本玻璃组成包括:68至75%SiO2、10至18%Na2O、5至15%CaO、0至10%MgO、0至5%Al2O3和0至5%K2O,其中CaO+MgO为6至15%和Na2O+K2O为10至20%;同时,着色剂基本上由0.4至2.0%的以Fe2O3计的总的氧化钛、0.15至2.00%的以MnO2计的氧化锰、0.005至0.025%的以Co计的氧化钴和0至1.00%的以TiO2计的氧化钛组成。该组合物的重量百分比以玻璃组合物的总重量为基础。
有利地,与一些其它的具有类似颜色和可见光透光率的蓝色玻璃相比,该玻璃组合物的实施方案具有改进的UV和IR吸收率和低的遮蔽系数(shading coefficient)。遮蔽系数是一种广泛使用的与标准参照窗用玻璃体系相比时通过玻璃获得的太阳辐射热的显示值。明显的优点是以商业上所需的方式而不是使用昂贵的吸收剂例如氧化铈来改善UV和IR吸收率,同时保持好的可见光透光率。发现本发明蓝色玻璃组合物的氧化锰着色剂可以避免常规添加的着色剂例如氧化硒和氧化镍,同时获得令人满意的中等至深的蓝色。
根据本发明的另一方面,采用商业上所需的无硝酸盐的方法通过在玻璃组合物中引入氧化铁、氧化钴和氧化锰着色剂来制备蓝色玻璃组合物和改善玻璃的紫外线吸收性能,同时保持好的可见光透光率。该方法特别地包括在熔融玻璃形成期间在钠-钙-硅基础玻璃组合物中加入基本上由锰化合物以及钴化合物、氧化铁和任选的二氧化钛组成的其含量足以形成上述蓝色玻璃组合物的着色剂,并且在熔融玻璃形成期间在批料中不加入硝酸钠,这样来制备具有高可见光透光率和改进的紫外线吸收的玻璃。因此,在制备玻璃优选的实施方案中,在玻璃熔化过程中不加入硝酸钠。使用硝酸钠导致释放出所不希望的氧化氮。任选地但希望在制备过程中在批料中加入无烟煤,一种还原剂,来帮助澄清,特别地与常规澄清剂硫酸钠相配合。这种配合有利地降低从硫酸盐中释放SO3的温度。批料中的无烟煤可以部分或完全被其它还原剂,例如高炉矿渣、来自煤燃烧炉的煤渣、焦炭或石墨代替。在本发明中,这种还原剂的使用可以抵消氧化锰着色剂或硫酸钠澄清剂的一些氧化作用,而不会破坏玻璃的蓝颜色。通过下面的详细描述,本发明的这些和其它优点将变的蓝颜色。通过下面的详细描述,本发明的这些和其它优点将变得更清楚。
用在汽车和建筑业的钠-钙-硅玻璃通常是用浮法玻璃生产法制备的,这种玻璃的特征在于列于下表的基本组成,组分的含量是以占总的玻璃组合物的重量百分比为基础的:

本发明的蓝色玻璃组合物使用了这一基本钠-钙-硅玻璃组成,其中,附加地CaO+MgO是6至15%和Na2O+K2O是10至20%。此外,该蓝色玻璃组合物主要包括下列着色组分:0.4至2.0%的以Fe2O3计的总的氧化钛、0.15至2.00%的以MnO2计的氧化锰、0.005至0.025%的以Co计的氧化钴和0至1.00%的以TiO2计的氧化钛。另外,本发明的蓝色玻璃在4.0毫米的厚度下具有下列光谱性能:477至494纳米的主波长和6至40%的色纯度。
按照本发明的方案制备的蓝色玻璃产品在4.0毫米的厚度下具有下列光谱性能:使用照明剂A时,光透光率(LTA)为20至70%,在300至400纳米范围内测定的紫外线(UV)透光率小于62%,在760至2120纳米范围内测定的红外线(IR)透光率小于54%。本发明玻璃的优选实施方案包括LTA小于60%,UV透光率小于50%和IR透光率小于45%。本发明最优选的实施方案包括LTA小于50%、UV透光率小于40%和IR透光率小于30%。
一般,随着玻璃组合物中着色剂含量的增加,玻璃的%LTA、%IR和%UV透光率下降。同样,对于给定的玻璃组合物,玻璃的厚度增加,较厚玻璃的透光率降低。优选,主波长为480至488纳米,色纯度为10至30%。更优选,主波长为482至485纳米,色纯度是10至20%。
通常在玻璃制备中加入熔化和澄清助剂,在这里也可以使用这些助剂。通常用于从玻璃中除去气泡的澄清剂是在玻璃中产生SO3的硫酸钠。优选存在于玻璃组合物中的SO3含量是0.10至0.30重量%,更优选是0.14至0.25重量%。
本发明蓝色玻璃所需的一种着色剂是氧化铁,其中存在的氧化铁总量以Fe2O3计是0.4至2.0重量%,更优选是0.6至1.2重量%。这里所有的重量百分比均以本发明蓝色玻璃组合物的总重为基础。一般,该组分是以氧化形态-Fe2O3加入到批料组分中的。正如上面所讨论的,在玻璃熔融物中,铁的氧化物以二种形态存在。氧化型的氧化铁吸收UV光,而还原型的氧化铁吸收红外光,因此氧化铁的存在降低了通过玻璃产品的UV和IR透光率。该玻璃产品在特别是日照时间长的地理区域的建筑上使用时,铁氧化物的这二种吸收功能是非常有用的。
本发明蓝色玻璃的组合物的另一必需着色剂是氧化锰,以MnO2计,其在该组合物中的含量是0.15至2.0重量%,更优选是0.2至0.8重量%。该锰组分可以不同的锰化合物形式加入批料玻璃组合物中,例如,但不限于MnO、MnO2、Mn3O4、MnSO4、MnCO3、MnCl2、MnF3等以及它们的任何混合物。虽然在玻璃中也可附加地或交替地以其它形态如Mn+4存在,但该着色剂通常以Mn+2或Mn+3形态存在。通常希望所使用的任何锰化合物均作为氧化锰存在于玻璃中。
很重要的是,锰氧化物的Mn2O3形态通常在与硒和镍氧化物着色剂相同的光谱区中吸收。因此,发现在本发明的蓝色玻璃组合物中使用它来部分地在获得的本发明玻璃所希望的蓝色色调中提供硒和镍氧化物的色泽效果,然而却无硒或镍的缺陷。正如上面讨论的,硒是非常昂贵的,并易于从玻璃熔体中挥发。氧化锰是廉价的,且不象硒那样易于挥发,因此最适合在本发明的蓝色玻璃组合物中作为着色剂。当使用硫酸盐作为澄清剂时,使用氧化镍作为着色剂导致所不希望的在玻璃中形成亚硫酸镍石的可能性。亚硫酸镍石是在玻璃生产期间不能通过常规检测方法检测出来的小椭圆球,并且在玻璃回火时造成自发破裂。现有技术中通常建议,应该在玻璃组合物中避免使用氧化锰以及氧化铁,因为可能引起玻璃的日晒作用。也就是说,业已已知,当玻璃暴露在强的紫外光下时,氧化锰使玻璃脱色。上述USP 5,344,798讨论了玻璃中包括氧化锰时的日晒作用问题并限制包含氧化锰。在本发明中,该组合物包括相当大量的氧化锰,并且发现,正如实施例所示的,该含量的氧化锰不会引起玻璃产生日晒作用。
锰着色剂具有附加地在本发明中有用的氧化能力。我们希望将氧化铁向其更无色的形态氧化。可以几种方式给玻璃提供氧化环境,例如向熔窑中的玻璃熔体额外地供给空气,在批料中增加硫酸钠、硫酸钙或硝酸钠或者降低熔窑温度。所有的这些尝试在商业上均有缺陷。例如,使用硝酸钠可以导致析出所不希望的氧化氮。发现在玻璃中使用以MnO2计0.15至2.00重量%的氧化锰着色剂在本发明的蓝色玻璃的制备中附加地有利于氧化,避免使用任何附加的氧化剂,如硝酸钠。因此,正如这里优选的一样,希望在不使用硝酸钠的情况下制备蓝色玻璃组合物。
当在玻璃批料中加入锰化合物时,它被还原为更无色的形态。例如,部分紫色的氧化型氧化锰着色剂(例如Mn2O3)被转化为更无色的还原型MnO。因此发现可以在批料中加入更多的氧化物来增强玻璃的紫外线和红外线吸收率,而且同时保持高的可见光透光率和使玻璃获得所需的蓝色色调。因为希望在批料中可以类似地使用其它锰化合物如MnCl2,并将其转化为氧化物,所以优选更希望使用氧化锰或碳酸锰化合物作为玻璃批料中的氧化锰着色剂的来源。
钴是本发明蓝色玻璃组合物中所需的另一种着色剂。钴通常要以氧化物形式添加到批料中,在玻璃中作为着色剂,其含量以Co计是0.005至0.025重量%,优选0.005至0.015重量%,最优选0.006至0.012重量%。钴着色剂的作用是吸收可见光光谱中580至680纳米的可见光。主要是在580至680纳米范围中的强吸收和低波长中的弱吸收使本发明的玻璃呈蓝色。必要的是平衡MnO2和FeO与Fe2O3这二者的吸收量和钴的吸收量以获得该玻璃组合物所需的蓝色外观。
通常在常规玻璃组合物中,提高氧化铁的含量将降低透过玻璃的可见光数量,而这是所不希望的。因此,虽然在常规的玻璃中通过增加氧化铁着色剂可以改善UV和IR性能,但是,如果需要具有高可见光透光率的玻璃时,将难以获得。本发明有利地提供一种具有好的UV和IR吸收率的蓝色玻璃,同时保持好的可见光透光率和令人满意的中度蓝色色调。并且在不使用昂贵的UV着色剂如氧化铈下便具有好的UV吸收率。
锰的一个性能,即对氧化铁的氧化能力,可以改善本发明蓝色玻璃的UV吸收。并且,在本发明中,总的铁浓度的提高可以改善IR吸收同时又降低UV吸收。在下面详细讨论的本发明又一优选实施方案中,在批料中无烟煤或其它还原剂和着色剂一起使用可以进一步提高玻璃产品的UV和IR吸收率。无烟煤使一些氧化锰和氧化铁向它们的还原形态移动,该效果将增强蓝色色调。当以上述方式使用氧化锰、氧化钴、氧化铁和无烟煤时,可见光透光率(%LTA)降低。可以除去一部分氧化钴来提高%LTA,从氧化铁和氧化锰这二者的还原型的着色效果来说玻璃将保持蓝色。
在本发明玻璃产品的实施方案中使用的每种着色剂例如氧化铁和每种形态的氧化铁(Fe+3、Fe+2)的特定含量可以选择,并且部分取决于蓝色玻璃产品所需的光谱性能,从本发明公开内容来看,这对本领域专业人员是显而易见的。玻璃组合物的特定实施方案的选择主要取决于其所希望的用途,这样一种用途的玻璃制品有利地具有更好的UV吸收率,而另一种用途的玻璃产品最好具有较高的IR吸收率。
正如上面解释的一样,已经发现本发明玻璃具有改进的UV吸收率同时保持好的可见光透光率,而不必使用昂贵的添加剂。例如,商业上可获得的根据上面讨论的并共同转让的美国专利RE 34,639制备的蓝色玻璃的试样包括氧化铁、钴和硒作为着色剂,并且在64.7%LTA下UV透光率约是64.7%和IR透光率是48.8%(实施例1的组合物)。如实施例3,可以制备具有类似颜色外观的本发明产品,其在63.6%LTA下,UV透光率是40.0%,IR透光率是40.6%。实施例2在64.7%LTA下的UV透光率是45.5%和IR透光率是41.0%。这些实施例证明,在几乎相同的%LTA下,与可获得的蓝色玻璃相比,本发明蓝色玻璃组合物的产品具有明显改进的UV和IR吸收率。对于建筑应用其优点是显然的。
本发明玻璃组合物也可以包括以TiO2计不高于1.0重量%的二氧化钛以改善玻璃的UV吸收率。一般因为本发明的玻璃拥有优良的UV和IR吸收率,所以无需加入任何二氧化钛。如果希望增强UV吸收率,可以加入二氧化钛,并且当含有二氧化钛时,其含量以蓝色玻璃组合物计优选为不高于约0.4重量%。
已知,在玻璃熔窑中,从生产一种玻璃组合物向另一种玻璃组合物转变的过程中或者由于所使用的原材料附带的杂质使夹杂物进入玻璃中。这些夹杂物的实例是硒、氧化镍、钼、锌、锆、锂和铬,这种列举并不意味着对其进行限制。由本发明公开内容来看,对本领域专业人员来说显然还存在一些其它的夹杂物。希望这些夹杂物或杂质的含量低,例如最高达0.0005重量%的硒和以NiO计最高达0.005重量%的氧化镍。当然,根据原材料的来源,二氧化钛通常以来自原材料的杂质的形式与砂子、白云石或石灰石一起进入钠-钙-硅玻璃组合物,甚至当未有意加入二氧化钛时,二氧化钛在最终玻璃产品中的含量是约0.015或0.02重量%至约0.05重量%。

为了证明本发明蓝色玻璃的优点,按以下步骤在实验室中制备在所有实施例中详述的玻璃熔体:批料称重,并放到高约5.08厘米(2″)、内径约5.08厘米(2″)的玻璃瓶中,在Turbula混合器中对每一批料干燥混合10分钟,干燥的批料放入80%铂/20%铑的坩埚中,坩埚高5.08厘米(2″),顶部内径为6.35厘米(2.5″),朝底部逐渐变锥形,其底部内径为4.45厘米(1.75″)。向坩埚里的干燥批料中加入4.5毫升水,并用金属匙混合。如此制备后,一组不同的六份批料在气体/空气加热炉内在1226℃(2600°F)下同时熔化1小时,依次从炉内移出坩埚并熔结(fritted)。玻璃的熔结包括用熔融玻璃涂布铂/铑坩埚内侧,然后,将坩埚投入冷水中。
在从水中移出坩埚后,排空水,从坩埚的侧壁上移下破碎的玻璃颗粒,并在坩埚内机械混合。所有六份样品以类似的方式熔结,并放回到炉内在1226℃(2600°F)下再经历1小时和重复熔结过程。在第二个熔结过程中,将坩埚放入1226℃(2600°F)的炉内达4小时。从炉中依次移出每一个坩埚,并将每一玻璃熔体样品注入到内径为6.35厘米(2.5″)的石墨模具中。每份玻璃均缓慢冷却、标记,并放入到退火炉中,在那里,炉温被快速提高到490℃(1050°F),保持2小时,然后关掉炉子,缓慢冷却,在14小时或更长时间后移出样品。样品被研磨并抛光到约4.0毫米厚,然后,测定每一样品的光谱性质。
按以上步骤制备所有实验室熔体并使用下列基本组合物:100克砂子、32.22克苏打灰、8.81克石灰石、23.09克白云石、1.2克硫酸钠、2.64克霞石正长岩,在实施例的熔体中,剩余的批料包括红铁粉、二氧化锰和氧化钴,并且可以包括无烟煤和其它所述的还原剂。如果需要,也可以加入二氧化钛以改进紫外线吸收。由上述批料制备的一般玻璃熔体的基本组成是约72重量%SiO2、13.5重量%Na2O、0.15重量%K2O、8.4重量%CaO、3.6重量%MgO、0.6重量%Al2O3和0.2重量%SO3。在本发明具体实施例中着色剂范围是:0.4至2.0重量%Fe2O3、0.15至2.00重量%MnO2、0.005至0.025重量%的CoO和0至1.00重量%的TiO2,具体含量详述在实施例中。正如本领域中的技术人员所知,基本组分的重量%浓度随着色剂总含量的增加而降低。
表III显示了本发明玻璃组合物的几个包括不同二氧化锰着色剂含量的具体实施例在紫外线和红外线吸收上的改进(不同于对比实施例1)。特别地,下表III表明,在Fe2O3为0.6重量%的恒定水平下,紫外线吸收随MnO2含量增加而改进。为了进行对比,实施例1是商业上可获得的基于上面讨论的被本申请人共同拥有的美国专利RE 34,639的产品,其包括约0.0002重量%的硒。在表III和表IV中,没有向玻璃中加入二氧化钛,但是其在玻璃中以杂质的形式存在,含量约是0.02重量%,是随原料进入的。

从表III中可以看出,加入二氧化锰着色剂和含量相对升高的氧化铁着色剂可以明显地改进本发明蓝色玻璃组合物的紫外线和红外线吸收这二者。特别地,将实施例1的商业产品的光谱性能和实施例2和3中的本发明实施方案的玻璃的光谱性能进行对比。更理想的是,除明显改进玻璃的紫外线吸收外,本发明实施例还保持了玻璃的可见光透光率,这点可以通过类似的%LTA来证明。实施例4和5表明,随着氧化钴浓度的增加以及相应地明显改进UV和IR吸收这二者,蓝色色饱和度提高。实施例6和7分别类似于实施例5和6,只是在批料中加入无烟煤,这样盐饼和无烟煤的比例是7:1以产生还原气氛。与实施例1的商业上的蓝色玻璃相比,还原气氛明显改进IR吸收同时还获得更好的UV吸收。

根据本发明制备的蓝色玻璃组合物可以用于汽车和建筑业。一般,可以众所周知的浮法玻璃工业制备它们。一般对于在汽车中使用的玻璃窗,目前联邦汽车规章要求在实际玻璃厚度上测定的最小值为70.0%LTA。例如,遮阳蓬顶可以具有更低的LTA。可以预见,本发明的蓝色玻璃可以在汽车使用寿命内保持其LTA。众所周知,正如上面所讨论的,当暴露于强烈的紫外光源时,含锰和氧化铁着色剂的玻璃会发生日晒作用或褪色。本发明人的蓝色玻璃组合物的氧化铁和氧化锰着色剂浓度范围中的玻璃组合物试验表明不会发生日晒作用。可以预料到附加地包括氧化钴的本发明蓝色玻璃同样不会遭受到日晒作用,因为在现有技术中多次暗示氧化锰而不是氧化钴引起日晒作用。
实施例证明,本发明人意外地发现一种改进蓝色玻璃产品的紫外线吸收而且保持好的可见光透光率同时改进光谱的红外部分吸收的有利方法。值得注意的是所有这些已经例如通过在玻璃组合物批料中使用锰化合物代替常规使用的材料如硒、镍或氧化铈作为着色剂之一以低成本和对环境友好的方式完成。并且优选地,蓝色玻璃可以避免在玻璃批料中加入通常在玻璃制备中使用的硝酸钠,因为这些硝酸盐是所不希望的NOx的释放源。
Claims (14)
1、一种吸收紫外线和红外线的蓝色玻璃组合物,基本玻璃组合物包括·68至75%Si02、10至18%Na2O、5至15%CaO、0至10%MgO、0至5%Al2O3和0至5%K2O,其中CaO+MgO为6至15%和Na2O+K2O为10至20%;同时,着色剂基本上由0.4至2.0%的以Fe2O3计的总的氧化铁、0.15至2.00%的以MnO2计的氧化锰、0.005至0.025%的以Co计的氧化钴和0至1.00%的以TiO2计的氧化钛组成,上述重量百分比是以蓝色玻璃组合物的总重量为基础的;在蓝色玻璃的厚度是4.0毫米时主波长是477至494,色纯度是6至40%。
2、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中主波长为480至488纳米。
3、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中以Fe2O3计所述铁的总量是0.6至1.2重量%。
4、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中以MnO2计锰化合物的含量是0.2至0.8重量%。
5、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中蓝色玻璃的色纯度是10至30%。
6、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中在所述蓝色玻璃组合物中以Co计氧化钴的含量是0.005至0.015重量%。
7、权利要求2的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中蓝色玻璃的主波长是482至485纳米。
8、权利要求5的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中蓝色玻璃的色纯度是10至20%。
9、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中所述组合物包括0.10至0.30重量%的SO3。
10、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中玻璃在4.0毫米的厚度下具有下列光谱性能:使用照明剂A时,透光率LTA为20至70%,在300至400纳米范围内测定的紫外线透光率小于62%,在760至2120纳米范围内测定的红外线透光率小于54%。
11、权利要求1的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中着色剂基本上由0.6至1.2%的以Fe203计的总的氧化铁、0.2至0.8%的以MnO2计的氧化锰、0.005至0.015%的以Co计的氧化钴和0至1.00%的以TiO2计的二氧化钛组成,上述的重量百分比是以蓝色玻璃组合物的总重量为基础的;在蓝色玻璃的厚度是4.0毫米时主波长是480至488,色纯度是10至30%。
12、权利要求1至9之一的蓝色玻璃组合物,其是通过加入无烟煤和/或选自高炉煤渣、来自煤燃烧炉的煤渣、焦炭和石墨的还原剂作为原材料组分来制备的。
13、权利要求1至9之一的蓝色玻璃组合物,其中所述的基本玻璃组合物中不含有硝酸钠。
14、由权利要求1的组合物制备的汽车或建筑用玻璃。
