本发明涉及一种用于治理海水藻花和淡水藻花的组合物
技术领域
季铵盐类化合物可表示为R4R3R2R1N+X-,其中R1、R2、R3和R4分别代表相同或不同有机取代基,X-代表卤离子。这类化合通常用于纺织、造纸、石油开采、农药和日常生活中的洗涤去污等方面,但尚未见用于治理海水藻花和淡水藻花的报道。目前,在治理海水藻花和淡水藻花(Harmful algal blooms,HAB)方面通常采用絮凝法、化学灭杀法和超声波破碎法等,其中化学灭杀法具有用量少、见效快、易操作等优点,但现有的化学灭杀剂均具有一定毒性,存在二次污染和生态效应等问题,另外,大部分化学灭杀剂成本较高,使该方法难以应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治理海水藻花和淡水藻花的组合物它能克服现有技术的上述不足。
一种用于治理海水藻花和淡水藻花的组合物,其特征在于该组合物由季铵盐类化合物和粘土或黄土或磷酸盐矿物所组成,两者的重量比为1∶500-10000。
本发明的优点在于低浓度(对其它生物为发全浓度)就下能显著提高对赤潮藻的去除效果,无毒,无二次污染,并且成体也低。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
用去离子水配制250ppm的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶液,备用。取生长有赤潮藻(赤潮异弯藻)的海水一升(赤潮生物密度达108个/升),向其加入2ml备用的季铵盐溶液,使海水中季铵盐的浓度达到0.5ppm,摇匀。24小时后,灭杀赤潮生物90%。
本发明中所用的季铵盐类化合物,其4个有机取代基中有一长链脂肪烃,它的碳原子数为10-20,其余3个取代基的碳原子数为1-2,用它治理海水藻花或淡水藻花时,它在海水或淡水中的浓度为0.1-5ppm。
实施例2
取生长有赤潮藻(赤潮异弯藻)的海水一升(赤潮生物密度为108个/升),向其中加入浓度为250ppm的上述季铵盐溶液1.5ml,使海水中季铵盐的浓度达到0.4ppm,随后加入絮凝剂钠化膨润土使其浓度为0.5g/l,摇匀后静置2小时,赤潮生物去除率为100%。本实施例中的絮凝剂钠化膨润土可改用其它种类粘土(如蒙脱土、高岭土)、黄土或磷酸盐矿物。

1、一种用于治理海水藻花和淡水藻花的组合物,其特征在于该组合物由季铵盐类化合物和粘土或黄土或磷酸盐矿物所组成,两者的重量比为1∶500-10000。
2、如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的季铵盐类化合物的4个有机取代基中有一个长直链脂肪烃,它的碳原子数为10-20,其余3个取代基的碳原子数为1-2,它在被治理的水中浓度为0.1-5ppm。
